In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

There aren't enough praises in the world I'd like to give to wonderful coders for the Proboards community. The following have contributed to World Destiny in some way: W3 Schools for countless how-tos and countless of other souls who have helped get WD up to where it is.

In the city with the strange pink sky, a woman lay with her almost bare back against the cold stone of a tall, fortified wall. One leg, covered like her other in a black and white stocking, was draped along the wall following it towards the ground, but stopping short. Brilliant red hair was splayed out in a halo against the blue stone, eyes closed against the constant dawn-like twilight.
Why did this world have to have such an annoying trait? Her world had overcast skies and high mountains. That was their gimmick. This one's was keeping everyone up all night and expanding into forever with houses and blue stone. Hadn't she read somewhere that blue in stone meant it had traces of lead? Of course, that may only have been true of her world.
Sighing, Emilie swung her leg up before sitting up and swinging her body around. Her skirt swooshed out behind her, falling over the edge of the wall towards a drop that Emilie was quite certain would kill her, if she ended up tumbling over the side like a drunken, wayward whore.
Of course, she was not drunk, nor was she a whore. She was, however, quite wayward in terms of her location in relation to her destination. Namely, her home world, if it was even still around.
"I need to find a ride off this sunspot," she said. "Or maybe even get my own... I need to find someone who knows anything about these 'gummi' ships, because my ride--" she looked forlornly to the Great Maw, where she knew a small cliff housed the somewhat scarred remains of her method of arrival, "is history."
