In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

Sitting silently in one of the many gardens of Radiant Garden, Shira looked lifelessly at the greenery before her as she tried to organize her thoughts which had been clouding her mind. It had been a couple days since Zander's confession to Shira about his feelings for her. It made the girl sick to her stomach, this whole situation. Yet...there was a small part of her that was happy. Wait...happy!? About what!? She sighed, and closing her eyes thoughts angrily at herself, "Idiot! what's wrong with you? Stop moaping around...Why is this affecting me so much anyways? damn it!"
Shira clenched her fists. This was ridiculous...she was acting as if she had feelings. Well she didn't...it didn't matter what Zander said, or whether she had a heart; she knew the truth. She was only half a soul...nothing else but that. She needed to forget about the whole inncident and just let it go. It was mostly Zander's problem than her's anyways. Or was it?
She let out another sigh, and losing focus of the world around her lost control of her aura. It grew immensly, spreading like wildfire throughout the area. And freezing the water vapor in the air began to turn what was once a warm, summer looking garden. Into a frozen, dead tundra.
The girl however, did not take notice of this. Even as breeze began to pick up, and blow sharply at her face; she was still wrapped up in her thoughts. Confused of her very own being. Did...she love Zander? Was that why she feeling all these mixed emotions? And...this pain she felt this...emptiness inside...was it connected to him in some way as well? She didn't know.
Wandering. . . he seemed to be doing that a lot, recently. For some reason, Saxen had been giving him more freedom since he took his new name, and freedom wasn't something a weapon. . . a former slave. . . was going to waste. He wasn't entirely sure what to do with it, but he was certainly going to use it. For now, he decided to go to the gardens. Saxen liked to. . . so why not? When he got there, though, he got a potential answer to his question. Shira was there, and she did not seem happy. He watched her sigh and kept his eyes on her as the flowers around her froze. The water in the air also froze, giving the area a very. . . unfriendly look. Of course, that was where these two were comfortable.
He walked over toward her, heating up his hands and body, melting any ice that impeded his path to her. Once he got to her, he wrapped his arms around her, hoping to let his heat bring her out of her deep thought, or at least keep her from getting too cold. He let out a sigh of his own and looked at the frozen garden around them. He was silent for a moment before simply saying, "I think I like it better this way."
Shira's eyes widened, as she heard the familiar voice so close to her. She blinked, and realizing the warm arms that were wrapped around her, looked to see who it was from behind. Zander. Of course. She looked around, and realizing what she had done dismissed the aura around her. I ice then began to melt, and forming in it's place were brightly colored flowers once again.
"Sorry..." she said softly, reverting her eyes down at the ground. "I guess I just...let go of reality for a moment."
There was a couple minutes of silence then. Her heart soon began to ache, just what was this pain she felt? If only she could figure it out! Was it really emotions that was driving her to feel this way? She put her hand over her heart, and closing her eyes whispered softly. "I don't get it...what is this?"
