In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

Ienzo put a hand to his chin. He sincerely wished he could grow a small beard to mess with- Wait. No. Ew. Facial hair definitely wasn't his thing. The silver-eyed creature reclined in his seat and looked to the ceiling.
"The Heart is... The source of all emotion. It's physical, yes, but only to the Heartless and the Keyblade. Think about it like the worlds: They were once all blocked off, contained from each other. An event broke those barriers, that event being the Heartless." He chuckled. "The Heartless break the barriers between physics and metaphysics, in a way. So yes, the Heart is physical... To us."
Indeed, if a person was to die without Heartless influence, their Heart couldn't be touched without the Heartless or that forsaken key. Hopefully that would explain it better. "But- That is the most likely theory. There are only a handful of people who have actually done experiments, and a couple of them are within the Organization..." His eyes narrowed. "And you want to stay as far away from them as possible."
(wow, gerard, you ain't getting any action at all. Poor guy)
Rose's head was starting to hurt. Now he was introducing a new element. "Keyblade... I'm seeing a giant key used as a blunt object with which to hit things?" Rose shook her head. "What does a giant key have to do with hearts?" Then she thought about this Organization. "And what Organization is this? What kind of experiments are you talking about?"
(Meh, short post, but Rose doesn't have anything else she could say.)
Ienzo paused. His silver eyes examined her. She was clueless. That definitely wasn't good. He stopped to think, and finally found the words he'd meant to say all along.
"The Keyblade can lock and unlock Hearts. Once locked, they are hidden from the Heartless, safe. But being unlocked makes it extremely fragile to the Darkness. The Organization wants this Key for themselves, but they can't wield it due to their lacking of the Heart, see?" He crossed his arms and leaned back, closing his shimmering eyes, the dark hair throwing them into the shadows. "The Organization wants Kingdom Hearts, a collection of all the Hearts lost to Darkness... Millions of Hearts that once belonged to people and Worlds, combined into a single white door, behind which is a constant flux of both Light and Darkness. Kingdom Hearts can give you the power of the Gods if you can hold it."
"Right... And now I'm wishing I didn't know." Rose shook her head. She sighed, and stretched. "So... What do you do for fun around here?" she asked, giving him an appraising look. She was getting bored and restless, and Halen reflected that, as he began to fiddle and twitch. "Or do you not have fun?" she asked, giving him a smile that was also a challenge.
