In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

A whole new world. It hadn't taken her much time to collect data on Traverse Town, though this world may be a completely and utterly different story. From the airship, which she had docked safely, the world looked enormous in comparison. No where near as big as Ivalice, however.
It did not take too long for the milk pale viera to start exploring her new surroundings. A zipped up red leather jacket (probably from the beast of some poor creature she slaughtered), and brown shorts sufficed for a disguise. The red hood covered her head, pressing her flopping ears close to her hair.
There were so many scents and new objects and people, that it almost made the rather socially inept Viera a little bit antsy. It took her all the restraint she had to not attack and cut up the little Mist conductor that had freeloaded on her ship. Perhaps this World had some good game as well. That would satisfy her, for a little bit. But still, it stressed Creme out.
Blood garnet eyes twitched around a bit underneath the hood of her jacket. Where had Coffee gone?
She didn't like this world already--it was too loud. Too many Humes. It stank.
Eyes scanning the area, she walked toward the window of a shop. In the window laid a display of what looked to be a wooden instrument. Peeking her interest, she pressed her hand against the cold glass, trying to focus everyone out of her consciousness.
What a beautiful wooden thing. Was it a tool? Perhaps an Airship part?

This world was more livelier than Traverse Town, but it lacked the heartless activity in its interior. If there was, it was so minor that it would be tended to before she even seek it out. There was a defense mechanism within the city walls protecting it, which left the outdoors as a complete wilderness, her type of place. It seems old strands of her past still stuck with her, since she can enjoy the company of the wildlife, yet she can cope with the cityscape populated by humes.
Without a care, she walked on the rooftops finding the sidewalks and walkways too crowded. Coffee wasn't kind to be shoved and would gladly give a rough push back to the offender. She was looking for that lucious bundle of mist; she had quickly departed in search for friends, but the viera never vowed to NOT see her again. There were just too many things she can indulge herself in with the maiden's company. With a little scouting hunt, she had lost traces of Creme. The world was too thick with the musk of humes that it either masked hers or she began to smell like them. In the meantime, she walked where most of the activity was flourishing, the Market Place. To take a gander at the trinkets, she had to descend from her perch and walk with the commoners.
People had to dip out of her way as she landed on the cobblestone floor. They instinctually moved around her as she gave no sign of recognition giving the viera a snobbish aura.
The wooden object in the window was so beautiful. The wood glistened in the sunlight, and it was so perfectly symmetrical. A true piece of art, whatever it was. Long nails that bordered on claws dug into the glass with the intense desire to own the object.
The high ringing stung in her ears, she pulled her hand from the glass before she cut right through it. It was nice to have a moment of clarity. Hearing the change of the murmuring of the crowd around her, a ear wormed its ear out of the hood of her jacket to listen more intently to what was going on.
"Rabbit ears..."
"How rude...."
"Where did she come from?"
"Where are all her clothes?"
Creme turned around to see Coffee, and made her way in the direction of the other Viera.

The viera hummed lowly, and for a moment her fangs rested on her bottom lip as her ears picked the nuissance buzzing of the humes. She rolled her eyes hearing nothing new or interesting; even the whelps in Traverse Town despite their ignorance had sharper tongues.
She stood tall as a merchant tried to win her over with charmed accessories. A brow arched in her inquisitive nature. As a bounty huntress, she has been all around Ivalice collecting rare and even the unique common items. Her keen eyes for the luxurious began to ravage everything on display to determine their value, but it seemed objects here were quite mundane and out of date compared to Ivalice.
Her nose twitched picking up a familiar scent. It belonged to a Moogle, but it looked nothing like a mutant. She wondered if it had a mutation or something. The small mocha nose twitched before picking up another. Her head turned to spot a patch of lavendar hair tucked under a red hood. "There you are. It seems you've been behaving yourself here."
Creme's ears momentarily perked up when she heard her partner's voice, pushing the hood off of her head, but then fell right back down--one to the front of her face, the other to the side.
A long clawed hand reached out and grasped onto the other's wrist. Though her face didn't show anything, it could have been pretty obvious that the viera was agitated. The population of Humes out here was enough to make her really antsy. And with the Air Ship fixed, and so many beautiful subjects around...it was going to be hard to keep sane enough to stay low-profile. She didn't like drawing attention to herself, afterall.
It had taken all her discipline to not slice up the mist-bearer afterall...even though she had probably switched her two front toes around.

Feeling the tight grip, Coffee should had predicted all of this. She actually had a quirk nagging at her about this, hence her earlier comment of the other's high resistance. A smirk spread on her face as she reached up to pet one of those flopped ears. Although rubbing the ears release endorphins to calm one's nerve, to trance a bunny, it must be on it's back, while rubbings its nose. Coffee never tried it on a viera, but the ears would have to do for now, "I must say I admire your resistance; you're tempting me to buy you a present to call it even."
In a sense, she was negotiating with her counterpart to linger a bit longer as her fingers became acquainted with the soft fuzziness of the furred ears,"But if we camp out in the outskirts, I won't count it against you to pick up a stray. It's hazardous for a reason, so one who wanders foolishly...will pay their own price."
She left it at that for Creme to draw her own conclusion, while the viera picked through the merchandise before her. At times she would boldy scratch a jewerly to check it authencity.
Creme continued grasping onto Coffee's wrist tightly--she could have snapped it with alot of effort with those long fingers of hers. But she knew enough about anatomy and pressure and whatnot. She didn't even have to hold back....but somewhere she knew there was a possibility of leaving a delicious mark later.
There was murmuring among the crowds again, at the scene the two were playing out between the two. Thankfully, the ear rubbing was enough to distract her wired brain for at least a little bit. Creme noticed that her hood had fallen off of her head, letting everyone and their maternal figures know that she had rabbit-ears, just like Coffee. And it must have been a sight to see today.
"I must say I admire your resistance; you're tempting me to buy you a present to call it even."
Creme did nothing more than blink, and turn her head to look at the beautifully symmetrical wooden thing in the window that she had left claw marks at, then back at Coffee.
The sounds of the outskirts sounded fine and dandy to her...she was one of the last presences in the world that would have thought that being around so many Humes at once would have been the definition of fun.
She stared at the merchandise Coffee was picking through, and tilted her head.

That's all the viera had to hear before scratching the gem's surface. She wouldn't need a mirror to test it out as she threw it back at the merchant. This viera had taste for the expensive and rare not the fake and the frauds.
"So how much longer before you damage my working arm?" A brow quirked at the Veena Viera as her eyes roamed over the masses. There was plently of humes roaming about, and granted the tinkering viera had resistance, but she also have a breaking point. Coffee walked over to another shop no longer trusting the previous merchant to sell something worthwhile. To move through the crowd, she had elbow and shove some out of the way. "And I thought Traverse Town was crowded...there's obviously not enough heartless here."
"So how much longer before you damage my working arm?"
Creme merely flicked one floppy ear in the direction of Coffee before she essened her grip on the other viera. Her point had been put across, afterall...Creme did not like it here. She did not like it one bit. Even in Dalmasca, she would have not been caught dead in a marketplace. Arm falling to the side without much of a second thought, she followed the other through the marketplace, bumping into others.
She didn't like that kind of physical contact. That filth touching her made her inwardly cringe--and she was glad she had opted to wear the long sleeve jacket today.
"And I thought Traverse Town was crowded...there's obviously not enough heartless here."
Shooting a glare at a Hume before he could even come close to even think about coming near her, her ears twitched, picking up an underlaying sound that wasn't...well. Natural. It was a low level humming noise--kind of like when there were electronics still plugged into the Airship, though you weren't quite using it. Like, the sound of a lightbulb...only immensely magnified.
"Pity..." she said in a robotic-esque voice. At least the Heartless weren't as loud as Humes.
They had wandered back to the little shoppe that Creme had made claw marks in the window. "Do you hear that..." she trailed off, before looking at the wooden thing in the window. Before she knew it, she had wandered into the shop.

A brow perked hearing her question finding it too vague, since there were plenty of noise going on about. Obviously Coffee can assume it was the least obvious of noises, but all she could pick up was rodents and a low humming. Her head whipped hearing and feeling Creme's pressence move away from her. Before persuing she paused to see some scratch marks on the glass. Did Creme nearly snapped and is down to her last marble of sanity?
Walking on the balls of her feet, the viera paced quickly after her, while her nose flared to pick up any traces of blood. She have never seen Creme snapped, but she could only assume what she may conduct, a blood bath of humes' insides to clutch on. The thought was quite nauseating...more like the details of humes' blood and death; now Creme in a bath as bare as she was born...is far more pleasant to ponder on.
What puzzled her was that there wasn't an extreme change in the air. It smelled the same as before. No blood was spilled. What in the worlds was Creme doing?
Creme had wandered into the shoppe that had caught her attention, and walked immediately to the window display that she had seen outside. Bending her knees, she brought her eyes to the display, looking at the fine grain design that was on the wooden object.
Seeing the strings up close, she reached out her long claws, and plucked the strings, jumping backward a bit when a sweet note filled the air.
An almost dream-like look passed across her eyes when she sighed.

When she spotted her the viera laxed as the hazard sign in her head died down. She quirked a brow watching the other becoming so engaged with something that wasn't her aircraft or another's anatomy. The viera remained silent for a moment observing her as she toyed with the trinket as innocent as a child's first present on a birthday.
"So this is what caught your attention," Coffee approach from behind peering over the Veena Viera's shoulders. It didn't look like a weaponry, so naturally Coffee was uncertain of its usage and purpose.
