What's the longest word you know?

I thought of this game this morning upon milling over the longest word I could recall at the time. Then I thought it would be fun to share and be able to learn new words from all of you!

The rules are simple: Post the word and its definition. (Hint: If you know the word but are unfamiliar with a good way to describe it, just google "define:wordhere", and it should come up with a good list. If you take something from another location word for word, just provide a source for your findings.) ^^ Also, you can google a word to put in here if you so desire. The word I used had many definitions, so I just chose one of them.

I then went to Dictionary.com for another definition. You are only required to have one definition for the game, but since I liked both of these, I went ahead and posted them.

Actually this is kind of cheating because DNA molecule compounds could actually be written in up to 1 trillion something words, but I used a chemical so it doesn't count, RIIIIIGGGHTTT??

@rook: I was thinking of real long words... as there's no way in one breath I could ever pronounce that barricade that 01 gave. ^^ But I suppose some crazy things every now and then don't hurt, long as there's actually a definition for them.
