In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

Shaking her hands, he completed the traditional introduction, "I don't think it's because he picked you either. Personally if I was a heartless with free will and individuality, I would pick one close to me."
His head turned with a sigh to commence his book scanning, "It's hypothetical. Also heartless now can't roam about without getting attacked, so it would be natural for me to rely on those who I know, knows me well to see me despite the greatest of darkness."
No matter how much he scanned there didn't seem to be open books about heartless in this library to stumble upon. Although he knew little about the world such as: it falling to darkness, he assumed it was either a common knowledge or an occurance that emerged before it could be recorded in this library, which still seemed pretty dusty and dead. "With that said, I think it may lie simply with Halen holding that uniqueness that the masses lacked; I guess you can call it an oppurtunity of being close to what he was, then again if he lacked such thing...I have a feeling one of you wouldn't be standing here."
The L'Cie shrugged, since he was just brainstorming the statements he spoke with as much common sense and little tidbits he knew about heartless in general.
Rose shook her head. “We didn’t pick each other. I’m pretty sure Fate intervened, because had he not done… that thing… then I would have killed him. I know a little bit about connected Hearts, and from what I read, and what my calculator told me afterwards, our meeting was about as likely as being hit by lightning three times after and because you picked the winning ten digit number in a 30 billion dollar lottery. The number is so big it doesn’t have a name. Basically, 1 to almost infinity against. Of course, since he isn’t very smart right know, he can’t tell me why he was looking for me.”
Halen stared at Rose, his eyes narrowed slightly. He had been perfectly clear as to why he had searched her out. Her heart had called to him. Of course what he had actually said was Heart nice, but it meant the same thing. Rose looked back at Halen. "What are you looking at?" He blinked, and started to fiddle with one of his antennae.

"Precisely," the L'Cie chuckled at her remark towards the heartless only prooving more of their unique link that hardly happens often, especially when the vast majority of heartless doesn't fit the agenda. "Although it occurs...rarely...it won't be surprising if you're not alone in that aspect."
"Another question, how much do you know about this world? I could read until the end of time, but even some records can't be found so easily," he grabbed another book, which seemed more historical. Although history his what he wanted to know, Damien didn't want to bore himself that much in its depts. "Like a handful, I'm a foreigner, a very fresh one at that."
"I don't know that much, except that it is called Radiant Garden, and that there isn't a single bit of radiance or any gardens to be found. Which means that it was like that in the past, and people are trying to reclaim it. And it is very... blue." Rose shrugged, then pushed a few buttons on her computer armband. "I can hack the computer network, find some info that way. But I think what I need is access to the main control port. I can get a lot more if I could find where this wireless network originates."

His brows raised as she mentioned computers; the whole procedure was too technical for his liking, then again he hardly ever bothered with them unless it was neccessary. Since he was a straight forward man with his endeavor, he never side-stepped to indulge himself with them. Perhaps this time it would deem neccessary to obtain as much history of the world as possible before it fade away like the stars.
"Hmm, I'm sure Leon would know where, but I doubt he would admire the hacking...especially with his project to get the world on its feet, "for a moment he caught himself with his statement. Why was starting to care of such things that wouldn't last forever? Essentially that is why he wants to learn about Radiant Garden, but why muddle with little tidbits that would deem irrelevant in the end?
Rose didn't look up from her computer as she ran her password generator. "It's not as if the security system is very robust. Either they don't care about people accessing the computer, or they never thought about protecting it." A green "OK" appeared on the screen. Rose chuckled. "I'm in. What do you want to know?"
Halen watched with fascination. He knew what she was doing. He had no idea how he knew, but he understood what she was saying. And he was willing to bet he could help. He reached for the computer, but got his hand slapped away.
"No Halen. Last time I let you touch it, you broke it."

"Anything really," he replied lacking a solid answer, before coming up with a concrete question, "what was this world like before darkness arrived and during the dark reign?"
The spectacle of the past is what everyone yearned to return to and continued to remember. That shall be the start of his record keeping: the world everyone knew, loved, and wanted, the world before the flood of chaotice darkness, the world that emerged from the black see, and the struggles the people had to restructure it solidly.
It was hard to narrow down the important aspects of the world, since he wasn't a native, but it was the best legacy he can come up with to continue on in literature. Perhaps he can ask Leon as well. Who isn't more reliable than a working native himself?
"I'll search for History, and run a cross search for any image files." A small progress bar appeared on the screen as the computer looked for info. An image file appeared, with a single small text file connected to it. Everything the computer found was corrupted. She held out the computer so Damien could see the image. " I guess this is why they called it Radiant Garden."
She pulled the computer back, and opened the text file. "It says Radiant Garden was ruled over by Ansem the wise, and seen as the capital of light of all the worlds."
Halen got irritated. He could help! He reached out and grabbed the computer, and closed his eyes, trying to reach into it. The tiny speakers began emitting a smal alarm. Then someone said something. "Unauthorized access detected. Digitizing." Halen stiffened, his hand on the tiny computer, as the Main Control Center reached out through the network. He began buzzing with energy, and tiny blocks covered his body. the air vibrated slightly and Halen was absorbed into the computer.

"I was there not to long ago...," Damien muttered, "shame it isn't like that all around."
The fountain was a peaceful place, but it was interrupted by a renegade heartless that had slipped in so far in the city even with the claymores charging after it. For a moment, he pictured how a capital of light would've looked like. Luckily he had sketched a picture of the fountain; it can be remade in fashion of those in Radiant Garden once a new capital is made.
His head snapped at the small computer once hearing the alarm only to see a black hand holding onto it. His brows dipped looking at Halen wondering what in the worlds did he do. "That sounds ...unfortunate..."
What through him off more was the response from the computer before the heartless got pixelated.
"Halen! HALEN!" Rose ran a diagnostic on her computer. There was a foreign entity accessing her computer! No, two! "Halen, hold on!" She turned off her virus protection, and activated an isolation program, but it was too late. Both entities were gone. "He's gone..." Then she felt a pull inside her, in her chest. Her heart... It... "I can... feel him. He isn't dead! Come on!" She ran out of the library, entering the maze of the castle, hoping Damien was following her. This time, though, she knew exactly where she wanted to go... [exit Rose, continues in Space Paanoids]
