In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

Doogie walked off of his Gummi Ship, not certain if Shun was going to come or not. He was kinda hoping that he didn't...cause he knew that Shun was still badly injured and didn't need to be moving around...but still. It'd be good for him to get out, right?
But...whether or not it was a good thing, that wasn't the thing in the front of Doogie's mind...his main thoughts were about how he would get Shun healed up. Sure, Doogie knew some minor healing spells...but he didn't know anything that would heal up Shun the way that he needed to be healed up. What he needed was for someone who specialized in white magic, or something like that...but who could do that?

( mmeehhh <.< )
Dallas was simply looking aroud the first district now. it had been a little while since he had met up with Kyriu and V, which... had definantly been interesting... but now he was off on his own agian. Dallas was relaxing agianst a wall, and looking up at the sky. This world was so weird..... and at that it was filled with some ever weirder people... but hat didn't really bug him. However just as that thought crossed his mind, someone seemed to just flash in to side of his fision... then they were gone. This took Dallas by surprise as he looked around. than he noticed they were now on th ground.
"Hey, are you alright?" He asked, holding out his hand to help them up.
Doogie was really worried about Shun...I mean...he hasn't really been looking to good lately...he's been paler than normal...and he hasn't had all his strength...maybe this injury is worse than I thoug--, and then his thoughts were abruptly stopped as Doogie fell. He really hadn't noticed that he tripped and fell...that is...until his face made contact with the ground. "OW!" Doogie yelled out as he fell over and hit the ground.
"Hey, are you alright?"
Doogie had to hold back the tears as he rolled on his back and saw the boy who was holding out his hand to help Doogie.
"Y-yea, I'm fine I guess. My nose hurts really badly now...as does my head...but...other than that I guess...although...you wouldn't by chance no someone who is really good at White Magic and could heal some serious wounds...would you? And by serious...I mean life threatening of course...cause a...friend of mine has some really bad wounds...and I can't heal his wounds by myself, and I really don't want anything bad to happen to him..." Doogie said as he held his hand on his nose, making sure that it didn't start bleeding, or start swelling.

Dallas looked a bit concerdly at what this boy said... He seemed to be in quite a prediciment. If only he knew white magic... he would be able to help out more.
"Hm... well thats a really difficult situation. All I can really think of is the hospital around this district. I bearly know anyone around here so I don't know of anyone with spesific white mage powers... Sorry. He said. Dallas wanted to be able to help this boy... because he understood what it ment to lose people that where important to him... And he wouln't wish that pain on anyone.
"Names Dallas by the way. i don't know if theres much I can particularly do, but I'm willing to help you out if you want. I know what its like to lose someone important... its not fun." He said with his normal charming smile. Hopefully this boy wouldn't think he was some weird freak or somthing.
Doogie really could not believe what he was hearing...a Hospital, right here in Traverse Town? Why hadn't Shun mentioned it last time they were here? Then again...there was no need for a Hospital. So, I can see how it'd slip his mind...[/color] he thought as he sighed in his thoughts ...I really wish he wasn't hurt...but, it's okay...cause I'm going to fix it. He will be better. I will make sure of it.
And then Doogie remembered something...last time he was here, he remembered Shun saying something about some...really powerful magic user guy...and Doogie was sure that Shun had said something about him knowing and teaching white Magic! Doogie was sure of it "There's a Hospital? Really? Well...I think before I go check out the Hospital...would you mind coming with me so that I can go investigate something? My...friend (he still couldn't believe that he could call Shun his boyfriend...and atleast for a while...Doogie didn't want to. He wanted to keep all that knowledge to himself. He didn't want to share Shun with anyone right now.) used to live here, and I seem to remember him saying something about some really powerful Magic user in the Second District, and I'm sure that the guy knows some White Magic! So...would you accompany me there?" Doogie asked Dallas, hoping that he would accept, and not be a jerky face.
"Oh, and by the way, my name is Doogie. It's a real pleasure to meet you Dallas!" Doogie said with a smile as he held his hand out for a formal handshake.

Second district huh? I haven't been there very long I don't belive.. This could be fun. Dallas thought. Plus like he really had anything better to do... an he really wanted to help this boy out.
"its nice to meet you as well Doogie" Dallas said and shook his hand happily.
Then Dallas turned and started to walk towards the door the the second district. While he was walking..... he started thinking.... and he was starting to get a little curious.
"Doogie, if you don't mind me asking... What happened to your friend to where he is in such bad condition?" he asked. "You don't have to answer if you don't want too.. I was just wondering... he added
Doogie was really glad to shake Dallas' hand. Then...as as Dallas and Doogie walked toward the Second District door, Dallas asked Doogie about Shun...and what was wrong with him. Even the thought of what had almost happened to Shun made Doogie almost start crying, but somehow he was able to keep back the tears for now...cause Shun wasn't gone quite yet.
"Well...it all started here, we decided to travel together, so, our first stop was a world called Halloween Town...it was as normal as could be on a world as odd as Halloween Town...that's when we went into the Forest, and well...got kinda seperated.
When I found him, he was already in a crazy battle against a tree that was possessed by a Heartless. After we were both attacking it, the tree wrapped a tentacle thingy around Shun...and squeezed and squeezed and squeezed, and it somehow conducted electricity along the tentacle thingy while it was squeezing Shun. And...well, let's just say that the tree was really strong...and it's tentacles conducted electricity really well...
Fortunately I was able to kill the Heartless while it was occupied hurting Shun...but before I was able to get over to where Shun was, he had passed out from the pain, and I thought...I thought that I had lost him. I thought...that he had died..." Doogie recounted as he started tearing up...he hadn't wanted to cry or do anything near crying in front of a almost stranger...
"Luckily, I was able to get him to the Gummi Ship that I own...which meant it was easier for me to heal him...but even with all the resources I have...he's still in a lot of pain...and he's paler than normal...and...he's just not in good condition, and I'm really worried...like really, really worried. So...yeah, that's it, I guess..." he said as he wiped his tears away from his eyes, and laughed semi awkwardly.
"Sorry if I talked your ears off!" Doogie said as they finally walked through the doors into the Second District...Doogie hadn't really noticed, but it had happened.

Dallas simply listened to what Doogie had to say. It really was sad what had happened to his friend, and he could definantly that he really cared about his friend... Shun? he thought that was the name he had heard.
"It'll be alright Doogie." he said and placed his hand on Doogie's shouder. "Theres no need to cry." he said with his normal charming smile. "I don't see how he couldn't get better! If he ha such a good friend as you seem to be. It'll be almost impossible for him not to get better!" Dallas said tryin to cheer Doogie up. But... what he said... only reminded him of his sister.. because that was what Dallas had belived with her... and she died all the same. Dallas closd his eyes for a moment to calm himself down. this would be no time for sad momories.... he was trying to prevent Doogie from haveing to supper the same pain.
Dallas then thought of another question for Doogie... apon remembering what he had said happened in his story. "Doogie, how old are you?" he asked " Cause from what you said... you sound like you're pretty strong... and it takes time to get strength.
Doogie really couldn't believe how nice Dallas was. They had only met a few minutes ago, and yet Doogie was able to open up to him, and all that Dallas had done was comfort him, and tell him how awesome of a friend he was being to Shun, and how Shun couldn't possibly not get better. Hearing all this made Doogie turn to Dallas and just hug him. Doogie couldn't stop himself...cause Dallas was being really nice to him, and it was a tough time for Doogie.
"Thanks...you don't know how much that means to me...thank you so much." Doogie said as he still had his head leaned on Dallas's chest because he was hugging him. As Doogie pulled away, he felt his face warm up a little bit, and he turned his face a little to the side to try and hide it. Then Doogie remembered that Dallas had asked him a question.
"Oh, umm, I'm 15. But...to be honest...it wasn't just me and Shun...we both have powers that help us...have people...show up to help us. I'll show you whenever we encounter any Heartless. But...all my other friend did was fight off some other Heartless that were going to attack us. I mainly fought off the tree...and since you asked my age, I shall ask you yours, 'kay?"

Dallas was very surprised... yet oddly pleased that Doogie hugged him. Unlike most other people, Dallas was ok with random strangers hugging him... as long as it made them feel better. Dallas placed one of his arms around Doogies back so he could hug him as well, then placed his other hand on the top f his head. "You're very welcome Doogie. I enjoy makeing everyone I can happy." He said to the boy who was still hugging him.
Then when he suddenly stopped, he noticed that Doogie seemedto be a bit embarassed now. This only made him simle, since he was just so used to this sort of stuff happening it didn't really phase him. Then he listened to what Doogie had to say. So he was about 2 years younger than him... that would also explain why he was so short.
"Well, that sounds like a pretty cool ability to me." Dallas said in responce to his powers "I don't have any special powers or anything." he said and then reached behind his back, and held onto the handel to his sword. "I only have this." he said as he then 'unsheathed' his sword, which had had to swing out as if he were striking somthing down pretty hard so that the blade would unfold. Because it cause wouldn't be as cool if he had sword doogie his folded up sword. "I'm 17 to answer you question." he said with a smile.
17 hmm? That would explain why he's so tall! ...and cute. I mean! Umm, no, he's not cute. He's just a guy. Shun's my boyfriend, and he's the one for me. Not this Dallas guy...[/i] Doogie thought as they walked along...Doogie's thoughts had been really scrambled lately, and he didn't know what to think about all the thoughts whirling in his head. So, he had to say something to get some of his thoughts out of his head, and fast.
"So...what's your story? How'd you come to live here on Traverse Town? And why're you alone? You seem to be the guy who'd always have a few friends at his side to hang out with. But you don't have to tell me if you don't want to...just wondering." Doogie said, trying to fill the space with something. Since, crazily enough, they hadn't encountered any Heartless yet...cause Heartless liked to frequent the Second District. Especially out in the open like they were.

Dallas sighed, he knew he'd have to explain himself eventually... no matter how much he didn't really like doing so.
"Me? Welll... " Dallas started, he had to really think on how to answer such things.
"I'm not quite sure how I got here acctually. One day... I just kind of showed up and here I am! Dallas said with a sort of shrug, perposly dodgeing his 'story' question. Dallas didn't particularly want to talk about his past unlesss directly asked too.
"As for being alone, Well... no one seems to like me all that much, ever. I mean I can get a long with people fine. But no one really ever wants to be my friend. I understood why where I'm from but here... not really.. its not like I've done anything to them.... He said kind of frusteratedly. But then he looked up and smiled. "Thats nothing that can't be fixed though right?" He said in a hopeful tone.... Doogie seemed really nice and Dallas would be happy to have some more people he could concider friends. But sadly.. almost no one wanted to concider that of him... apperently where ever he went.
Doogie couldn't help but feel a little sorry for Dallas. After all, Doogie didn't have any friends really...the only friend he had...ever were his parents...and now Shun...although he'd like to think that Dallas was a friend now!
"Don't worry! I'm sure that you'll have plenty of friends! Why, you've already got one!" Doogie said as he turned toward Dallas and just hugged him again. Cause...Doogie knew where he was coming from, and Dallas had already comforted Doogie lots...so Doogie felt like he could atleast do the same! And when he ended the hug, Doogie looked at Dallas and asked,
"So...if you don't mind me askin...what exactly did you do on your world that made people not like you...since you understand why they didn't..." Doogie really hoped that Dallas wouldn't get too upset...but what he had said really made Doogie wonder what had happen.
Post by Kuri, Queen of Feels on Jul 23, 2010 23:39:49 GMT -4
Dallas was very surprised to hear what Doogie had said. One? I acctually have kind of two....wait! how would he know that!? Dallas simply stood there for a second.. then realized what he ment, Doogie wanted to be his friend!!!! This made Dallas extremly happy!
He did not however expect to be hugged agian. It was kind of strange cause Dallas had said nothing to bring it on... the usual when people huggled him... What was going on? But Doogie's next comment made him sort of understand.
"Oh you think just by hugging me you get to learn more?" Dallas said jokeingly
Normally Dallas wouldn't have simply answered this sort of question, because he didn't enjoy talking about what had happened when he was a kid. But Doogie had made him happy enough to not mind that much.
"Well, Where I'm from, people didn't like me because I was a big trouble maker. Which wasn't enirly myfault to begin with.. Cause my sister... She was born with a disease that made it so a lot of her time was spent in the hospital. And I didn't want to just abandon her, so I stayed with her most ofthe time... and Schools don't like when you miss that much time." he said with a slight smile. "But..." Dallas tried to continue on.. but his memories caused him to leave a long pause... and his eyes stated to water, which made him instinctivly look away from Doogie. When he finally could speak agian Dallas stared back up. "M-my sister... she's gone now... and there was nothing I could do to save her." He said with a lot off difficulty. It was only two years since that happened.. so it was still pretty difficult for him to admit.... That she was gone.
"So as you can probably guess... My trouble makeing kind of took off there until my parents finally did somthing about it. Which I am thankful that they did, Otherwise I would probably be in Jail for somthing, not even I know what though." he said Then looked down at Doogie to see if he had even followed, since he haddn't even glanced at him since he started talking.
So Dallas thought that Doogie was just hugging him to get information? Yea right. Doogie wasn't like that! If he really wanted information, he had some other tricks up his sleeve he could pull.
"Psh, believe me...if I wanted to do something to get information...you'd want to give me the information." Doogie said semi jokingly with a smile on his face. Then, as Dallas started talking...Doogie had nothing else to do but listen...then when Dallas started talkin' about how his sister died, Doogie saw the tears starting to form at the bottom of Dallas' eyes, and Doogie couldn't help but tear up too.
He started thinking of his parents...and how the last time that he saw them they had been on vacation. And he had just wanted to take the Gummi Ship out for a fly, and then the Heartless decided to find whatever they were searching for, and make the world go "Bye-bye" and then his parents were no more. He was the only one...and it made him almost cry.
Unfortunately the next things that Dallas said weren't really heard by Doogie. They were really at the back of his mind, barely heard by Doogie as he was thinking about his parents. And as his thoughts of them ended, so did Dallas' comments about his life on his old world, and being sad himself, and knowing that Dallas was sad Doogie turned toward Dallas and hugged him for the third time, burying his face in Dallas' chest, about to cry.
