Worst Situation You can Imagine(V, Closed)

Shiro led V through the dark streets of Traverse Town. He heard something right after the second turn. It was the sound, it was to the left of him. Shiro instantly stopped running. He turned his head to V.

"We're here." he told her. Shiro let go of V's hand. "Need both hands to use magic."

Shiro dashed silently to the left. He finally saw what caused the horrible noise. It was a old man with a sword fighting off some Armored Nights. He was outnumbered. Shiro stared at the fighting man. He looked like he couldn't take it anymore. Shiro hoped for the best, but the worst happened. The old man suddenly fell to the ground, he gave up.

"Dark freaks! I'm over here! No weapon!" Shiro yelled. He didn't know what he was doing. The only thing he knew is that he wanted to save that man. The Armored Knights turned their attention to Shiro. Except one. Sadly, that one armored knight did the finishing blow on that man. Shiro aimed his hand at a small pebble that was was on the ground near a trash can. He quickly jerked his hand in the direction at that one Knight. The pebble was forced right at the head of the pest.

The knight then changed his attention to Shiro like the others. Shiro couldn't let him become a heartless. He had something else to worry about. A group of 15 knights were chasing him. Shiro quickly turned around and started to run. He didn't notice who was around him. He didn't care. Pebbles weren't strong enough to take out one heartless.

It was like he was blind, he didn't care or focus on any of his surroundings. He heard the footsteps behind him. They were gaining on him.

V was In a state of confusion at first, one minute Shiro and her were running and then the next knights start chasing Shiro. She didn't waste any time, as the heartless were about to jump on Shiro she shouted "Fira!" A huge blast of fire shot from her hand, and catching on fire the heartless began to dance around aimlessly trying to get the fire off.

"damn..." she thought clutching her hands into fists, "it's not strong enough..." She took out a couple daggers from her back pocket. "Shiro!" she yelled getting his attention, "think you could lift these?" and with that she threw the weapons in the air.

The first thing Shiro knew was that he was being chased by some heartless. The second thing he knew is that they were running around so that they could get fire off their head. Shiro ducked when the fire came right out of V's hand. After the blast, he looked up to see V.

"That was terrific, V!" he yelled. "See, practice helps."

Shiro started to look around for pebbles. Nothing. He was about to tell V that he was useless, but something happened.

"Shiro!" she yelled getting his attention, "think you could lift these?" and with that she threw the some daggers in the air.

Shiro quickly aimed his hands at the daggers and concentrated his powers on them. They were too big. Shiro did jerk his hands back though so that they didn't land on V's head. The dagger landed on the ground right infront of V. He started to run again, until he was a few feet from V. Shiro aimed his two hands at the daggers that were on the ground. He focused his power on two of the dagger's handles. The two daggers raised as he raised his hands. He then jerked his hands so that the daggers would come closer to him. Shiro then stopped his power and grabbed on to the handles that were right infront of his face.

"Mind if I use these?" he asked with a smirk.

[ayama]

"mind if I use these?" he said with a smirk.

V chuckeled and replied, "be my guest." Suddenly then, a knight jumped in front of her and attacked. V managed to dodge the blow but at the price of letting the creature skim her right arm. V cringed a little, even for a minor wound it hurt like hell. She got her scythe from behind her back, and doing a semi swing cut the heartlesses head.

V then looked at Shiro with a grin, "let's try to finish this quickly." and with that V charged at the knights that were coming at her.

Shiro quickly pulled off his backpack and zipped it open. He grabbed a potion and zipped it back up and opened the bottle. He set it on the ground. "Now drink that for me sometime. Even though it's not major, minor cuts still hurt."

V then looked at Shiro with a grin, "let's try to finish this quickly."

"Depends on how long it takes for me to kill a heartless with these. I could probably do hand to hand combat if it wasn't for my leg. So, I'll just try to learn fast." he replied with a smirk. Shiro charged at the knights right after V did. One heartless ran faster than the others. He made it to Shiro first. Big mistake... Shiro jumped in the air as it tried to escape. Shiro quickly stabbed the heartless in the head with one dagger when he was above it.

He ran back to his dagger after it was gone. He picked it up. "Let's see what you got, you freaks." he said with a smirk.

V looked at the potion that Shiro laid down for her, she looked at her wound she'd have to pick it up later. Right now she was preoccupied with heartless. She stopped and let some of the knights surround her then as they were about to jump at her,l she spinned around slicing through all the heartless.

Now there was just a few left, "oh come on!" she shouted disappointed, "this is really the best you can do?" V soon then regretted her words, for appearing behind the small army of heartless came a large body heartless. "oh..." she said, "this may be bad..."

Shiro decided to use stealth on these stupid knights. It looked like V could handle herself, so he tried to use a different strategy. He preformed a silent dash right beside the wall to the injured man. All the knights looked like they're attention was at V. Shiro thought that he should help, but when she fought. It seemed that she was more vicous when she fought. It could be Shira, though. He didn't have time to worry about this, he had a old man to help. He knelt down next to the old man.

"Where does it hurt?" he asked quietly.

"No, it's nothing..." the old man replied.

"Look, we're going to get you out of this." Shiro explained.

"I'm an old man. Everything that is important to me is gone. These black creatures put up a good fight. I'm just not able to do this anymore." he replied with a chuckle.

"I don't think this is a time for a laugh. Look, don't give up." he told the man.

"Go help your friend, everything will be all right." the old man said. Before Shiro could say anything else, he gave up. The old man died.

Shiro stood up and turned around. "oh..." she said, "this may be bad..." Shiro saw this large body standing infront of him. The good thing that his back was turned. Shiro looked down at the ground to see the old man's sword. He picked it up silently. "Can't let them win." he whispered. Shiro ran quietly up to the big body and stabbed him in the back with great force. He changed the gravity of the sword so that the sword would just shoot through him with a deadly force.

"No, V. Everything is alright." he said with a smirk as the darkness disappeared. He ran up to the sword and picked it up. "And this could be useful."

[ayama]

V was astounded of Shiros ability to use a sword, "i thought he just used his gravitation powers." she thought to herself. She then lost her train of thought, as a knight jumped at her. Not being as brave as Shira she freaked out a little, but then she extended her arm out and shouted, "Thundra!"

All of a sudden a bolt of lightening came down from the sky, and hitting the heartless literatly destroyed it. V amazed looked at her hand, "well I guess we know what spell I'm good at." she said with a laugh.

She then turned back to the heartless and extending her hand out she castes another thundra spell, this took out almost all the knights, she then looked at Shiro. "ok the rest are yours!" she said smiling innocently.

"No, that was amazing, V." Shiro replied. "I know my hand to hand combat already. Sword just helps. Please, you finish these fools. Then, I'll take you back for another ice cream. You deserve to enjoy it this time. "

Shiro looked into his pockets for the munny he didn't spend. Just enough for one more.

(Sorry for the shortness, my imagination is running low right now.)

V smiled, "well if you insist."

She then extended her hand out and murmured, "thundra..." this time the power of the lightening felt even stronger. It struck the heartless and within an instant they were all gone.

V turned back at Shiro, and without any warning she ran up to him and gave him a hug.

"That was awesome!!!" she shouted with excitment, "the way you defeated that large body with no problem, it was truly spectacular!!!"

"That was amazing, V." he replied with a smile. Before he could say anything else, she ran up and hugged him.

Shiro lost balance. His leg couldn't take the hug. Shiro quickly took V's hand, so he wouldn't fall. His plan failed, he fell taking V with him. Sadly, when he fell, his back hit the ground hard. He couldn't move, he was in his five minute paralyzis. He didn't care though, he was calm. V's smile made him feel like he wasn't by himself. V was really his one and only good friend. Shiro thought, "I've seen her a couple of times. Met her in the cafe, had a small adventure in Halloween Town, and now. Even though I've seen her a few times, I feel like she is a really good friend of mine already. Maybe thats just because I don't really have friends." Shiro closed his eyes and let out a small laugh.

"I guess I have to work on my balance more than fighting." he laughed.

(Sorry for the shortness again. Stupid brain. Promise that my next post will be longer.)

V laughed along side him. She then looked at Shiro and saw how extrememly close they were, "oh sorry!" she said trying to get up.

It took her a few secounds, but once she was on her two feet she extended her hand out to him.

"come on, the ice cream awaits!" she said happily.

As he took her hand she pulled him right up, V smiled at Shiro. "Sorry about the hug by the way..." she said embarresed.

"I get soo excited sometimes..."

(sorry for shortness, and don't worry it doesn't have to be extremely long to be a post)

His eyes suddenly opened. The paralyzis was over. V extended her hand towards him.

"Come on, the ice cream awaits!" she said happily. Shiro quickly took her hand. He used his other hand to help him push himself up, so he wouldn't pull her down again. When he was back on his feet, "Sorry about the hug by the way..." she said.

"I get soo excited sometimes..."

Shiro smiled. "Don't be. I like hugs. Its one of the many things I thought I would never get again. I was proven wrong. So, lets get you some ice cream and lets let you enjoy it this time." Shiro replied. "I'm pretty sure there won't be any more heartless attacks tonight. Atleast around here."

(Yeah, my post looked small when I wrote it. I was wrong.)

V smiled, and took his hand. Then as they walked into the ice cream shop, Shiro ordered for one salt sea ice cream.

V interrupted, "make that two." she said taking out some money from her pocket, Shiro gave her a questioning look which V replied to. "ice cream is better when shared with friends!" she said a broad smile on her face, "it makes the flavor more enjoyable!"

After they payed for the ice cream, V led Shiro out of the shop onto a bench. She sat down and licking her ice cream she looked up a Shiro.

"So, could you tell me what you couldn't earlier?" she asked. "You said it was a long story, did your story have anything to do with the old man?"
