Age: 22

Power(s):-Adamantine Rose: An eccentric power for an eccentric man, as many have described it. Tsubasa has been gifted with the power to raise various metal objects from his body. These objects can vary between blades, spikes, chains, armor, and various other things, including metalloid rose petals. He can manipulate these things with a form of telekinesis that he only seems to be able to use with these metals. However, he has very firm control over these and can even move them without focusing on it. These metals have a resistance to heat due to being reinforced with tungsten, a metal that is very resistant to heat, and can also withstand the cold. These metals, no matter what they are, all are colored in an auburn/faded red color (see the rose in his picture for the proper color) and all have rose details on them. An odd thing is that even if his clothing gets torn while using this power, upon halting its use and returning all the metal into his body, his suit is repaired so it looks like it was never messed up. This is purely a cosmetic enchantment he had put on his suit so that he wouldnft have to go to a tailor every time he got into a fight. He also seems to be able to form metal roses (see the one in his piccie to know what they look like), which he gives to women who catch his eye. This doesnft necessarily mean that he would want to go out with them, but it just means that he recognizes them from the millions of women in the worlds. He is also able to do two other things: one, he can form metal discs under his feet and fly himself between worlds, and two, he can pull his signature weapon, Rozen, from his body to fight. Rozen is a rapier-like weapon bearing the same coloration as all metal pulled from his body, and the hand-guard has a rose motif to it.
-Improvised Fulminations: Although the name is long, the power itself is relatively simple. He can touch hand-held objects and turn them into explosives. He most commonly uses the metal roses he can create, though he can use other objects as well. He has to remove his glove and touch the object with his bare hand, but once he does then he can put the glove back on and then place them where he wants to. The funny thing about them is that they do not have a time detonation, but all explosives he has made will detonate once he snaps his fingers. Then, no matter how many explosives he made, they will all detonate at once.
Two other random powers he seems to have are both things that just happen on their own. If his top hat is damaged, lost, or anything, it will automatically reappear on his head as if nothing happened. Another is that with any movement, rose petals will seem to just appear in the air, glowing red, and slowly fall to the ground.
Weapon(s): His metal roses, Rozen, the metal he sprouts from his body, hand-held objects, and his top hat.
Picture(optional):Phantom Mask (JUST THE MASK)Appearance: Tsubasa has an appearance that actually FORCES him to wear a mask to keep people off of him. He has a head of gwhite goldh blonde hair, worn in a slightly messy way but people say it suits him. He tends to wear it short, only keeping it long enough so it isnft sitting all on top of his head. However, some strands seem to love to lie on top of his right eye, even though his eye remains visible anyway. His eyes are a light blue color and have a sharp look to them, almost like he is looking right through you. Despite this, though, his eyes also have a softness to him that has an unfortunate effect of making the ghollowh women in the world swoon and try to chase him. His face doesnft seem to have any childhood roundness left in it, being straight edges now but being in such a way that people like it.
Body wise, he is pretty average in numbers, though that doesnft help keep people off him. He stands at around five foot seven and weighs close to a hundred and fifty six pounds. He has a slightly slender build that provides his movements with a certaincgrace, so to speak. He has a tattoo on the left side of his neck of a gray flame around a black symbol that was very popular on his homeworld at the time he got it, though now it is unknown to those he meets. He doesnft bother explaining it to anyone since they wouldnft get it anyway, it being a fad back home.
His clothing is something worn by those of higher standing, though he seems to see it as quite casual. All of his clothing is custom-tailored from before he left his homeworld and he is never seen with anything else, though his outfit was enchanted with self-cleaning and self-repairing, so he doesnft need anything else. He mostly wears a suit-like outfit, the most basic piece being a white-collared shirt. However, on the tips of the collar, he has special, eight-pointed star-like patterns sewn into it. On top of that he has a brown coat with white cuffs on the sleeves. On his hands he wears a pair of brown gloves to match his suit and he has a pair of matching pants and black dress shoes. Around his neck, but underneath his collar, he has a faded brown ribbon (it looks slightly purple now) that he got from his sister and he doesnft like to remove it, having also placed the repair and cleaning enchantment on it. He also has a dark, navy blue top hat which is decorated with a fake pair of roses sewn into the hat by the nubs of the stems, one rose red and one blue. When he is in public, he wears a pure white mask which he dubbed the ePhantom Maskf (see image above).
Personality: Tsubasa is what can only be described as a free spirit. He does what he wants on a whim and he doesnft think twice about the consequences of his actions or what others will think. He can switch from doing one thing to another without explanation and many of his reasons seem to lack explanations as well. He could say he likes something and if someone asked why, hefd just say gbecause I doh. He often refuses to explain why he does things or why he says things and is full of so many little odd quirks. He will always be found reading some sort of novel or philosophical book, most commonly a book he can fit in his pocket in terms of dimensions, and each day he will be reading a different book. No one has actually seen him reading the same book twice. Hefll read while he walks, shops, and does various things, though he is known to put it down in a fight if he has to or if he is talking to someone who has caught his interest.
Quirks aside, Tsubasa has a sophisticated atmosphere to his person and seems to fill that role quite nicely. He doesnft often use contractions of words, seeing it as eunelegantf and elazyf for one such as himself, and he will use proper manners almost constantly. He doesnft seem to use very much modern terminology like etvf, eidiotf, or anything of the sort. Hefll use the older versions like etelevisionf, efoolf, and whatever word he can think of that fits hiscdialogue more appropriately. This sophistication carries in his battling without any sort of change to it. He also tries to portray this sophistication in his actions and his movement, which, despite his wanting to blend in with the crowd, seems to only cause him to stand out more.
Tsubasa seems to have gained a more eblack and whitef view of women when he first sees them, thanks to the mobs who seem to swarm to him thanks to his appearance. He either sees them as esubstantialf or ehollowf. eHollowf women are the ones who dress themselves up with excessive amounts of make-up to try and impress a man, rather than relying on what they were given from birth, and donft care about whether a man is kind or not so long as they look good. eSubstantialf women are those who have substance to them, hence the title, and are more than just pretty girls. They actually care about more than a manfs looks and his wallet. If he were to meet a esubstantialf woman, hefd remove his mask to show them his face and grant them one of his signature metal roses as a gift, saying they are on a higher level than the scum of the female population.
Original World: Unknown, awoke in Twilight Town
Current Residing World: Twilight Town most commonly, though on occasion he is in Radiant Garden and has been known to pay visits to Wonderland
History/Background: Tsubasa doesnft really remember his life as a somebody. His memories left him upon his transformation into a nobody. All he knew was that his name was Kenshin Tsubasa and that he was alive. Everything else about him was nothing more than a big blank. He wanted to find out what he was, who he really was, where he came from, everything. Hell, at this point, the poor guy didnft even know he was a nobody. It was a powerful case of amnesia that left him with nothing more than the clothes on his back and a name. It was with this that he began is quest for a life.
Upon first investigating the town he found himself in, he found a woman who took pity on him and invited him into her home. She was a young woman, most likely in her early twenties, but she was living by herself in a small home. Tsubasa couldnft thank the woman enough for providing him with a home and explained his situation to her as best he could. Right away she simply smiled and said that from now on, they would be brother and sister and help each other make it in the world. He wascpretty happy with this, or at least he felt this way. He didnft know he didnft have emotions yet, so his body seemed to automatically fake them. Of course, as far as he knew, it was genuine emotion.
First trip into town though wasca lot of trouble. Thanks to his appearance, women all around seemed to swarm him and try to go out with him. His sister tried her best to fend them off, but there were a lot more of them and they used their numbers to get her away. They actually hurt her, causing her to fall to the ground, but Tsubasa didnft feel a thing this time. He didnft know why, but he did not feel any emotioncwell, other than irritation with these women for keeping him from getting anywhere. Almost like a pre-programmed function, he sprung a claw from his forearm and fended them off, surprising even himself. The claw went back in, though his sleeve was wrecked. His sister was surprised too, though he simply took her and the two went straight home.
He knew he wasnft normal now. He felt no emotion when his sister was hurt and he was able to spring a claw from his arm. He wanted to distance himself from her so that she wouldnft get hurt. Before shefd let him go, though, she gave him two things. The first was the address of a good tailor who could get him more appropriate clothing to fit his powers. The second was her favorite ribbon, which he accepted as a memento of their time. This was the first woman he knew to be a esubstantialf woman and the one who he often compares all the future ones to. He left her with a metal rose, knowing he could do it somehow, and left to the tailor. The Tailor gave him a custom suit that could clean and repair itself, thanks to his powers, and he also gave him the top hat and a mask to hide his face. With a grateful nod, Tsubasa left the tailorfs shop and this is the beginning of his new lifecthe life of someone who obviously wasnft normal.
Role Playing Sample: Ah, the wonders of Romeo and Juliet. A splendid novel it was, though the author was one Tsubasa didnft know of. Whoever this man was, though, truly had a talent for writing love stories. His characters were realistic and passionate and simply tugged at the heart strings that the nobody pretended to have. He was able to understand their points of view. He saw the logic in Romeofs actions. After all, he was a man in love and wanted his woman, even if the family didnft agree. Julietcthe woman who toyed with him, but was also being toyed with by fate, who was in love with Romeo, was brought into the same fate. It was an unfortunate case of forbidden love all because of their families, which seemed to only add onto Tsubasafs irritation with human shallowness and wellc.just how easy to hate they are.
Of course, sitting there wasnft going to get him anywhere. He had to walk around and may be, just may be, hefd run into a woman who wasnft Hollow. He took two steps and a woman approached him, her face coated in make up.
Wonderfulc he thought to himself as he looked her over. Revealing clothing, loads of make up, long nails, she was definitely a hollow woman. However, he felt like having a little fun this time, and he also seemed to think this woman didnft have a need to live this kind of life. Then again, this was just another one of his whimfs that he loved to obey. Removing his mask, he took off his glove as well and formed a metal rose in his revealed hand, turning it into a bomb at the same time. The woman didnft know that though and took it eagerly, smiling and saying something like eThank you soooo much, Ifll go put it in my living room. Promise youfll wait for me, hun?f. It was something along those lines, that was for sure. He really didnft know though since he wasnft paying attention and just nodded absent mindedly. She seemed overjoyed though since she ran into a building nearby. Tsubasa watched through one of the windows as she set it up on a table, smiling as she got it into the right spot.
gThree, two, oneccboom.h He calmly said from outside, snapping his fingers. As he pulled his glove on and put his mask back on his face, pulling out eRomeo and Julietf again to read, an explosion went off in the building behind him and he simply walked along, reading his book like nothing unusual was going on. Oh the wonder of a whim.
Questions/Comments/Suggestions? Nope. But I have a theme song for him
