In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

V was taking a nice walk through the streets of Radiant Garden, as she hummed a light and happy tune in her head. It had been some time since Shiro and her had last been in the pleasantries of this flowery world. Their previous visit had not ended so well, and the two love birds had to quickly rush themselves away before any real trouble occurred. The girl could still remember the destruction she caused on the beautiful landscape. The tree's she had rooted up from the ground, and the flowers which she annihilated. She felt ashamed of herself, how pathetic she was. But That was all in the past, so there was no use worrying about it now. No...all she could do now was learn from her rash behavior, and forget about it like it never happened. Yeah...
She let out a small sigh, and continuing her way down an alleyway; she stopped upon noticing something shiny on the stone concrete. Hm? she thought curiously. She bend down, and picking up what looked to be some sort of stone, held it in the palm of her hand. "A gem? she muttered to herself questiongly. She tilted her head to the side, and holding up the stone to her eye examined it.
The gem looked very peculiar. It was a perfectly shaped sphere, with silver mist emanating from inside of it. And...were those light blue swirls?! V rubbed her eyes to make sure they weren't playing any tricks on her. Sure enough there were light blue swirls circling around the silver mist. Well then... the girl thought astounded. That's...definetly not something you see everyday!
At that last thought, V let out a short laugh. It was cut off however, as the gem began to glow. Surprised, the girl instantly covered her eyes from the blinding light; accidentally dropping the gem as she did. She waited until the light dimmed, and separating her fingers so that she could peek through them gasped.
The last thing he remembered was fighting Heartless. He had thought he was doing pretty well, until everything went black. He had figured that he had managed to be outnumbered and they took him down. Knowing what little he knew of the Heartless, he knew that he wouldn't die, exactly, when they beat him, but he didn't know quite what to expect. This had definitely not been it. He was aware that he was still alive, but there was nothing around him. If this was going to be the rest of his life, he wished death would just come then and there.
Suddenly, though, he felt energy enter into his dark existence. It was nice, but, just as quickly as he realized how nice it was, he was no longer there. He was somewhere he had never seen, before. He stretched out, letting his back crack a bit, then heard someone yell his name. He recognized the voice, but couldn't quite place it, until he looked over at the source. It took a little while for his eyes to adjust, but, once he did, he knew exactly who it was. It was his favorite human: V. He went over to her and brushed his face against hers. "It's good to see you, again!"
The girl was speechless as the rodent brushed his face against hers. "I-its good to see you too!" she replied, not sure if what she was seeing was an illusion or not. She pinched herself just to make sure she wasnt in some sort of dream, and letting out a small yelp smiled. Nope she wasnt dreaming. Shockjaw was actually right infront of her, but why and how he was here in Radiant Garden confused her quite a bit.
She hugged him, and petting the soft fur on his head asked. "What are you doing here? Or...how is it your here? And what was with that wierd gem?"
The girl knew she was asking a lot, but she was naturally born curious and so wanted to know just how all of this was possible. She did have one guess, however, she sincerly hoped that it was wrong.
The contact was nice. It was something he hadn't gotten in a while, and, when he did, it was pretty violent, hence the scars. Then came the questions. The ones he had no answer to. "Honestly, I was hoping you could tell me," the large rat said as he maneuvered himself around her, wrapping himself around her body. "I would assume it has something to do with the Heartless, though." At this point he was sniffing around and sticking his nose into her pockets, looking for food out of instinct. As soon as he realized what he was doing, he stopped and lay down on the ground. He lay silent around her feet for a bit before asking her, "Do you have any food with you?"
V's face grew dark at Showjaws response. The heartless...of course they would have to be the cause of this. But then...if the heartless were involved in Shockjaw's being here then that would mean- the girl gasped. Oh no...Saxen...what was she going to tell him? or Zander!? Did they perhaps know already? Or...The girl's head was paraded with questions, however she soon snapped back into reality once she felt shockjaw's nose in her pocket.
She looked down at the rat, and laughing at his question nodded. "You know...I had a feeling that question would come up sooner or later."
She reached into her bag, and pulling out a perfectly juicy, round apple, held it out for him. "Here you go! she said, giving him a bright smile.
Shockjaw smiled as she pulled an apple out of her bag and offered it to him. He happily pulled it into his mouth with his tongue, bit it a couple times, and swallowed it, looking a lot like a dog that had just been given a treat. "Thanks a lot, kid," he said as he brought his face up to hers and rubbed his cheek against hers. "You're my favorite human, you know." With that, he moved himself behind her and stuck his head between her legs, lifting her up onto his back. "So, where are we?" he asked as he started to walk in circles. This sudden change interested him greatly, as he seemed to recall that Saxen had said that there were only a few ways to travel from world to world, and Shockjaw knew that he hadn't used any of them. That would then mean that. . . the Heartless had destroyed his world, which would also explain the gem. With no home to protect. . . that then meant that he had to find something else to fight for or settle down with, and V seemed the perfect person for either choice.
"We're in the streets of Radiant Garden." the girl replied, answering the rats question. "It's a nice world, filled with lots of greenery. She added, giggling as Shockjaw continued to go around in a circle. "I didn't know you were such a comfortable ride." she said jokingly. She let out a small laugh, and looking up at the sky let out a small sigh. What was she to do? How could she bring this kind of news to Saxen and Zander? Or...did they already know? She looked at the ground, and trying to rid her mind of all these depressing thoughts, took a rose from a rose bush and brought it up to her nose. "Beautiful... she thought, taking a small sniff of the flowers wonderful aroma. She then put the rose next to Shockjaw's nose, and hoping that the eat would like the smell waited to see what his reaction would be.
As soon as he had the name, Shockjaw was able to assume the rest of what she told him. Unless, of course, the name was a misnomer, which would just be cruel, with a name like that. As he kept up with his circular pacing, he heard his passenger giggling, and he smiled, slightly. He needed a new mission. . . a new something to do, but V interrupted his thoughts by saying the he was comfortable to ride on. Then, she pulled a flower up to his nose. His nose twitched as he picked up on the smell. To him, that close, it was very strong. He jerked his head away very quickly. "Next time, don't hold it that close. It's nice, but my sense of smell is VERY sensitive." Suddenly, he just lied down and plopped his head on the ground. He needed to think of something to do, soon.
