In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

Alright, so in the game, the claymores have the ability to knock even the heaviest enemies into the air, but do very little damage.
It's been a few years.
The claymores can now do a lot more damage, and more importantly, cause lots of pain. And by pain I mean all the nerves in the area affected screaming as if they were being scraped with an electrically charged, flaming rake. And they can still knock things into the air...
So. The claymores will chase Heartless, Nobodies, and Maleficent. They activate the moment one of these steps into town, either by warp, flight, or just walking, and will give chase until these enemies leave or die. In order to catch their targets, they will travel up the walls, on the roofs, even indoors. They cannot be directly attacked, as any attack will just pass through and not hurt them. They are constructs of data, controlled by a few of Tron's subroutines.
They do have weaknesses. EMP attacks will nullify the nearby claymores. The transistors (the claymores' power source) can be attacked, but are hard to find, and very hard to hurt. And, while someone attacks the transistor, the claymores will still be attacking the person. The best way to avoid them is just to not be near the ground, or a wall, or any surface connected to the ground.
So, anyone who is classified as an enemy, who tries to enter Radiant Garden will be attacked viciously by the claymores. Just don't go there.

Plus, in the RP, Maleficent hasnt done anything IC wise to make the claymores target her. They didnt in the past, so why would they now? Plus it can be assumed that Sora had told the committee about Maleficent's help against the heartless in the World that never was. Therefore, I think she should still be allowed there, because she hasnt done anything IC wise to make them target her otherwise.
Also, she spent a lot of time in that old castle, and didnt get attacked, therefore it shows that there are some parts in the world that they wont go. And from what I saw, they didnt go into Merlin's house, or else it would have gotten those heartless that went in and took the book to Pooh's world.
Organization members, yes. The Committee knows of them, and enough to make the claymores attack them. As for others, the person either needs to be a Heartless, a Nobody, or be hard wired into the system (i.e. Maleficent).
There is a picture of an Org member being attacked and thrown by a claymore in the manga. In fact, if anyone can find a copy of that for this essay, that'd be awesome, I couldn't find a scan of it at all.
