In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

There aren't enough praises in the world I'd like to give to wonderful coders for the Proboards community. The following have contributed to World Destiny in some way: W3 Schools for countless how-tos and countless of other souls who have helped get WD up to where it is.

Powers/Abilities/Techniques/Skills: Verus was 'infected' with Darkness when his home was the Heartless, and as a result, and after much training, he has gained some control over it, and uses it often in battle, making it easier for the Darkness to control him each time he does so.
Claidheamh Mòr: Verus shapes Darkness around his weapon, giving it the form of a claymore, increasing its range and power. This an ability that Verus has only recently developed, and so he is unskilled with it and can only hold it for a short time (three posts).
Stailc scáth: Verus channels Darkness into his weapon, then slashes at his opponent, releasing the Darkness in a crescent-shaped wave. The wave will fly seven meters before beginning to dissipate. Stailc scáth requires a short recharge before it can be used again(one post).
Harpist/Lyrist : As a child Verus was fascinated by the harp, and pestered his mother to teach him. She eventually agreed, and they discovered that Verus had some natural skill with the instrument, and coupled with the fact that he's a quick learner this allowed him to pick up the basics and some more advanced techniques quickly. After acquiring the lyre he now uses Verus adapted his style to the instrument, finding it to be very similar to the harp.
Tonfa fighting: Verus was taught to use the wooden weapons by his father, both as a way to exercise, and for self defense. He is highly skilled in their use, having started learning at the same time as he began to learn the harp.
Phóca Scáth: Verus has created a 'pocket' of Darkness that he uses to store items, such as his tonfa and harp, allowing him to summon them at anytime. (Must place items into the pocket ICly.)
Sound → color synesthesia: Voice, music, and assorted environmental sounds such as clattering dishes or dog barks trigger color that arises, moves around, and then fades when the sound ends. This is less of a power or ability and more of a neurological condition. When he hears a sound, Verus also sees a ribbon of color. The louder the sound the brighter the color.
Weapon/Items: Ulick an Una: A pair of ebony tonfa given to Verus by his father. Primarily stored in his Phóca Scáth when not in use.
Lyre: Verus picked up this lyre after he woke in an unfamiliar world, and often plays it to pass the time, or when stressed. When not being played he stores the lyre in his Phóca Scáth.
