In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

Sprawled across Traverse Town's perpetually black sky were countless specks of light, slightly dimmed by the Third District's artificial illumination. Even so, there to observe each of them with great intent were the dark blue eyes of a man no older than twenty-three. His internal clock having been thoroughly vexed by the World's endless night, Vincent Tempest could only make the roughest of estimates as to what time of day it might have been. However, at the moment, his thoughts were occupied by more pressing matters. More specifically, he was- rather uncharacteristically, it should be said- waxing philosophical about the significance of each individual star. Every one, Vincent had recently come to understand, was its own World- a universe unto itself. Every time one of the stars blinked out, someone's home had suffered the same fate as his own Gaia, and he could do nothing to stop it. Staring into such an expansive sky, even the most optimistic souls couldn't help but feel a bit overwhelmed in a sort of existential sense.
Vincent, however, was quick to recover from such setbacks.
With a cheerful smile, the young man drew in a deep breathe and held it for a moment. His lungs filled up with Traverse Town's crisp night air; they expanded as Vincent closed his eyes and cleared his head. In a loud huff, he released the air and watched as a small wisp of fog floated off before dissipating altogether. His demeanor brightened further as his focus shifted from the skies above to the world around him. The Lunarian surveyed his surroundings, his long blue coat billowing elegantly behind him in the breeze. The Third District, as he knew from past experience, was by no means the safest location to be stargazing. However, if Vincent had anything to say about it, that would change by the time he was through with the place. Indeed, if he couldn't have any impact on the other Worlds out there, the very least he could do was to protect the one he lived in. The refugees, after all, most likely didn't want to see their second home overrun just like their first. So, he patrolled, day-after-day and without fail.
From atop the tallest roofs in the Third District, Vincent did a scan of every inch of ground his eyes could reach. He walked to the very edge of the building he was standing on and peered out for a better look at the streets below. It wasn't long before he spotted his first prey for the night. Specifically, he saw three shambling masses of dark blue, their only real distinguishing features being the oddly-shaped helmets they wore atop their heads. They were vaguely humanoid in build- for the time being, at least- and were easily identified by Vincent as Soldier Heartless. From such a great height, he couldn't make out the finer details of their figures, but he was familiar enough with them by now to have a pretty good image in his head. He could practically see the red and black emblem that would serve as his target as he leaped from the rooftops and began his rapid descent to street level.
Halfway through his fall, Vincent reached over his shoulder and grabbed a hold of his Zweihander with his left hand. With a motion so swift and fluid that only a trained warrior could trace it, Vincent unleashed his weapon on one of the three Heartless. What sounded like an explosive whisper echoed through the street as Vincent eliminated his foe with a diagonal cut. The darkness that once comprised its body exploded into the air, unable to maintain its form any longer. Its companions, now alerted to Vincent's presence, made a ferocious charge at the Lunarian. Making full use of his sword's enviable size, however, Vincent swung Naegling around horizontally, managing to slice through both of their bodies with one swing. Two more wisps of Darkness were released, but both faded just as quickly as they appeared.
"Hm...well, I guess that'll have to do for a warm up." Vincent said to himself with a good-natured laugh, walking off in search of prey. "Only one hundred million to go." He went on with the sincerest of optimism.

(AWESOME RP SKILLS, My skills can't even come close to yours)
Shiro raised his glove at a empty trashcan and forced it at the last neoshadow. "Well, I'm done for the night..." Shiro said to himself. Shiro looked into the dark blue sky. Shiro wished that one day that the night sky would be filled with stars. "Better head home..." Shiro said to himself. Shiro concentrated his gravity powers on himself and he started to float. Shiro forced himself at the rooftops. Shiro stopped using his powers, when he was above the roof, which made Shiro land on the roof.
Shiro started to run across the rooftops. Shiro leaped across the gaps between the buildings. He continued to the second district for two minutes until he heard some noises. A heartless fight... Shiro looked down on the ground and saw a man finishing off some heartless. Shiro jumped on the ground with a thud, and looked at the man. The man looked like he can handle the heartless, but Shiro never assumed in his life. Shiro started to walk towards the heartless, but then the man finished it off.
"Need any help?" asked Shiro with a sarcastic tone. "You don't look you are a resident here... Who are you?" Shiro asked curiously. Shiro waited for the man's response.

"Damn it," the words were hissed as lips curled in an annoying scowl. How was she supposed to work if everyone use her targets as practice hunting lessons? Sure the heartless here was weak, but they were to be collected as well as their bounty. A brown nose twitched to the right with a snort, while the lean figure was crouching in a squatting position on the rooftops that surrounded the third district not fall from the lean random tower.
A brow quirked with a lack of amusement as a long ear twitched. It seems her own prey attracted to much attention for her liking. Coffee wouldn't dubb the pair competiton, but more like nuisances, runts. Standing up, she quietly strolled the rooftop with a perfect balance, while most of her weight was balanced on the ball of her long feet supported by high heels. The viera had Esmeralda slung across her shoulders with her arms drapping over them casually. Her nose were trying to track down any trace of dark mist or the strange mist that associates with nobodies, worthless troublesome imps that Saga saw valuable.
"Hm?" The viera hummed in mild curiosity once the trace of mist collected again. It was always typical of heartless to roll deep in numbers and re-emerge when a bretheren had fallen, since there was always a heart nearby. It felt big..."a large body perhaps."
Before it even showed up, Coffee was already leaping down towards the ground of the third district.

Just moments after finishing off the three Soldiers, Vincent was approached by a younger man, appearing to be in his late teens at first glance. As Vincent knew from experience, Traverse Town's Third District was quite dangerous compared to the World's other sectors. Though the Heartless were quite weak compared to the ones he fought off in his attempt to defend Gaia alongside Baron's military, they were still enough of a threat to drive off most of the town's residents. Indeed, while he always had the sinking feeling that he was being watched by a more covert hunter than he, Vincent very rarely encountered another who was willing to venture so deep into the labyrinth that made up the sector. Having grown so accustomed to wandering the streets by his lonesome, the Lunarian was, at first, a bit shocked to hear another's voice addressing him. Nevertheless, he was quick to relax once he saw that the man appeared friendly.
"Hm? Nah, I think I've got this part of town covered." Vincent replied in a friendly tone, smiling rather agreeably. "Actually...I am a resident, but I've only really been here for a few months, if you catch my drift." He continued, alluding, of course, to the destruction of his World not even a year ago.
The Psychic Knight was about to reach his hand out as a gesture of camaraderie, but stopped rather abruptly before he could extend it all the way. His hesitation lasted for just a moment, of course, though a particularly watchful eye would have noticed it without much difficulty. Vincent's eyes darted about as he surveyed his environment more carefully, examining every nook and cranny of the city street as if he were surrounded by an army of Heartless. While a third party would see nothing out of the ordinary, Vincent's spatial awareness had alerted him to the presence of certain other visitors. Needless to say, Vincent had no idea who they were or where, precisely, they were coming from, but he had a rough idea. Focusing in on the source of the closest disturbance, he found that it was, in fact, coming from above.
"Sorry." He said apologetically to the young man, well aware that his actions must have appeared a bit peculiar to him. "We've just got company, is all." Vincent went on, turning his head toward Traverse Town's rooftops.
Vincent's paranoia faded away instantly when he saw that his visitor was neither a Heartless nor a Nobody, which, as far as he was concerned, was reason enough to assume she was friendly. She landed with the utmost grace and agility, exhibiting elegance of the highest caliber in each of her movements. She appeared, to say the least, quite sure of herself, but Vincent chose to perceive this as confidence rather than arrogance. In such a dangerous place as Traverse Town's Third District, most anyone else would have been quite wary of his surroundings at a time like that one. After all, Vincent had just been approached by two strangers in rapid succession. Even so, he remained as cheerful as ever, never once assuming that either of them meant him any harm. Even on the off chance that they did, he knew in the back of his head how capable he was in battle; surely, there was no reason to be skeptical.
"Why, hello." He said to the second newcomer, his voice still remarkably friendly despite the confident smirk his lips had curled into. "No time for introductions, I'm afraid; I'm sure you guys have noticed by now, but I think we've attracted some attention."
Specifically, they had attracted Large Bodies. As was typical Heartless etiquette, they had gathered in respectable numbers; six of them, to be precise. Vincent soon noticed that they had come with the support of Shadows- their ghastly forms traveled along walls and across the floor, arriving from every direction to surround the trio. It seemed that Vincent had remained in one spot for too long, a risky move when traveling through such a densely populated area as the Third District. While the group he faced would be no significant challenge, he had a sneaking suspicion that there were more Heartless to come. Knowing that further hesitation could mean facing a swarm, Vincent readied Naegling and adopted a fighting stance.
"Care to join me?" He asked the two strangers. "The name's Vincent, by the way...but er, please, call me Vinnie. Pleasure to meet you."
“Okay” Ravian thought “maybe going through the third district to get to the first wasnt the best idea” three neoshadows had been chasing him for 8 minutes. There had been more but he had taken care of that. Now he was running, tired and he couldnt stop going or the neoshadows would catch him. Then he saw the one person he would be willing to dump these neoshadows on....shiro. Unfortunatly he had freinds and heartless of his own to deal with. ravian jumped down from the roof tops on to the back of one of large bodies toppling it onto its stomach before decapitating it with his scythe. “one down” he thought. He then fell through the dissapaiting smoke that always appeared after heartless were defeated. He then said “do you mind that I brought some freinds” as the neoshadows showed up “and shiro save the insukts until after the fight”
Shiro laughed at Ravian's remark. "I don't know, you ran from the police and punched me in the back before, but, I think I can wait." He replied with a smirk. Shiro raised his glove at a near brick. Shiro forced it at a neoshadow.
"So, how many friends?" asked Shiro sarcastically. "I'm suprised you have any, woops, I couldn't wait..." Shiro ran up and and punched a neoshadow with his silver metal glove. He then raised his glove at a near lamp pole and sort of moved his glove around so that the pole swinged like a bat. He hit the heartless like they were a ball.
"Hmm..." Shiro said quietly. "There are very few people here, why all the heartless?"

A brow arched at the greetings; she never asked for one or assistance. Her claws tapped along the long hilt of the halberd as she strolled towards the collection of darkness, large bodies, nonchalantly. Her red tinted eyes didn’t even make a glance to see what they look like, but her nose had been told her, both were young males, not much of a significant detail. She rolled her eyes hearing more footsteps with a slight twitch and turn of a tall white rabbit ear.
“Don’t get in the way,” she truly would hate to have her hunt disturbed by people doing this for kicks. She gets paid, and the viera would fend them off if any attempted to slay her targets. Also Coffee already made it her priority to not baby sit anyone, since only an idiot will fight a loosing battle. If any fell, it would be a waste of a heart to fall against weak opponents.
Releasing the weight of Esmeralda from her neck, she held the halberd single handedly as her pace quickened to a soft run with only the click of her heels ringing in her ears. With little effort, she was able to jump high enough to easily slashing the small head of the Large Body horizontally before delivering a diagonal cut across it’s shoulder and past its large round stomach. Landing behind it, Coffee turned her head to lessen her blind spot, while she had access to the openness of its back.
Her ears were her second pair of eyes just in case any fellow Large Bodies was going to attempt taking advantage of her focused procedures. Raising Esmeralda, the halberd danced in the air with simple harsh slashes across the obese heartless back. She might as well play with it for a few more minutes before taking it down efficiently to take back to Saga.

“Don’t get in the way,”
"Gee, ma'am, I'll try my best." Vincent replied, the faintest hint of sarcasm to be found in his cheerful tone. "I think someone needs to lighten up just a bit."
The Lunarian's eyes shifted slowly from one Heartless to the next, carefully examining the enemy's ranks while simultaneously scoping out his allies' positions on the battle field. His target was selected just as the dark-skinned female began to slowly close the distance between herself and her own victim. Not to be outdone, Vincent began a relaxed stroll toward his chosen Large Body, Naegling gripped tightly in his left hand. As if on cue, Vincent's meandering stride turned to a graceful, lightfooted run just as two Shadows emerged from the street and leaped toward him. They reached out their tiny claws, antennae twitching all the while, but the young warrior was much too fast for them. A diagonal slice saw the first Heartless taken down without Vincent missing so much as a single beat. Stopping his blade's momentum seemingly on a dime, the Psychic Knight swung it upward, cutting through the second Shadow like a hot knife through butter.
By now, of course, the Large Body had sauntered close enough to strike at Vincent. Rather than take a clumsy swing with one of its unwieldy arms, however, the Heartless simply threw its body forward in an attempt to crush Vincent under its massive weight. Fortunately, he was just a bit faster than that. Releasing a small burst of psychokinetic energy underneath his own feet, Vincent soared elegantly over the Large Body's head. He turned around in mid-air and gripped his sword with both hands, slamming it down on his opponent before it could so much as turn to face him. All of this was done in a one fluid motion, leaving Vincent with more than enough time to finish off the stunned Large Body. Taking a single, powerful step with his right foot, Vincent stabbed Naegling forward and pierced the Heartless's body, causing it to explode into a cloud of black smoke.
Unfortunately, Vincent didn't have much time to admire his handiwork. One of the "friends" the boy with the dreadlocks had brought with him had crawled underneath the Lunarian and, in typical Neoshadow fashion, sprung up from the shadows in an attempt at restraining Vincent to make him easy prey for its fellow creatures of darkness. Despite the Neoshadow's best efforts, Vincent had become accustomed to their tactics and hopped a couple feet to the right before it could hold him down. Pointing his free hand palm-out, Vincent used the second it took him to take aim to prepare a telekinetic blast. The resulting projectile ripped through the Neoshadow's body, causing the miniature abomination to fly back before its very essence dissipated into the air around it.
"Sorry, pal, not this time." Vincent smirked as he landed about a yard away from where the Neoshadow once stood.
Ravian was glad he had run into this group. They could take care of themselves pretty well. Ravian held his scythe loosely and backed up against a wall. He looked at the group of heartless to become aware of the situation. Ravian then jumped back in straight towards a mass of shadows he brought the blade of his scythe down to the ground before heaving it up diagonly as the shadows leaped on him killing the mas of them and knocking the rest away towards....a rabbit girl in high heels weilding a very dispraportionate weapon? “who are you ” he asked after rubbing his eyes. Then a neoshadow suddenly knocked him to the ground.
Ravian struggled to get his scythe between him and the neoshadow but couldnt. Just as the neoshadow slashed into his side and was about to take a chunk of meat out of his skull he reached forward grabved the neoshadow's head and released a bot of lightning into its skull.
Thunder sounded through the street ,the neoshadow dissapating into the liquid darkness that made them unique.
His ears still ringing Ravian got up and wiped the grim off his face and answered shiro's question “how could anything resist this face” he said laughing and pointing at him self
Shiro laughed at Ravian's reply. "Nice scythe, you didn't have that last time." Shiro said out of topic. Shiro then continued to fight. "Yeah, I'm curious too, who are you?" Shiro asked the girl. A neo shadow leaped at his face. Shiro punched the heartless before it could even strike. Shiro then raised his glove at a near trashcan and forced it at two neoshadows running towards him.
"Vinnie, that is a weird nickname, especially for a guy, atleast in my vocabulary." Shiro said to Vincent. "Just curious?"
The large body in front of her could only wildly swing it's arms in a vain attempt of striking the skillful fighter more known in the town as the medic Yukimo Oogata. It was part of her routine during the work-free days to use heartless, specifically of the large body type as sparring partners and this day wasn't going to be any different.
"This one has some talent, just try to beat me like you do with innocent civilians!"
With her evasiveness and fast strikes she constantly punched it right into it's gelatin-like belly and easily dodged any incoming attack, finishing the furious fast paced dance with a clash of fists, her own fist impacting with the large body's, pushing away the dust of the dirty streets with the sheer awesome of the clash of powers.
"Now it's time to finish it. This hand of mine is burning red, it's loud roar tells me to defeat you. The divine fist! God Hand Machinegun Smash!!!!!"
Common sense dictates that one should never hit a large body in the belly due their invulnerability against physical attacks, but for training reasons and because it's flashy and awesome, the medic who follows the path of the fist rushed to furiously and vigorously smashed the belly of the large monster with such intensity that pushed it near an area of the district where completely uninteresting people were being silly and having troubles with some heartless.
"SMASH END!!"
As the finishing strike, she punched the heartless so hard in the belly that it was sent flying to a wall, where it lied completely exhausted, barely surviving due the sheer physical defense of it's bouncy belly. Yumiko was going to finish the large body here and now, but finally noticed the other people that were easily handling the enemies of humanity.
"Hello everybody, this is a nice night to exercise our muscles a little"
Said that, she dispatched the dizzy and hurt large body with a standard jump-kick to the face and wiped the sweat off her face with a tower.

Tired of playing with her toy, Coffee's eyes narrowed sharply as the halberd glowed a deep purple as its blade sliced the heartless again in the back. Her clawed fingers flexed watching the large body waver away revealing its heart. Reaching into it darkness mass, she could feel a weight applied by the darkness. Her nose wrinkled attempting not to inhale too much of the mist; although it wasn't in large quanities to make her snap; she was always one to be cautious of such thing...sometimes.
In her grip was a black glowing heart of the large bodies. The darkness from the heart matched the rippling blackness of the viera's claws; the heartless would be too exhausted to escape her. Through with the company she quickly had, Esmeralda was lifted up to rest along her shoulders. A brow quirked at the curious people...how annoying. She was surrounded by...runts.
"None of your concern, runts." Turning her head, the earrings on her ear jingled together as she looked towards the first district. Her nose twitched...the darkness still lingered here, but unfortunatley there weren't any neoshadows to collect. They had got to them already, while she was toying with the large body. With a low hum, Coffee had concluded to depart.

"Vinnie, that is a weird nickname, especially for a guy, atleast in my vocabulary."
"I guess I'm kind of a weird guy." Vincent replied nonchalantly, swinging his Zweihander in an upward arc to fend off the oncoming fists of two Large Bodies.
Their oversized, dark blue arms bounced harmlessly off of Naegling's blade, throwing them off balance and causing them to stagger backwards. Hurling himself forward like a gust of compressed wind, Vincent sprinted between the two Heartless before they could so much as begin to trace his movement. He emerged behind the two in a wonderful position to strike at their weak point. Never one to patronize his opponent before finishing them off, Vincent whirled around one hundred eighty degrees, Naegling following close behind. The rightmost Large Body was hurled off its feet by the force of the blow, giving Vincent a split-second to see where the second of the two was. To his surprise, he saw that the Large Body's companion was jumping up into the air, no doubt preparing to hit Vincent with a shock wave.
Formulating a plan of action in the fraction of a second he had, Vincent jumped into the air, reaching a height of about eight feet through his own power rather than a burst of psychokinetic energy. As he lifted off the ground, he ran his sword through the first Large Body just as the second came crashing down. As Vincent had expected, the Large Body's massive weight caused a wave of kinetic energy to fly out across the street. However, while Vincent was safely hanging in the air, the Heartless's companion was well within range of the shock wave. In a perfect demonstration of the Heartless' lack of cognitive reasoning, the Large Body's weakened ally was finished off by its own attack. Vincent, meanwhile, took this opportunity to plunge his sword straight down into the head of the Large Body, neatly finishing it off with one fluid, stabbing motion.
"That'll teach ya to steal hearts in MY town!" Vincent cried out with a sort of vigor found only in the most passionate of warriors.
The Lunarian landed softly on the street, scanning the battlefield to find that the Heartless's numbers had dwindled significantly. However, more impressive than that was the young lady who had managed to send a Large Body flying to its own death with little more than an impassioned speech and a rapid combination of melee strikes. Vincent was quite impressed by this display of hotblooded awesome. "Hello everybody, this is a nice night to exercise our muscles a little" She noted before finishing off her adversary with a standard high jump kick. Vincent, however, didn't remember her ever formally joining the battle. Indeed, he didn't really remember seeing her at all until that exact moment. Though he had to admit, her speech was quite cool.
"Hi." Vincent said to her. "I don't remember you joining our little party, but the more the merrier, I guess." He smiled. "My name's Vincent, and this is...er-" Had any of them introduced themselves but him? "...these are my new friends."
He was about to comment on the woman's impressive technique, when he noticed that the other woman seemed to be preparing to leave.
"I'm sorry, but would you mind holding on a second? Because I'd definitely like to hear about how you just killed that Large Body with a cool speech and a few punches." Vincent said before approaching the other woman. "Leaving so soon? C'mon, things are just starting to wind down. Besides, I don't think we even got your name yet." He went on, instinctively maintaining his friendly tone of voice and warm smile despite her cold, almost shady demeanor.

Ravian raced towards the last heartless trailing his scythe on the ground behind him he got in range just as it leaped up into the air planning to crush ravian. Ravian heaved his scythe forwards and up just as the large body started falling. He could feel as the his scythe ripped through the heartless' body upwards through the torso and head, cutting the large body in half cleanly.
Ravian then walked over to shiro and the stranger , as he got nearer he heard mrs. bunny-who-is also-a-person say “ none of your concern runts.” Ravian immediatly took offence to this comment and walked over to the girl, grabbed her shoulder and loudly said “WHO DO THINK YOU ARE YA STUPID RABBIT” ravian's hands were unitentionaly sparking and the only reason he hadn't punched her alread is because shevwasn't a he.
Shiro laughed at Vincent’s remark. “I have a name you know, it’s Shiro.” He did not laugh, though, at that woman’s remark. It wasn’t an amusing joke, it was an insult. Shiro is always calm, even when he tries, he fails. Shiro was happy for that. Ravian then ran up and grabbed on to her shoulder.
Before he could say something, Ravian yelled an insult to her. “Please, Ravian… No harm today. Especially to a girl… Now, but I can do something. Now, why would you call us runts? I see you have bunny ears. You look like a lot of darkness in you. No one would have that attitude with a good mood."
"Why is that? Runt of the litter? Did your parents die? Did someone steel your carrot? Now, if you try to pull a move on either of us, I will make sure you will float in air until you throw up. I will make sure it lands on Ravian. Now, I don’t know about these guys, but I would like some answers. Now, Ravian, I would let go…” Shiro said with a smirk.
Shiro knew it was offensive, but Shiro wants answers, and he won’t wait for another day. He hates being out of the loop. "Now, we can start with your name."
Shiro knew by the look in the woman's face when she joined the battle that she would attack. Shiro didn't want anyone to get hurt, so Shiro set the gravity of body at maximum except the arms, she set it high, but not all the way. She couldn't attack, because her arms would be stuck to her sides. She couldn't move her legs, no matter how hard she tried. All she could move is her mouth. Shiro knew never to assume, so Shiro backed up a couple of steps, right next to Vincent.
"Vinnie, keep you weapons up, who knows how this will end." Shiro made a small chuckle. It was so weird when he said Vinnie.
