In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

Powers/Abilities/Techniques/Skills: Nicko is able to fight with ease, capable of stopping foes quickly and is also capable of taking some extra damage himself. But his true combat ability comes from his "gift". With a family heirloom, he is able to use fire and ice to boost his attacks and increase his attack variety. If this pendent is lost or he has used too much magic, Nicko cannot use its power. While he does use this magic almost all the time, he prefers to use straight up close quarters combat using quick punches and a decent variety of other fighting moves.
Nicko’s pendent has a limit to its magic. The pendent has a total of 36 MP, which is naturally drained by magic based attacks. Then it requires 4 posts to recharge.
Multi-Fira: Naturally, Nicko can send four quick shots of weak fireballs. The attack can be hard to dodge, but will only deal a little damage and has no lasting effects. Drains 6 MP.
Long lasting blizzard: A sort of ice beam, Nicko can send a beam of frigid cold about 12 meters, which can effectively deal enough damage to start getting foes a little worried. Drains 4 MP.
Frigid Fire dash: A move that can be used to dash around the place and even in multiple directions, even to quickly fly up. This move can be used to travel 6 meters. Drains 1 MP.
Elemental Gloves: Nicko naturally creates an essence of blizzard over his left hand and fire over his right. This allows him to add a slight boost to his punches. Does not Drain MP, Due to it being a more passive ability
Fire sword: (Locked)
Blizzard Shield: (Locked)
Triple Strike: A Basic Combat move where he punches the opponent first in the face, then the gut, and finally smashes them in to his knee. This attack is easy to dodge, and will leave him open to a counterstrike.
Backdrop: Nicko grabs the opponent, and then does a backflip. The move is meant to strike the opponent from below and above, making it his deadliest non-elemental move. The move is easy to dodge, but is hard to stop. The move also confuses the opponent’s sense of direction for a turn.
Body Slam: Exactly what it says. Nicko Jumps into the air and slams himself into the opponent with massive force. Upon successfully striking with this move, He will then lightly kick the opponent away.
Limit Break: Frozen Wildfire: When Nicko is almost out of health, he has one simple escape move. After shouting the name of the move, he creates a fireball and proceeds to cover it in ice, creating a sort of frozen explosive. He then hurls it at the opponent at high velocity. If the attack misses, it will have a sort of failsafe. Upon missing the opponent, it will explode and launch icicle shrapnel that deals damage equivalent to the blizzard attack in a range of 3 meters. The only major drawback to this attack is the fact it drains his pendent of energy, leaving him to use his natural abilities (which are much weaker) to fend for himself while almost down. This attack can only be used once per fight and leaves him unable to use his magic for 6 posts.
Weapon/Items: Family Pendent: A simple necklace with a simple, circular pendent. The pendent has a design of a burning forest on one side, while the other is detailed wit what loojs like a frozen tundra, and snowflakes flying down.
Appearance: Nicko stands at about 6 feet 4 inches with blazing red hair that has a wild and unkempt style and sweet blue eyes. His common apparel is blue jeans, basic sneakers with one having a blue streak along the outside, while the other has a red streak, and an orange t-shirt with torn sleeves. Of course, he always wears his pendent. In his right pocket he always has a pair of sunglasses with a metallic look to them. He stands with a proud, somewhat overconfident stance. Granted, he shows signs of being completely allowed to do so, with him being rather athletic. His skin is a soothing light tan color.
Personality: When first meeting Nicko, you quickly get an idea on his style. He commonly seems rather outgoing and even unaware of the situations danger. He can be rather simple minded and has a tendency towards trying to be the comedian if someone needs a lift in spirit. Heck, he'll crack a joke or two whenever. He also can be rather odd in his sense of sparring, which gets him into a very hyper active mood that can be catastrophic. But while He has a simple personality, it’s definitely different in combat. He instantly becomes very snappy and even unaware of his surroundings, making him someone to fear on the battlefield. One thing that doesn’t change is his rather slow style, with him taking time to understand some things that are rather simple if one just takes a moment to think. Just remember this: Do not threaten others. He WILL turn the next 37 minutes of your life into a living hell. Overall, Nicko is the one who tries to be funny, but ends up seeming more like fighting is stuck on the mind.
Original World: Eraxo. Eraxo is a rather calm world that has a common feel to it, set in a renaissance time with fairy tale like objects, such as magic. And then you start getting into the problems. The place is ridden with crime and the Government has no way of stopping them. The world is shrouded in Darkness. Absolute Darkness. Current World: Destiny Islands
History: The first few years of Nicko’s life were nothing special. He went through life with his parents keeping him safe, even when gang wars erupted. It was a simple life of joy, tranquility, and hope. Eventually, Nicko wished for more. He naturally craved Adventure and demanded it. After about 8 years of keeping him safe and away from danger, they felt confident in him and let him explore around their home, even to a couple sanctuaries in town. Two years passed, and crime rate fell lower. This seemed small, but it was all strategy. Without warning, several murders and robberies occurred, launching Eraxo into chaos. One of the murders was Nicko’s Parents. Nicko was there to see this happen, and was insulted by their murderers for not having the guts to try to stop them. This sparked a trigger in Nicko’s mind. They were right, he wasn’t strong or brave. And he made a vow to never let a loved one be harmed. Two weeks after his parents’ death, the funeral occurred and the reading of their will. Most family members Nicko didn’t know got money, property, and such. Nicko was given a box with only two items, and 1200 munny. The box held a letter and a pendent. The letter explained that the pendent was much more than a simple accessory. 6 years before Nicko was born, His father was a charmer, and made a large amount of munny off of this. At one point, He charmed an old Pendent he had lying around, experimenting. He ended up creating a vessel of fire and ice magic. He had kept this stowed away until a chance came to pass it to someone else. That someone else ended up being his son. Nicko, filled with his newfound sense of strength and wish for justice, wore it proudly and quickly began learning to concentrate the pendants’ strength to use its power. He spent the next 6 years teaching himself as many moves as he could, and began to master the usage of magic. He had become much stronger, and more adept to magic. He went off with his training and chase after criminals. Few truly put up a challenge. He became very confident, and started using these criminals like training for new moves he thought of. And then Heartless came. He had been doing this roaming and stopping of crime for two more years, until a large amount of demonic creatures of pure black appeared, they covered the world, turning others into these creatures. Nicko fought the creatures for as long as he could. Darkness overthrew the world and send lucky souls away. Nicko was a lucky one who’s sense of good protected him and launched to a place that could rival his light. Nicko awoke with the feeling of a grainy substance on his cheek. Sand. He was on some kind of coast. It was an Island.
I'm looking through and the only confusion I'm getting is from his ability section. It's not really a bad thing, but his mana could probably be simplified. For example, most fights simply won't have 28 turns to them. And also, the cooldown of 5-7 (or his limit break 9) turns sounds like it'd simply put him out of commission if a fight did last that long! If you could, why not try to find the greatest common factor and bring it down?
Other than that, if I'm reading your history right he started fighting crime at sixteen. For the next two years, he fought it, and then the Heartless swooped him off his feet for his next big journey. This would make him 18 when he arrived on Destiny Islands. What did he do for the year between then and now?
I went through and Decide to alter his Turns to Magic Points. Each attack now drains magic, but it all works so he can use it multiple times with little fear.
I also forgot that I had actually taken out a part of his history, due to that part ending up rather pointless and going nowhere. Thus, I forgot to lower his age by 1.

Well what I meant via his magic system is to reduce the numbers. For example:
76 is his maximum mana. His smallest spell is 2. We can simplify that. So if we divide everything by two we end up with: 38 maximum mana, his smallest spell costing 1.
What this does is it just simplifies things for everybody. This means that he can use any of his 4 mana cost spells (now reduced to 2 mana cost) around 19 times before he needs to recharge.
But this is somewhat problematic. There aren't many characters that can stream 19 medium-level spells in a row without fatigue. Think to the Kingdom Hearts universe- how many Fira spells Sora could cast until he needed to restore his mana. Try to apply your spells to a similar format.
