In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

There aren't enough praises in the world I'd like to give to wonderful coders for the Proboards community. The following have contributed to World Destiny in some way: W3 Schools for countless how-tos and countless of other souls who have helped get WD up to where it is.

Bumi is Aang on too much sugar, I loved how we got to see Aang again though Still. AWESOME FINALE, was so stunned when Tarlock blew up himself and bro though, still AWESOME.
Just watched my home recording today, since I missed the Nick showing from the hotel. Lovelovelove. <3
You know, I'd actually be perfectly content if they just left the series there. It was an amazing twelve episodes - last three especially! It's like an added bonus that I get twelve more, now that I'm fine with the concept of the series going short but brilliant, rather than having a good story drawn out a bit like Aang's.
@riki - yeah, i twas quite a different experience seeing grown up Aang, in this episode and the other with the flashbacks. But it was done lovely.
So I was at the massive ComicCon International this weekend, and actually made it into both the LoK and Avatar panels! (And it was a pain to do, mind you. Hours and hours swapping out waiting between friends. xD)
Firstly! One of my favourite parts of the event were the cosplayers. And a whole shizton were part of this fandom. I wish I paused for more shots of everyone I saw, I was buzzing about too much. Collectively I probably saw every main character from A:TLA and LoK.
I managed to snap some of a very cute younger Toph and an Amon, but I didn't get the chance to ask either beforehand, so I won't put those up. xD I felt a bit like a stalker during this convention, to be honest.
The day before, the voice actors of Korra and co. did a live reading. It was fantastic - there's a clip on Youtube here.
So I don't waste my breath and fingers, here's a good page with a lot of the media displayed during the thing. Spoiler alert, but nothing that the LoK team haven't made known themselves.
I got an Old Friends poster. It's absolutely lovely. Toph remains my favorite, even older, and Zuko seems to have more swords on him than limbs. xD I would have gotten the New Friends poster if Lin was on it, most likely.
- Book 2: Spirits - Timeline approx. six months after season 1 - Korra's family and Tenzin's siblings get their share of screentime. - Lots of spirits, backstory, history of the avatar world! The spirit designs look beautiful.
That last bit is what I'm most interested in.
The Avatar panel was less eventful, but had a reading from The Promise comic that I enjoyed ~
