In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

Description: Eclipse takes place after all of the events in NBC's Heroes. This is an OC-only Heroes RPG. There are several different factions to join (most were player-created) and we're always looking for new blood, new ideas, and new directions from the people who matter the most: the players!
Type of Banner: We have a scrolling one right now, but have put a request in for coding for a static banner as well.
Where Will Your Banner be Placed? Depends on where you put the Eclipse banner. If you make us static, we'll make yours static (once I get the coding to create a static banner). Right now, we only have a scrolling banner, which is where yours will be for the time being.

Number of Players: About 30, but a lot of them are on Away status right now due to health/personal issues which is why we're looking for new members. We're still managing to keep the plot moving and are hoping that a site revamp will breathe new life into things.

Why affiliate with us? Us RP boards gotta stick together. (; Eclipse is seriously an extension of family. Whenever a member's in trouble IRL, we've always helped bail them out--even if they live overseas. We really genuinely care about all of our members outside of the game and will put our lives on hold to help one of them out when they need it.
Case in point: When I fell on really rough times last year, one of our members sent me a huge care package of food--without which, I wouldn't have been able to keep myself fed since money was really tight. Some of us are also planning a trip sometime next year to meet up with our RP counterparts across the pond. (: We're a really great, tight-knit community, and we're always very welcoming to new people. Always looking to extend the family further!
