In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

Caxnon wasn't sure wha bothered him more, the fact that he was asked a question that made no sense, or that Antique hadn't let go of his hands this time.
He decided to say something, If his hands weren't working, it didn't mean that his mouth didn't. Caxnon tried moving his hands, which felt lke they wighed a ton, so he slowly took hold of the female's hands and slowly raised them till they were in front of her face.
'' Um...you havn't let go yet. And I think I would be able to answer your questions, If you did'' Caxnon said to her.
Realizing now that it was her that hadn't let go this time, she pulled her hands back quickly as if she were touching a hot boiling pot--mostly from surprise.
"Uh-AH!" she squeaked, and went to throw her hands in her pockets, only realizing then that she didn't have any. Awkwardly, her right hand banged onto the hilt of her Claymore. Wincing, she clasped her small hands behind her back.
"S-sorry!" she said, with a sheepish face. "My fault that time!"
As soon as she let go of his hands, he felt like he had been carrying something heavy, but finally managed to drop it. His head seemed to be clearer. But he still hadn't found out why this was happening.
He walked up to her and examined her eyes, it didn' seem to be the source.
'' Please hold still'' he said to her.
Caxnon then briefly touched her forhead, which didn't seem to do anything to him. It seemed that it was only her hands that had an effect on him. He was even more confused than last time.
'' Has that ever happened to you before Antique?'' Caxnon asked her.
Please hold still, he had said. Antique quirked an eyebrow and was about to ask why when he touched her forehead. She froze completely, and stared at him with widened eyes. He seemed to be looking for something at her, but she was unsure as to what he wanted. The moment his hand left her forehead, she stumbled elegantly back wards, and caught her breath.
That was a bit too close for comfort level, definitely! Her cheeks turned red, and she deliberately stared off to the side for a second. It just had to be some strange greeting, right? People from different places definitely behaved differently, right?
Sucking in a breath, she glanced up at him.
'' Has that ever happened to you before Antique?''
She shook her head from left to right. "I'm sorry Caxnon, I don't understand what you're asking me," she said, frowning a bit.
Caxnon sighed. He had to try one last thing, he wasn't sure if it was him or Antique that was triggering the strange feeling. He wasn't ven used to do this, but he was too curious. The Nobody took hold of both of Antique's hands, then e felt tha same tingling feeling, and his hands became still again.
'' You don't feel anything strange? At all?'' Caxnon asked her once more.

The icy witch who harbored Traverse Town was growing tired of it. When her interest lacks she was one to become quite crafty for entertainment. Sure she wouldn't mind rebuilding her kingdom, but her thoughts couldn't trascend farther than that. What would be her goal after achieving that? There wasn't any drive after that; also building a kingdom wouldn't be too difficult either. All she had to do was hex this world as she pleased; defending her kingdom would be interesting, but she doubt there would be a worthy opponent to fully entertain her.
Today, her hair was bound up in a dough nut bun. Silver Snowflakes were pinned around it as a small crown revolved aroun her forehead. This crown was thin and silver as well with intricate snowflakes liking together with a few shimmering diamonds here and there. Her dress was a flawless white as the long train dragged behind her. Her wand was wielded formly in her hand. To start her little fun, she needed to build, and this world would be the first.
It may be a wondrous change to bring a lovely winter into a shallow town like this one. Actually she admired the flawless whiteness of snow and the warmth it gave as everyone scavenge for heat. Her red lips smiled on the pale face as her ever-green eyes gleamed. It was time to start building.
Jadis hardly concentrated on the people around her for they were below her in status as well as height. Her eyes swept under the thick black lashes until a bright blue and pink caught her attention. Turning her head, she saw an unsual and unfamiliar child with a familiar nobody.
"Found another friendly heart, dear." Jadis spoke out to Caxnon with an inquisitive arched brow. She found quite unusualy for his attraction to be around humans; he didn't fit the equation well for he was nothingness. Wasn't it ironic to find the nobody holding the hands of a maiden like a concerned lover. It nearly made her chuckle, but the aristocrat held it in to not taunt the boy. Even if she was to, he doubt he would have much of a chance to make her regret it. "And whom might this lovely child be?"
Caxnon took her hands once more, and she felt her cheeks turn red. Antique was so confused as to what he exactly wanted from her--strangers from her world definitely didn't make this much physical contact. Unless they were in some kind of contact sport, which there used to be alot of. Well, that, or some kind of bare fisted killer. She turned her head to the side, shoving down her own thoughts about how this culture was weird, and let her mind just completely drain. If he wanted to know something, she should at the very least try to help out, right?
Mind clearing, things came into perspective--it was a bit easier to think without the whole embarrassment thing clouding her head. Eyelids fluttering shut, she sighed, a calmness rushing over her--a feeling she had when she stood in the endless fields as a younger girl, or tending the roses. But it was melancholic almost--it was that same feeling that she should not be where she was, that she was supposed to do something.
Her eyes fluttered open, her eyes slightly glazed over, to daze up at Caxnon. "It's not that I don't feel anything, it's just perhaps when I think about it..."
She paused at the sound of another voice. The floating sensation she had suddenly seemed to spit gravity everywhere and she was brought back to earth. The dazed look seemed to focus on the amazon (geezum, was EVERYONE significantly taller than her?).
Tilting her head lightly to observe the woman, a nanosecond told her the woman was definately...well, something. She reminded her of her own Queen in her home world.
Breaking away from Caxnon as if in a daze, though one hand stayed linked with his, she dipped her head low, one leg slightly backward, a hand over he chest in an elegant sweeping gesture. Her mind state just told her that was something appropriate to do. Her military training was completely visible with how well trained that entire gesture that was. And judging from the crown--well, wouldn't it be appropriate that the woman was royalty? At least, from Antique's viewpoint. Her world had been a monarchy, after all.
"My name is Antique, ma'am," she said, voice trailing, elegant, yet firm.
Things were getting kind of stange. Caxnon was intrested in hearing Antique's answer, all he wanted to do was find out what caused that feeling, was that a bad thing? Another voice seemed to break his trance.
"Found another friendly heart, dear."
There was an insult in there somewhere, she said that like it was a bad thing. He never paid jadis that much attention, If she wasn't a source of information, he would have avoided her all the time. But she never did appear unless something...or, someone caught her intrest. And judging by her question, Antique was one of the reasons that she was here.
There was really nothing that he could do at the moment.
'' Hello Jadis, having a nice day?'' Caxnon asked her in a polite manner.
His mind was completely focused on the woman in front of him. To the point that, he forgot to realease Antique's hand.

"It's a pleausre to meet you Antique, a lovely name that is." Her head gave a gentle bow as well that looked like a nod.
'' Hello Jadis, having a nice day?''
"Yes, my dear Caxnon, I am. Thanks for asking. As you heard from him, my name is Jadis." She smiled at the girl's politeness. Already she was liking the girl for her stature and considerate welcome. From her pose, she assumed the girl to be well-acquainted with such culture. This intrigued Jadis more of the soft face warrioress. It has been a while, since she have been so curiousi like it has been a while, since she saw such morale and
Many others were just too paranoid to show respect at times. Once she had to elegantly scold a boy for pointing a sword at her in public. In his mind, she was a possible enemy, but from the outside looking in, the boy would be a lunatic disrupting the balance of the town. Being an empress born and raised, Jadis never took it to heart for she would stooping to the same level as the ignorant.
"It seems that you are having a nice day as well causing a girl to flush striking such emotions." The witch replied with soft humor. "I'm concluding that you are new here Antique. I've been known to welcome newcomers, and I surely would've remembered you if I have seen you earlier. Hopefully your arrival wasn't a shakey on."
From little Ariel to little Ruka, many people weren't comfortable with the new change of being in their own home and familiarity to Traverse Town, an alien world that is casted in endless night with creatures of nothingness and darkness to carress one's hand and not even knowing what stood before them.
One hand still within Caxnon's, almost dazedly, she continued to observe the woman--her name was Jadis, she just found out. It came to her then--what the sensation was. It was a general rule, an alchemic rule, if her adopted mother hadn't taught her anything. Things had to even out, somehow. If there was too much of something, anywhere, and less of something elsewhere, it would naturally want to even itself out. But what in the world was Caxnon missing? He had all of limbs, from what she could tell.
Even though her head was bowed, she seemed to lower her head even lower, into a curtsy of sorts. Rules stated that you never disrespected anyone that looked like, acted like, or sounded like an aristocrat, friend or foe. Even when she had to slay her own queen, she had to have been very polite. Perhaps the last words she had said in her own world had been, "I'm sorry". And you never ever ever disrespected the neighboring countries rulers--because even if they weren't your particular monarch, they still had more power and influence then you did. Call it pecking order or what-not, but that was how it was if you wanted to keep your head. Not that it was particularly hard for her.
Straightening up, she looked at Canxon and noticed--was that a bit of tenseness? She glanced at Jadis again. The amazon seemed nice enough.
"It seems that you are having a nice day as well causing a girl to flush striking such emotions."
Antique's cheeks turned pink, and she slipped her hand out of Caxnon's. It was easy when she was embarrassed.
"I'm concluding that you are new here Antique. I've been known to welcome newcomers, and I surely would've remembered you if I have seen you earlier. Hopefully your arrival wasn't a shaky one."
Antique softly smiled, polite, on her best behavior. She held her hands behind her back; classic knight stance, really.
"It's been an interesting past couple of days, ma'am" she said, her tongue speaking it naturally. "A bit of culture shock, I'm sure that's all," she said.
Was it bad that Caxnon and Jadis were perhaps the only people to hold a decent conversation with her? She really sort of seemed to frighten people off. "But nonetheless, thank you for the welcome," she said, smiling easily, though composed.

Jadis nodded at the girl, "The pleasure is all mine. Also it seems there's more of a shock here." Her tone was out of pure curiosity as her tongue clicked against the roof of her mouth with a trio of tsks. Even her wand swayed at the predicament like a head shaking in pity.
"Now what could you be confused about dear? Your confusion had rubbed of on Antique with uncertainty of shock and curiosity on myself. What could you try to comprehend? Is it of something out of your reach or perhaps that body of yours have became ill? Even if a portion is a portion, it must tend to itself for it won't be anything less like...a piece."
Cryptic she was when it came to discussing the dynamics of a nobody. She suspected that the girl wasn't aware of what Caxnon was an empty shell of a human body, who semi-existing life depends on memories. Not many trusted nobodies for that aspect, they were aliens and non-human as they lack first hand experience of feelings leaving them to be the greatest manipulator. Not even a shell wishes to be a shell for long, it would take a yolk to make a shell an egg like it would take a heart for a nobody to regain humanity. With such equation, humans were hesitant and hostile towards the children of nothingness, children who are willingly to sacrifice a life to restore their own.
It's completely possible, because they will never feel guilt or remorse, while doing what people may see as unforgivable. With that alone, nobodies shouldn't be taken lightly, and this girl was dancing with it obviously.
Antique glanced at both parties; she was aware that the Queen was speaking about something cryptically, but she wasn't exactly sure what was going on now. It was like some inside joke between two people, and being the third wheel and not being able to get the joke. Though something in her head told her there was something much more than that.
She could have taken a step in there, but she didn't think that it was her place--she bit her tongue down. Sure Canxon confused the heck out of her, but it wasn't like this entire world didn't! With it's oddly dressed inhabitants and flimsy clothing. Though granted Antique viewed Jadis as possibly the most normal one here, it was because of her own egocentricities. Biases, in other words.
"M'lady, I'm sure I'll be fine," Antique said, "I mean, my confusion, that is," she said, and smiled. "Once I get everything together, things will be fine!"
Come hell or high water, basically. She didn't like letting other people take the blame for something that she lacked, anyway. Antique had experienced some weird things in her life, and she had survived and thrived before. She had to--it was part of who she was. She was that odd flower that bloomed in the battlefield, or like a princess who wore a perfume of gunpowder--she could adapt, even if she would never truly fit in anywhere.
She smiled at Caxnon. She expected he would be fine too. Maybe it was because she held everything and everyone to high standards. Or she was optimistic to a fault. Any reason would suffice.
After hearing Jadis's comment Caxnon went into deep thought. It's true that he was confused about many things. But he had to figure out why he was, the way he was. The Organization wanted o be whole, or at least thats wht they say. But then they have no problem, with hurting other people. Leon thought that all nobodies were evil, then whta was he?
A quick glance at the ice whtich told him what she was thinking.
'' I'm not like the rest.'' Caxnon said to Jadis.
He knew that she would either laugh at him, or give him a long speech about how he was nothing, which wouldn't be surprising.

"Don't we all say that. Regardless, we are all similar and different at the same time, so that statement isn't entirely true love. You should know that. Acceptance is key; merely denying the likeliness will only send you into an endless circle of questions hitting the same wall continuously. Still you have failed to answer the question. What has been troubling you?"
Jadis' head turned to Antique with a smile, "And dear, I have feeling you would be as fine as you speak. You posture and aura speaks clearly that you can stand on your own two feet. Still his confusion has intrigued me, since he's been experimenting to answer the sole question he haven't been able to solve just yet."
Her focus on Caxnon was like a hawk, "Does it intrigue you not what could be troubling him as well? It have already caught the spotlight, so might as well cast light on this mystery we have here."
