In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

One foot out of his dusty abode, and Fex founds himself staring at half a dozen of the white hooded things. These must have been the weaker ones- the stragglers who had failed to bust through the main doors of the castle. Luckily for them, the windows in the front of his small chunk of castle room were weak, and had broken quickly, giving them access to him until he could repair the damage. Of course, that also allowed Fexra to come and go freely, without fighting back through the main corridor.
The Nobody pulled his makeshift spear from a slot between his pack and back, shifting his feet and legs into a proper combative stance. The first of the creatures, eager to get at him, flung itself forward, only to be swatted down by the butt of Fexra's stick. He continued the movement, spinning his way to the back of the group. From there, he swung the stick in a wide arc, forcing the hooded creatures to move away, then turned and ran.
Once he'd made it a safe distance, Fex slowed to a jog, then a fast walk, and then stopped altogether on the outskirts of the town. Radiant something. Garage, perhaps? No... Radiant Garage didn't sound all that attractive. Garden? That seemed better. More accurate. The Nobody stood panting for a few moments, pondering the exact name of the place he'd awoken in, until his body was finally done feeling half dead. Not that it wasn't, because without his heart, was he really alive?
Shoving the thoughts aside, he came up to his full height of 5'8, arms folded over his chest, feet slightly apart. "Now... I need a door or something... A new pillow would be nice, too. Sleeping on soggy chunks of wood is getting kind of gross, after all. Maybe... Yeah! I could just get a whole new bed. That thing was getting kinda rank anyway..." Fexra stood silent for another moment, rubbing a nonexistent beard. His stomach rumbled, and he snapped his fingers in mock surprise. "Food. I should get some soup or an apple or something." A smile... Would that be good? It might fool whoever was watching- some old scrooge like coot looking for a youth to yell at would be thrown off his scent, right?
So he smiled, even though he had no reason to, and nothing to gain from it. Inside he had that tinge of emptiness again, like his body was trying to recognize something that it had only the faintest memories of. It bugged him, somehow, that emptiness, but not enough to distract him from his simple objectives.
Food, tools, supplies. And if he ran into a stray somebody willing to talk, information was always helpful.
After the fight Glacio got lost again, but this time he had a landmark in mind...the Giant Castle area that he has always seen ever since coming to this place that he knew as Radiant Garden. He planned on hoping to find an abandoned room or something that he could stay in until he could have enough money or actually find a job. That was something else Glacio needed to get done, finding a job.
So Glacio went towards the castle area stocking up on some free food given to him by the nice food market people, he was given a basket of about fifteen apples, two or three bundles of grapes, a lot of bread and cheese, and lastly a couple bunches of bananas. This should last me about a week or so, Glacio thought to himself.
He hoped he didn't come across anymore thieves, he didn't like them very much. So he eventually got closer to the castle, and realized if he wanted to have a bed he would need at least some wood, a hammer, many, many nails, and some bedding. He also still had his drawing pad with him so if he needed a break he could just sleep or draw. Neither of which would be very hard considering what has happened to him recently, and the fact that he was very tired.
Almost to the castle, he had found a deserted building that was empty for no reason. Everything was in perfect, or at least near perfect condition. So he found a hammer in a drawer near the front door, for the wood and nails, Glacio had to dismantle the beds, and lastly he just took a couple of cushions since he was already over cumbered. It was good that he had obtained all of his required materials, but bad because if he was attacked he would drop everything. Now finally Glacio arrived at the Castle.
