In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

Mikhail really didn't know what to say or do. Should he stay or leave? Clearly his company wasn't doing much good to the other man and he surely didn't want to be the reason to start a meaningless fight. As much as he hated to admit it, Mikhail had come to dislike fighting ever since he met Miyabita Roze. Sure, the Heartless what quite naive and self-righteous but he managed to show Rutherford his reasons behind supporting the Dark XII.
"...And to think sacrifices must not be made in order to help others, such foolishness. Anything that is worth having will have some sacrifice, the peace of the universe will require it as well..."
Innocent flower, shielding its baby seeds from the ones seeking balance. Sure enough the fertilizer he'd been fed had corrupted his views but his goal remained white and pure... a rare case among the Heartless. Most of his brothers prefered to immediately strike down versus trying diplomacy first and Mikhail truly admired the male for his moral values.
"...Perhaps my dream is not right for the universe but to bring peace I would do anything. I would pursue the never ending light if I thought it possible, but an existence between just brings out strife, war, anger, and sadness..."
Pulled out from his memories by Lakuri's voice, Mikhail glanced at the couple before him. He couldn't help but to remain silent, unable to look at either of them. A soft sigh escaped his lips as he decided to answer at last. "Yes... I believe we have met before." Mikhail quietly replied, lowering his head to look at the ground as he held his hands behind his back.
His company wasn't welcome... he probably should leave...

Lakuri looked confusedly back and forth between Kyriu and Mikeal... what was she suposed to do? She liked makeing friends... and Mikeal seemed nice... but There was obviously somthing wrong with Kyriu.... what was up with him as well?
Lakuri continuosly looked helplessly between the two... then she had an idea. Kyriu had rejected holding her hand... which was very unusual, and he would probably be easier for her to work with.
Lakuri turned to Mikeal and smiled apon hearing they had met before... that was very interesting, that both Kyriu and herself had met this same person. " Excuse me for just a second Mikeal. I needa figure out what's wrng with Kyrii." she said and smiled at him. "But don't think u'll be getting off easy Mikeal, you never answered my question either!." she teased him, then looked at Kyriu agian. His eyes looked a lot duller then normal... and he didn't look so good. She examined him closer.. there had to be somthing bothering him.... then she noticed a bit of red on his arm. Kyriu was hurt. Lakuri imitiatly placed her hands over his injury and closed her eyes, healing his wound. Once that was gone, she attempted to hold his hand agian.. but he quickly pulled it away. She then remembered when Kyriu had hurt it before.. she then held onto it agian, exept with both of her hands so that he couldn't pull it back. She then healed it as well, although unsure if it was even hurt.
Finally, Lakuri looked at Kyriu's face agian. His eyes weren't there normal color... which almost always ment somthing was wrong. Lakuri simly leaned in and gave him a kiss then looked into his un responcive eyes. "Kyrii... please give me some sign... that you're ok.." She pleaded to him.
She then turned her head a bit, and looked back to make sure Mikeal was still there.
Kyriu wasn't too happy about everything that was going on, and much less understood it. However his problem was his inability to move whatsoever, even blinking was impossible it's like he was frozen. For some reason the same vision he saw a few weeks before were coming back to haunt him....for some reason Kyriu still hand't recoved from whatever trauma he was enduring. For some reason Kuri was able to block it from his mind, but whenever he stayed away from her for quite sometime....well it wasn't pretty.
He couldn't see feel or hear anything which was strange in his case.
"Kyrii... please give me some sign... that you're ok.."
It took him a few seconds, but hearing Kuri's voice allowed him to return slightly back to his usual self. For some reason....his eyes had grown brighter..but now looked plain and visble grey. Great show basically he was better half way...wonderful.
The boy tried to form some sort of words..but sadly he couldn't mix anything. The best he could do....was take hold of both Kuri's hands and gave her a sad expression, then shook his head. This was his way of saying that he couldn't give her a complete positive sign.
'' G-g-g-go h-h-help h-him'...h-he...l-looks..w-worse'' was all Kyriu could get put. Once he did he let go of Kuri's hands. He didn't have the heart to tell her that for some reason......his eyes were stuck like this.......whatever was bothering him must be accelerating the mental damage he's sustained.
'' I-I'll b-be f--ff--ff-fine.'' Kyriu said though his voice clearly said the opposite.
Honestly speaking he was quite curious as to why Mikeal's back was turned.
"Excuse me for just a second Mikael. I need to figure out what's wrong with Kyrii... but don't think you'll be getting off easy Mikael, you never answered my question either!""
Mikhail couldn't help but snickering for a moment at her joking threat, but his laughter would be quick to die upon remembering the recent and terrible events. First, his crush and true love ends up trapped in an apparently neverending sleep and is frozen solid just like Han Solo at The Empire Strikes Back. Then his best friend ends up biting more than he could chew and gets himself killed in the middle of a Heartless rampage. And now he probably ruined a happy and healthy relationship.
Great... just great.
Seriously though, it would be best if he left the two alone to fix their problems. His presence would only create more as Lakuria was clearly trapped in a battle deciding who'd she help. He didn't want her or Kyriu to end up hurt and sad just because of his foolish ideas. A soft sigh escaped his lips as he watched the tender moment between the couple before him and by the time they were holding hands Rutherford had decided his next move.
"I'm sorry... it would be best if I left... for the three of us."
His words were uttered in a low voice, almost inaudible if one wasn't really keeping an ear for him. Biting his bottom lip nervously, he turned around and started to walk away by the time Kyriu had finished speaking.

Lakuri was now very worried about Kyriu. He was not well... pretty much at all... Lakuri nearly cried because of this fact.... what had happened to the poor boy!? What had he been up too!? "Kyriu... please.." she mumbled as her eyes filled with a small amount of tears. She compleatly disgarded what Kyriu said, he obviously wasn't fine. it did however cause her to glance back agian at Mikhail. Wait a second! He's walking away! she thought then looked at Kyriu agian... She really wanted him to be better... bt she was still kind of curious about Mikhail.
Lakuri made a quick descision to wrap her arms around Kyriu's neck and kiss him quickly. "please excure me sweetheart, I'ma gonna go catch that run away. I'll be back in just a second. she said and gave him a cute smile.
Then she ran off after Mikhail, and acctually decided to do somthing she knew would get his attention and jumped onto his back.
"where do you think you're going mr. Mikhail?" she said playfully. "I told you not to leave." she said and then simply waited for hs answer... hopefully this haddn't scared him too bad.
Kyriu was having difficulty in keeping himself sane, but he didn't want Kuri to know that. She seemed quite interested in something about Mikeal....which was a bit odd...but it didn't really bother him that much. Kuri's efforts did allow his grey eyes to brighten a bit...but now all they looked like now was a couple of grey looking eyes. Honestly speaking due to appearance Kyriu having grey eyes just made him look sick, which was kind of true.
He was actually glad that kuri went after Mikeal...he didn't want her to have to deal with him while he was like this. If anyone could see inside his head, they would have to give him some credit. The moment he got here his panic attacks started bothering him again, and Kyriu being Kyriu refused to let that show.
Unfortunately his right hand started shaking making Kyriu have no choice but to hold it tightly. He'll be fine, just fine. Almost on que Kyriu nearly collapsed on the floor but was able to stop that from happening due to the street light next to him. The boy was tired....and at this rate he would most definately fall seriously ill.
He didn't want that to happen at all, that would require healing.....which he never wanted Kuri to do for him. But he couldn't afford to make himself look sick, that would be bad. However he suddenly smelt something...that was not really revolting but gave him a very bad bad feeling....so bad in fact he started coughing horribly.
'' Control yourself!!! What your sensing is the vile stench that plagues this town....calm yourself.''
Well that easy for Ryu to say he wan't the one on all fours coughing. Luckly it stopped soon, yet somehow he really didn't want to get up. So instead he simply turned over and placed his back against the lamp light. Hopefully no one noticed his coughing, and just to make it seem like he was ok Kyriu lowered his head to hide his face.
"Where do you think you're going Mr. Mikhail?" she said playfully. "I told you not to leave."
He absolutely had not expected what happened next and was unfortunately caught off guard by the girl. Her boyfriend was just there, right in front of them, and she actually went on to cling on his back willingly? Gee, this girl was strange and Kyriu was pretty close to her regarding that. Unholy thoughts soon would fill the pyromancer's thoughts upon realizing the man didn't really care about Lakuri hugging him all around the place. Could this guy be... possibly looking for a threesome?!
The mere thought of it was a complete turn off for Mikhail; besides, he didn't think Kyriu was that kind of person. He seemed to know better... way better than to share his girlfriend with another man. The pyromancer thoughts went back to the maiden in blue, sinking his heart once more. Really, he shouldn't be there... flirtling with the maiden in pink. Now that he thought about it, maybe he should pay her a visit even if it wasn't Wednesday.
"I really -should- be leaving, Miss Lakuria. I have other business pending and it cannot wait any longer..."
Yeah, that should probably do the trick. Now, Mikhail only had to wait for her to climb down his back and ask him hundreds of question before letting him off the hook. A soft sigh escaped his lips as he crouched down a bit, making it easier for her to jump off. The recent generations of women had sure been born crazy...

( bleh, so scatter brained when i wrote this, i hope it makes sense XD )
Lakuri looked up sadly at Mikhail when she slid off his back. "You didn't have to leave until Kyrii got here." Lakuri sighed and looked at the ground, totally guilt tripping Mikhail. "I know you're lieing." she said and then started to walk back in the direction of Kyriu sadly. "Do what you want Mikhail, I can tell you don't want to be my friend." She said glanceing back at him, her bright green eyes seeming much sadder than before. Lakuri can be quite the little guilt-tipper when she wants to be, just another trick she has used several times to help her survive.
Lakuri walked back over to Kyriu and simply watched him for a minute without saying anything. His cough sounded horrible, and really worried poor Kuri. "Kyriu, you don't sound so good." she said and lightly lifted his head up with her index finger. She was very surprised by ho well... bad he looked too. Lakuri leaned on him and lightly kissed his forehead.
"Kyriu what did you do to yourself?" She said looking directly into his oddly colored eyes. Lakuri's eyes started watering as she simply looked at his face. She turned her head away however when a few tears started to roll down her cheeks. "I love you Kyriu... please get better..." she said and held onto one of his hands. "I don't want to lose you." she added as a few more tears fell down her cheeks.
( Shunnny!! the next time you say you lack a muse i'll mummify you! XD)
( WARNING: YEAH I SUGGEST YOU GUYS READ THIS ONLY IF YOU HAVE FREE TIME...OTHERWISE DON'T TRY IT. IF YOU DO READ IT WELL.....YOU;LL UNDERSTAND WHY..I ONLY ADVICE YOU NOT TO PANIC. And no worries...nothing bad happened).
Well....this...wasn't....getting....any...better. Nothing usually happened to him these days, so what the heck was this? Why did he have to be so weird and different? Why was this only happening to him and no one else? You don't see any other people around here who's own bodies are trying to kill them!!!...welll do you!!? Of course not thats because your actually supposed to be here.
No thats not what he meant, but honestly speaking...none of this made any sense. It was almost like every source of magic he came across affected him in some way.....but this time was different...it almost felt like he was.........dying. No no that wasn't even a consideration...he wasn't going to die..no no this wasn't anything all he had to do was move thats it...nothing more. As the student tried his best to move all it did was seem to weaken him. What was going on? He lifted his head to try and focus on the world around him....but it was like nothing was there anymore....but Kuri was still visible that was good...but then what was the issue then?
It was getting really difficult to hear as well...oh dear this wasn't good this wasn't good at all...not at all.
For some reason his ancestors voice seemed to grow fainter and fainter...and the sad thing was...the student had no idea what Ryu was trying to tell him. Kyriu did his best to try and say something to Kuri...but somehow his voice had disappeared...wonderful.
It was only a few seconds later that he realized what was going on. It was all quite clear now actually, the really bad day, getting overly upset...and now this. All the feelings that really troubled him, were the ones he kept bottling up. He wanted to fix these things himself...he knew that he should be happy and everything....but waking up every morning and remembering that your mind is half crazy....really isn't a morale booster.
All this worry and stress seemed to be a bit too much for his already fragile heart, sure it was a tough one...but there was only so much it could handle. Kyriu seemed to be extremely upset today...more so than ever before....and this was the problem.
The answer was quite simple.....and Kuri's disappearing image proved it. All the worry, the stress, the effort of keeping himself together....and the task of keeping Kuri happy all lead to one thing.
A heart attack.
The student couldn't move speak or do anything.....his body just seemed to topple over opposite to where Kuri was letting go of her hand in the process. As he laid there on the floor not moving an inch his eye color seemed to change completely instead of increasing....it slowly started to dim.....so much to the point that it looked as if they didn't have a trace of life left in them....not a even a tiny bit.
The boy's eyes stayed open as he laid on the street unaware of the world around him........he wasn't dead obviously....that was good....but no one said that his condition was a good one either.
Simply put.....Kyriu Ogawa had survived a quiet heart attack.....and for his own good...and because he needlessly pushed himself do things that no normal man would do.......his body was very very...........very slowly dragging th student into a coma.
Nothing hurt him more......nothing hurt more than the lack of mobility. He couldn't see her...nor could he feel her hand anymore. He had to move some how........some how he had to move.
He didn't like any of this.......he tried not to think about the last thing Kuri said.....at all. Nothing was going well today!!!! why why why why why!!? Thats when it happened...his eyes decided that it was the best time to start to close...graet wonderful....it paralyzes him, and now wants to shut off his eye sight...great.
Was there really something wrong with what he was doing? Was it such a crime to want to live a normal life? Not everyone had to run off seeking adventure...what was wrong with being a normal citizen?
The student from another world just laid there..still frozen in his state..eyes half open..........he just hoped that Kuri or Mikeal didn't think they did any of this.......if it was anyone who was responsible for Kyriu's current state.....it was Kyriu.
The boy had reached his life's climax......and his destiny had come to a halt.......continuing on his own seemed unlikely......all that was possible was to wait..and hope...that whatever this test was...that he would pass it.
And he still hadn't seen her face.......he wouldn't mind anything else.....but denying him Kuri......was just....such an unspeakable crime...all he wanted was to see her...to know that she was there......please.......just once more....that would give him all the strength he needed.

( on the count of my extreme freaking out, and the fact that this will make more sense, postying oder shall now flop so is Rexy, Me, Shunny. hope u dun mind rexy <3 )
Lakuri could only watch this. There was absolutly nothing she could do, as her heart was compleatly shattered into peices too small to even put back together.... Kyriu... was dieing. The one person in the world she loved and trusted... was falling apart right infront of her eyes.. and she could do nothing to save him.
At first, Lakuri had only been midly concered, Kyriu just needed to rest, and his not talking was normal.... this was all normal until the actual situation was revealed. Kyriu seemed to just fall over... releaseing her hand. "Kyriu!" she yelled, just by the shock... She imdiatly moved him so that his head would be on one of her legs instead of the cold hard ground. Lakuri looked a Kuri's face... his eyes where still open... and blank. At that moment, Lakuri lost it. She moved her hand back to Kyriu's, but could only hopelessly hold it, and send whatever white magic energy she had through him. "No! Kyriu! wake up!" she cried, shakeing him a bit.... but his body didn't move at all, exept for his ees slightly closed. She leane down and placed her head on his chest. she could faintly hear his heart beating, he was still alive... but for who know's how much longer... he needed major help... and now! "Kyriu! please, Don't leave me!" She screamed through her tears, and held tightly onto him. "I need you Kyriu, you can't! You can't die on me!!" she continued to scream into his chest.
Lakuri sat up and brushed her now damp hair away from her face, and moved her face into her hands as what was happening started to sink deeper into her. All she could do, was sit her and sob out every last fragmint of her shattered heart. She couldn't do anything to help Kyriu, she was just as weak as she ever was.... Lakuri looked around helplessly for anything, anyone, that could save him... then she spotted Mikeal. He seemed to not have moved very far away from them in this time.
"Mikhail!!!! I beg you, please!! Help, Kyriu isn't responding!" She screamed at nearly the top of her lungs. "Please Help, I can't do anything, and I don't want him to die on me!" she said and started to sob into her hands agian.
Mikhail simply blinked as the girl sttempted to make him prey of her charming guilt tricks. He had seen that one quite a few times and was fully aware of its nature and purpose. After years of handling Mira Andrews back home he sure knew what to expect from the opposite sex. So... no, he wasn't going to fall for the trick. The man turned around, blinking as she continued with her drama show.
Well, she had at least achieved something...
He wasn't leaving anymore... at least for a while.
Suddenly she turned around and ran back to her beloved one, Kyriu, clearly worried about his condition. Now that he thought about it, he didn't look that good... regarding both body and spirit. Rutherford continued to watch, forgetting all about leaving the pair to their fate. He had a bad feeling about this...
Many things would suddenly happen, all at the same time.
Kyriu had been held by Kuri for a couple of moments and he seemed to be slowly recovering... but this turned out to be wrong as he collided with the ground, squirming away from the girl's grasp. The pyromancer knew something fishy was going on and by the time the maiden let out a cry he knew exactly what was happening to him.
Mikhail quickly dashed through the street, reaching the man's side as Kuri began to ask for help. His brow furrowed as he continued to watch for a couple of seconds. A heart attack. Similar things had happened to many of his fellow soldiers back at his homeworld, all being overwhelmed by pressure, fear, guilt, anxiety and worry among many other things. Most of them hadn't survived but Rutherford wasn't going to let this happen again; not on his watch.
No second could be wasted and suddenly Kyriu's body was lifted from the floor by a pair of arms, olive digits holding him tightly as Mikhail placed him over his shoulder. "There's no time to waste, follow me." And he was off, running as fast as he could to the nearby hospital at the First District while he pumped continuous cure spells into Kyriu's body in an attempt to break the occlussion of the artery and stabilize his heart.
He wasn't sure if Kuri was following closely behind; frankly he didn't care about it in that moment. His only goal was to get the man to the hospital... and fast. As the duo began to approach the building, a security guard quickly opened the doors upon noticing it was some kind of emergency. Mikhail dashed inside the hospital, shouting for help before doctors and nurses began to approach him, taking Kyriu away from him and into an emergency room.
The pyromancer turned to face the hospital's main doors, ready to restrain the girl upon her arrival. It wouldn't do much good if she stormed inside and interrupted the doctors' work to help Kyriu.
Kyriu was oblivious to everything that was happening. Afterall he was unconcious, for quite sometime actually. The doctors performed thier duties and tended to Kyriu, but somehow this just wasn't enough. Upon closer inspection they noticed that the boy was actually quite healthy, and oddly enough his heart was still beating, yet he remained.....unresponsive. This was quite puzzling...none of it made any sense either. Kyriu just laid there on the hospital bed with several men and women, all dressed in white trying to revive him.
This lasted several minutes....and there was still no progress...what was wrong with him? It was as if the boy had life but no mind to control it? What on earth was going on?
Kyriu himself was kind of confused as he laid there his mind wondered off to other places...lots of happy places actually....but none of them were as nice as his current life. So what was the boy missing? Was there something in his life that he needed to solve?
Nothing but questions swirled his head. Kyriu wanted to wake up..he really did, but he just kept sitting in that empty head of his.
It took a long time for him to actually notice something about the dark room he was sitting in.
It looked like the hospital only....different. It was all blueish and foggy, and well no one was around. Kyriu walked through the hallways until he for some reason saw a very horrible image. It was Kuri of course Crying horribly...he didn't know why...but the view of the doctors rolling his body to the morge said it all. He tried to move but was tugged back by something. He spun around and noticed Ryu standing infront of him......odd.
'' I wanted to avoid this, but it seems that I cannot. If you do not want this to become reality you must accept a heavy burden. A great threat is appraoching, and you will be needed. This town, Lakuri, and all those you care for will need you for what is to come. I offer you two choices. One...You may return to your body and continue to be with Lakuri without any of the skills you have learned or aquired over the years, and I will leave. But Know that By doing this, you may fail to protect Lakuri when the time is right. Or you may accept the hidden power within our bloodline and carry a heavy burden. You will understand several things about yourself, but will have a great responsibility imposed on you. '' Ryu stopped and simply took out two items.
In one hand he carried the Kyriu's Katna, and in the other he held Lakuri's necklace.
''' Were running out of time Kyriu............Decide!''
Wonderful....just great. Pick Everlasting peace with Kuri, and sentence a whole world to death....pick the blade....and carry a huge responsibilty..whatever that was. Still thsi wasn't sounding good, what was this responsibility thing? And how would it affect his life? Damn Samurai....always talked in riddles.
The student looked from left to right uncertain......a decision had to be made....the clock was ticking.

( Kyriu better get better, or I think Lakuri's going to end up suffocateing herself from crying XD )
Lakuri was so absolutly greatful that Mikhail came to help her, that she did smile, smally, at him for a few seconds... but Lakuri had never, ever been so worried, terrified... and so.. emotionally hurt in her entire life... this once even, of the realization that Kyriu.. might infact die on her. Lakuri saw Mikhail lift Kyriu up, and heard what he said... he wanted her to follow. But Lakuri couldn't move, or bearly even see in her current condition, but she knew she had too get up and chase after mikhail.... she could never, ever forgive herself if this was the last time she ever saw Kyriu.
After Mikeal had already gone, Lakuri soon wobbily stood to her feet and ran in the same direction he had. This proved to be quite difficult, as Lakuri's vision was blured by her tears as she ran, causeing her to have to wipe her eyes almost contantly. Normaliy, Lakuri runs incredibly fast, and rather quietly. but with all over the above, although she still tried to reach her ormal speed, it came with a few conciquences, mostly her stumbleing and falling quite commenly, giveing her several scrapes on her arms and legs.
She also honestly had no clue where she was going. In a way she was just following the road, which she hopped would eventually lead her, to where mikeal had taken Kyriu.
Which it had. Lakuri spotted the hospital through the blur of her tears. She also spotted mikhail by the door, without Kyriu. Lakuri ran inside, but as soon as she ran any further then him, she was immediatly intersepted and held back by Mikhail. "Let me go!" she screamed and strugged agianst him, even though this caused her scrapes to sting horribly, but she was freaking out for to much to even concider to heal them. Lakuri was panting very heaviling, as her body attempted to recover from her still continuting sobbs, and all the running she had just done. "I need to be with Kyriu!!!! I need to make sure he'll be ok!!" she screamed at Mikhail and started coughing because her body wasn't getting enough air. Lakuri sunk down to her knees agian as her body was slowly forceing her to calm down enough to at least breathe. "I need Kyriu, he can't die on me!" she whimpred as she held tightly onto her necklace around her neck. She could only hope that he would soon be alright.... and be himself agian.
Watching her from afar, Mikhail narrowed his eyes and concentrated on the rapid blur approaching the building and turned out to be successful in catching the girl before she did something stupid. She screamed and sobbed, begging to be released from his tight embrace. Lakuri could bite and scratch and squirm around, but the man possessed quite a formidable strength of his own; he wouldn't let her go so quickly... not before having her calm down and settle that altered aura of hers.
"It's alright..." he whispered holding her against his chest as he sobbed and whimpered. Though her heart was probably shattering into pieces in that same instant, all he could do was embrace her pain. Mikhail felt somehow responsible for this... he knew he had to do something else. But what? He slowly closed his eyes, lowering the tightness of his grip as he spoke once again.
"He will be alright... you'll see..."
Lakuria started to cough; his hug had apparently suffocated her. Losing her balanced, the girl tumbled and both she and the young man holding her fell down and hit the floor. Mikhail ignored the pain, holding her tightly as he whispered words of comfort into her ear.
Inside the hospital, she was on top of him.
He remained in that position for quite a while, not caring if other people continued to stare. The girl needed to calm down and clear her head before she tried to do something stupid. Mikhail sighed; he could feel her breathing close to his ear. No matter what direction he faced, he always ended up smelling the scent of Lakuri's hair. It was sweet... it had certain touch of innocence in it as well.
So much like Antique's...
Just thinking about holding the blue headed girl, in the exact same position he currently held Lakuria... it heated up the lower half of his body.
However, to let his body take control of the situation was quite...
Mikhail cleared his mind from such thoughts, remembering what had happened to his dear bluebird. Frozen... trapped in ice... asleep. A soft sigh escaped his lips as the sadness began to fill him once again; Max was dead as well and he couldn't help but feeling guilty since he had pretty much forgotten about him in the past few minutes. He bit his bottom lip, waiting for Kuri to say something...
Pale hands touching each other, the woman kneeled in the darkness as she silently meditated in her safe sanctuary; the book. Black, dark, it felt like water... as if she was underwater. Instead of drowning her, this liquid refreshed her, filled her, gave her strength. Thick shadows surrounded her figure as she whispered her prayer, looking around for her next victim; her next toy and piece of entertainment.
"Through passion I gain strength, through strength I gain power..."
Marie Rosalinda had embraced the darkness long ago, she needed it to feel full, satisfied, pure. It was just as important as the light could be for a hero's heart; without it she was nothing, just a mere mediocre sorceress looking for freedom. She had been tricked by the female Heartless, Relena, who had broken her promise while ignoring the woman's pleas. Steiner had helped her and she got nothing but betrayal as a reward.
"Through power I gain victory, through victory my chains are broken..."
From now on, she would show no mercy. Kindness and love were mere weaknesses of the human race; she had filled their emptiness with coldness and hate. The woman had been foolish in her youth; she had let the Connor male seduce her, trick her, feed her his lies and empty promises. She had shown him her loyalty, but not anymore. She would be no one's slave, she would have no masters. Betrayal was the path she would walk, and Lady Traya would be her name.
"The darkness shall free me."
Opening her eyes, Rosalinda looked around, listening to the whispers of the dark. It seemed that they had found another prey for her... a young troubled boy. She smirked, pleasant to have learned this. Soon, she was gone... the darkness no longer surrounded her. A hospital seemed to be the setting, a girl wept while two men talked before her. Both looked quite similar; one offered the other two items. Traya whispered a string of vile words, locking the dream's entrances and exits. No one else would come to interrupt them and the victim would not be able to escape her either.
Dreams were her domain... her power... her territory.
But for now she remained hidden... in the shadows... unseen as she planned her attack...
This wasn't going well. Why did all this have to happen to him today? Of all times...why today? Now there was this whole responsibilty thing that Ryu was talking about? Such madness!!! Honestly all he wanted to do right now was punch this guy right in his face...he really wanted too..but that would be just wrong. Stupid stupid samurai always talking in riddles.
'' Look I really don't have time fo-'' he stopped in mid sentence as he felt something very dark in his mind. Ryu turned sharply and drew the blade...choices would have to wait until later something was hear. The samurai walked slowly around the room waiting for any source of movement ....yet he was getting nothing.
'' Only Cowards hide in the shadows....unveil yourself...sinister invader'' Ryu said still examining the area.
Kyriu on the other hand wasn't doing so well somehow he felt like something was trying to claw it's way out of his head. In fact his head was starting to hurt....a lot. In fact it hurt so much it caused the boy to sink to his knees. He felt like screaming since...well he was kind of literally cracking up...as in breaking with an odd amount of orange light coming out of him.
'' W-what the heck?....................Is up.........with today...ANYWAY!!!!''
Outside in the real world Kyriu's body just started to twitch violently. ...how was this whole think going to end?
