In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

Malum opened his eyes, awake and laying in his bed he heard others out in the hallway. He slowly got up, yawning and stretching, getting ready for whatever today would bring him. He stepped into the bathroom, still sleepy and as he got ready to take his shower he looked at himself in the small mirror provided. His face was paler than usual and his eyes almost seemed like those of a dead man. He hated looking at himself when he was like this, but he discarded those thoughts as he stepped into the shower. As he turned the knob, the icy water came down on him he began to empty his mind, not really wanting to think about much.
Once his whole morning ritual was done Malum stepped out of the apartment, the hall now abandoned. He sighed slightly and slipped on his smile as he made his way out of the apartment complex. That smile was something which had served him well throughout his loneliness, it kept people from worrying about him and every now and then someone else would smile when they saw his. Yes this smile was faked and in truth Malum was rarely happy but he figured it best that he should be miserable by himself and not drag others into it.
Looking around the town he saw nothing in particular that seemed interesting and sat himself on a bench as he pondered what he would do today. He still hadn't eaten and as he pulled out his wallet he found he had next to nothing in it, and that meant he'd have to hold off on finding something to eat. He ignored his stomach rumbling in defiance of this new info but he dismissed it quickly. He continued thinking about where he could get some form of munny. He didn't want to fight those black squirmy creatures for it and would only use that as a last resort. He detested violence, especially if it would only end in helping himself instead of another.
(I want to start a big event in Traverse Town soon, but I need the staffs approval and members at my side. I don't wan't to give out my master plan for everyone to see so If your interested feel free to PM me. Oh and I hope you don't mind but I'm using your thread as a 'starting'.)
''Spiral punch!'' Zetsu shouted as he punched another one of the punks he'd been tracking down. He's taken down at least thirty by now, but the big boss just wouldn't come out. These weakling weren't even worth his time. If the big boss did come out, he hoped he was a lot stronger than his minions.
''Your-too-weak-kick!'' He shouted again as nosily as ever as he round house kicked another punk. The thug flew and hit the wall behind Malum and fell to the floor. From his jacket's pocket, a wallet slipped out. For sure it would have a good amount of money.
''Where-the-heck-is-your-boss-Gatling'' Zetsu shouted in annoyance as six more approached him with different weapons. They were all the same. Everyone of them were done with one punch due to his Rexanian strength. From the corner of his eye, Zetsu saw an abandoned jug of milk on a table outside the cafe. Nobody was surprised by the fight because they were used to it by now. This wasn't the first time he fought here but it was the first time he didn't break anything.
Zetsu made his way to the jug and started drinking out of it. Just as he was making his way through the last quarter of it an unfamiliar woman came and sat opposite him.
Malum watched the disgusting spectacle with his fallacious and looked at the man. "He's nothing more than an animal." Malum said this under his breath while retaining his smile and he stood up from his seat. He disliked people fighting in this relatively peaceful district. Such an open display of violence would only serve to scare the people and disturb the status quo that was often kept. As he walked slowly up to the man his eyes seemed to light up a little.
"Excuse me, but I'm going to have to ask you to either hold some restraint in this area or cease fighting here. The people enjoy this district because conflict is sparse, if you choose to not help keep that order, there will be consequences." Malum spoke in a cheery tone, he hadn't shifted his smile at all, as if he wasn't serious about a thing he said. On the contrary he meant every word he spoke, he just couldn't show it.
(BTW, after this please do not shift the setting, the setting was first district because I prefer an RP, not a fighting RP, so coming in fighting is all well and good for some threads but not for mine. Also sorry for shortness.)
(The fighting's just an entrance for my character, he lives for the good fight. Don't worry about it ;D )

Zetsu stopped drinking when two things happened. First thing was the woman in front of him, the second was a goody two shoes who thought he could say whatever he wanted. His hair started turning crimson red as fake face said he should cease fighting. The tips started rising and his jug blew up. Whoever this guy was, he was really pissing him off.
Consequences? Just who the hell did he think he was? What could fake face do to him? If he really wanted no violence he would have talked to him in a nicer way. Provoking him wasn't the answer. Fake face clearly didn't know who he was talking to. And was apparently looking for a fight.
Zetsu stood up and faced fake face. He was much taller than him and apparently way smarter. ''What consequences?'' The animal asked in a quite tone with his eyes shut. If he were to look at fake face's goofy smile one more time, he would wipe it off.
Malum continued to smile at him as he tilted his head slightly as he spoke. "Then I'll have to remove you for being a nuisance." Malum still spoke in his cheery tone, as if he didn't think this needed to be something to obssess over too greatly. He wasn't intimidated by the physical change of the man or the jug breaking as he would fix it later. It was better to get the small things out of the way first in his eyes.
He straigtened his head as he began to speak again. "I don't see why you seem to be having a big issue over this. I understand the people you were fighting were thugs but that doesn't mean you can toss the thoughts of others to the wind because you want to get rid of them." Malum still kept that damned smile as he didn't see any problem in what he was saying. He thought being clear cut in his approach was the right way to do things in any situation.

Zetsu's form immediately went back to normal after what Malum said. A smile grew on his face, which matured into a grin and opened with laughter. He laughed so hard that his hair started turning bright yellow. Zetsu attempted to speak several times but couldn't. When he finally put himself together he had a rare happy smile. Something that very few ever see. As for his hair it was now a bright yellow color, very similar to the sun.
''Okay, okay I'm sorry. Please don't screw me Gin.'' He said, referring to the bleach anime he watched earlier. This guy didn't know who the he was talking to. He appeared really stupid. ''Ya know, I like people with guts. But you, you're an idiot. Like seriously. If your not looking for a fight then okay. We can talk this over. Although I think your trying to say that I'm the nuisense or whatever. If ya wanna get rid of me we can go somewhere without your beloved people and settle it with violence.'' Zetsu was still happy but it wasn't like Malum. His was a psychotic, mad, happy type grin. This guy had two choices. Either he fights him or they talk it out''
Malum continued to smile as he waited for the man to get over his fit of laughter. When called by the name of Gin he tilted his head slightly. "I don't know who this Gin is but the name is Malum."
As a minor sign of peace he held out his hand to the man, hoping he would at least know what a handshake is. "As for being an idiot, it all depends on who's perspective you're looking at it from." Malum didn't believe himself to be an idiot as he was just trying to help those he could, there was no idiocy in that to him.
"Of course I would prefer to talk it over and end this peacefully. Violence is something to loathe and should be used only if necessary." As he spoke he walked over to the largest piece of the jug and within a second it was pieced together.* Standing up he walked back over to the man and held the jug out, I believe this is yours.
Zetsu ignored the handshake, for he was still not worthy. When Malum put the jug together and haded it to him he took it with a smile. Zetsu held the jug up high and dropped it, it shattered in to pieces all over the floor. As if nothing happened, he walked to another table and sat, waiting for Malum to come and speak peacefully.
