Name: Marcus Jack Vile
Nickname(optional): Jack
Organization XIII or Dark XII Nickname(optional): Age:18
Gender:Male
Species: Human
Position: Neutral
Power(s): In the past, Marcus had messed around with the idea of controlling heartless, and helping them gain power. He has lately changed his mind about helping ANYONE besides himself, yet retained some dark powers, such as being able to change his looks for a few minutes. He has been known to change his appearance temporally to fool people.
Weapon(s): Marcus has a pistol, and a sword that is about 4 feet, light weight, and well at speed, but poor at defense.
Picture(optional):Appearance:He wouldn't be someone you would come up and talk to most of the time, if you saw them on the street. Not because they looked creepy, but because he looked quiet. He has spiky blue hair, his eyes appear to be red in the sun, but are actually hazel. Marcus is about 5'7. And he is a fit guy but still has a skinny body type.
Personality:Marcus normally only cares about himself, and tries to hide that he cares too much about his loved ones around him. He can be cheery and happy, but most of the time he is quite, and gets on everyones bad list right off. He works for which ever side he feels will benefit himself the most at the moment, and doesn't mind getting hurt to get what he wants.
When it comes time for battle, Marcus would be a quick thinker to have on your team, getting him
on your team though is the problem.
He argues with anyone who says he is the slightest bit wrong, and can be caught losing his temper over silly things.
Original World: Twilight Town
Current Residing World: Twilight Town
History/Background:When he was smaller, Marcus was the most playful, smiling, and cheery child in the neighbor hood. He would pet animals he found in the woods, and loves dogs. He would spend hours in the back yard playing on the playground his father had build for him. His family was rich. Not exactly spoiled though. They had a maid nicknamed Coo, who also took place as a nanny, but she was almost more like family instead of paid help.
One day 'Coo' had taken Marcus out for some ice cream for his 4th birthday. It was one of the best times he had had in a great while. As they headed back to the big white house they called home, they noticed a crowd of people, and a horrible smell of smoke in the air. And Marcus' house had burnt down. All of it. His toys, his drawings, all his board games.
No one knew where Marcus' parents had gone either. Their bodys could not be found in the burnt piles of ash. There was no trace of them what-so-ever. It was far too much to push onto a new 4 year old.
Marcus went to live in an orphanage for the rest of his life. Of course people tried to adopt him, wither it be out of pity for what happened, or if they just thought Marcus would be their perfect new son. He refused to go every time. He was fearful about getting attached to anyone too well ever since then.
His time in the orphanage made Marcus a bit biter, shy, and care mostly about himself. He didn't want new parents. He wanted to know where his were. It drove him mad that there just happened to be no sign of his parents at all, and he spend days making up story's where he was able to find them and live happy all over again.
Today Marcus is 18, a full adult, and is making his own life.
He has in the past helped the heartless in their needs, but found that too
much darkness never does a heart good. He works on his own lately, Trying to gain power on his own. He has been known to work for other people, but only when he knows it will help himself most.
Role Playing Sample:Marcus stood at the corner of an old burnt abandoned building he knew so well, leaning against the old black ashed wall. He was waiting for someone. Someone who would tell him more about some power locked away in a hidden cave or something. Now that Marcus thought about it, the whole idea seemed foolish. To be giving services to someone he hasn't even met yet, to find out about something he knows
very little at all about. It could just be some great prank.
He shrugged, and continued to wait, until a stranger in a dark cloak began to approach him. Marcus had no idea who this man was, this face was covered halfway by the shadow of his hood.
Marcus put his hand on his gun on his waist, ready in case anything happened.
"Are you willing to help?" the hooded figure said in a deep voice. Clearly a male.
"Depends. Tell me more about this hidden power or whatever and I will consider it." Marcus said not even looking up to the shadowed face.
"All I can tell you now is that this is what you have been waiting for, it might even help you find the two people you miss so dearly. hmm?"
Marcus' mouth ran dry. The man said the right thing. "OK fine, I will help you, what do I need to do?"
