In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

(A bit of Roze may leak into this)
Naoya chuckled slightly but kept his mouth shut. When it came to love he didn't believe such a thing existed. Love was simply a word people created to make themselves feel special. Kinship, kindness, affection, and compassion all existed but love was simply a combination of 2 or more plus the sin of lust was all it was. It was just another name for something one could not describe.
"Purpose? Do you believe yourself the only one to accomplish it. I am the same as you in form and could acquire the skills you have and fulfill it but I have not. Humans are simply creatures, the existence of God does not make ones life filled with purpose. After you have done whatever you believe you must you may not die. We are a species with a mind greater than any other. So do not think your final moment be the one when you fulfill what you believe you must, think of it simply as improving upon yourself." Naoya spoke at first with spite but then joy. Naoya loved his species but did not think all humans different. They all followed the basic template of life, few things differing.
As Antique took a step back to allow Mikael to speak. He chuckled slightly but his face grew rather serious after the brief laugh. "I must ask, did there seem to be something... in control? My brother contains quite the burden upon himself, one I would not wish upon another. Tell me Mikael, do you believe in demons?" Naoya's eyes were narrowed, an equal and opposite always existed, as there were angels, there were demons among his world. And just as he contained an angel, he suspect Lyon held a demon.
Antique folded her arms over her chest. She knew the friendship and family-related love, the love for hobbies--but they were probably right on the "love" love. Never having experienced anything like it, all she had were her ideals to go off from. Her world's version of the story of Narcisse rung in her mind--two knights who had loved eachother so much that they drowned in a lake together. In their next life, they were born as black narcissus' along the lake. Songs were written about them, though the songs were always full of sorrow.
Antique could never imagine selflessly loving someone like that. Ever.
Dying after one's purpose?
She tilted her head, "That would make you no better than a simple object," she said, and twirled her finger. "You have to give yourself a little bit more credit! You've got to be better than just that!"
Mikael struggled hard against laughing as Naoya spoke. So, he believed every single human was equal to the others? Such foolishness indeed. The man believed that every single creature in the universe had a purpose to fulfill, and changing the way he thought about it would be hard, if not impossible. "Not wanting to sound self-righteous, but yes, everyone has a purpose to fulfill. However, its not one you fulfill with physical skills. I am talking about spiritual skills. Every decision you make affects your destiny and future. However, no matter how much you try to flee, you will always go and fulfill your purpose."
The man then turned to Antique, peacefully smiling at her as he replied. "Well, I do think that I will die while I fulfill it, but that depends of the decisions I take. I am a simple servant of fate, but I´ll enjoy my life as long as I can." He ran a hand through his hair, a soft sigh escaping his lips. "That´s the circle of life."
"I must ask, did there seem to be something... in control? My brother contains quite the burden upon himself, one I would not wish upon another. Tell me Mikael, do you believe in demons?"
Turning back to Naoya, Mikael´s eyes narrowed as he made various connection through all this information. "You could say I do." The man closed his eyes, wondering if his believes were correct. "Are you saying that your brother has a demon inside? Like you have Remiel?" That would explain MANY things, including those exorcisms at Olympus.

"I can see you will not be budged with logic so I shall speak of it no more. Though it will be sad to have another member of our species die." Naoya spoke sorrowfully as though somebody had died. It had always amazed him how many people defied simple logic. Humans just had the neo-cortex that made them different from other animals. To him every human was equal and under the same circumstances could become exactly like the next.
The next part of the speaking had always left Naoya deadly serious. "That is my question that I need to answer when I meet him. Almost 8 years ago my brother was possessed by some... other being. I was a child at the time and was frightened beyond anything seeing my brother at the time. We had separated and I have not seen him since. Either way, whatever has possessed him I will remove it even if my life is given up in the process." Naoya spoke with conviction and had a sad smile grace his lips when he finished.
"Well, I do think that I will die while I fulfill it, but that depends of the decisions I take. I am a simple servant of fate, but I´ll enjoy my life as long as I can."
What in the world? Did this guy have a serious death wish? She looked a little bit frustraited with him. "Why in the world would you throw your life away like that? A sacrificed life isn't always in need for something greater," she said, her eyes squinting, almost like she was holding back tears. She remembered the faces. So...so many of them.
"A simple servant of fate? Do you dislike your life that much?"
Her voice was rising just a little bit. "Do you honestly think you're a tool?" Not like any of her words were going to get through any of him.
She took in a deep breath, and stepped backwards. She looked at both of them--so willing to give up their lives. One, to exorcise a demon. Perhaps she just didn't understand. Didn't understand.
"Maybe I'm just too young," she said, looking off to the side. "Or selfish. I don't get either of you."
Slightly surprised, Mikael stared at the girl, noticing her frustration. He wondered what had caused the sudden change of tone; perhaps it was something from her past. Yes, past events could eventually haunt people's lives. However, it would be rude to ask about it. Besides, she wouldn't open to a near stranger. "I never said I hated life. Yes, it hasn't been kind to me, but that doesn't give me the right to hate it." He would have continued to answer, but he didn't. The answer to her next question could hurt her.
"Maybe I'm just too young, or selfish. I don't get either of you."
"Maybe you just have to find your purpose, Antique." Leaving those words for her to think about, Mikael turned to the angel expert. He had an uncommon quality, a rare gift. Seeing one acting like him was not that common. "I admire your selflessness, kid. Now, most people only care about themselves... such as Maleficent." The man looked away, drowning an urge to rant about the witch. Oh yeah, Mikael hadn't forgotten their encounter at Disney Castle. She still owed him a hell of a fight.
"There you have it; that's your purpose. I hope you find and save your brother soon, without having to sacrifice your life." Mikael's words were sincere; it would be a shame to see the boy die. Too young... with so much ahead.
Wow. Ienzo had not expected that name to appear. True, she was well known in Traverse Town, but he hadn't heard anything about her for too long. A name meant that she was being remembered. Memory meant that she had been active. Not good. It was just another Human to fight for Kingdom Hearts.
The silver eyes shimmered behind black hair, and Ienzo stopped next to the small group. Interesting... He waved at the group and looked around. "Sorry to eavesdrop. My name is Ien. Mind if I join you? I have been looking for something to pass the day."
As he said this, Ienzo sat down next to them, unzipping his black jacket. Relaxing, he looked around. "So... What are your stories?"

"Now Antique, I never said I would sacrifice my life. That is a last resort option should things take a turn for the worse, understand?" Naoya spoke in an almost laughing tone. So silly, to think someone such as him would give his life up at the drop of a hat.
Selflessness, an odd thought. It wasn't that he didn't want his brother to die. It was that he wanted him to live, a desire. He sighed and a grimace floated across his face as another had stepped in. Ien, an odd name but he thought nothing past that.
"It would depend what you mean by story, to tell of one's life can be difficult for one without great memory." Naoya was skeptic of the mans openess and his eyelids drooped slightly analyzing the man noticing each of his actions.
((Sorry. ._.; Almost completely forgot about this one.))
"My...purpose?"
Okay, it did shut her up for a little bit. She had a very vague idea on what she was supposed to do. Had Eucharistia still been around, her purpose would have been to rebuild a fallen kingdom, put into order some kind of law that would hopefully be better than the last. A golden age, if you will. But no--sure, a revolution had been put up to it's climax, but instead, her World had ended, and she ended up here. Her purpose?
At least it wasn't to go and try to end her life! That was a start!
Maleficant?
She turned to Naoya, and smiled softly. "I hope everything works out for you and your brother," she said quietly. "I don't understand exactly what's going on, but I sincerely hope it does."
Someone else had appeaed--almost as if out of nowhere. She jumped just a little. Ien?
"I'm Antique," she smiled. "Unfortunately, my story doesn't seem quite as interesting as these two," she gestured.
Great, an eavesdropper. That was not good at all. Mikael glanced at the newcomer, narrowing his eyes suspiciously. He seemed too... fake. You didn't see people appearing out of nowhere, inviting themselves over and proceeding to question others every day. Something was really fishy there.
"Well, since you just came over, I don't see why you should leave." he "smiled" and closed his eyes, trying to analyze the newcomer's aura. His expression turned serious as he realized what this "Ien" was. "Heartless..." There wasn't any need to attack him yet; he was acting quite peacefully. However, if things got rough... let's just say that Mikael wouldn't go without a fight.
"Don't be modest Antique, I'm sure yours is as interesting as ours." The boy said, just to look at Ien once more. "So, you know Maleficent? I wonder if your meeting was a peaceful one..."
Ienzo smiled. A small smile, but it was nice. It was mature, yet it held a good sense of humor. His silver eyes flashed as he sat down next to them. His dark jacket fell to the side, revealing a long tattoo that stretched down his neck and under his t-shirt. He examined them all.
"I just heard her name... I have to say, I'm not really a fan. She enjoys meddling in places where she doesn't belong." He brushed his dark hair away from his pale face, revealing those metal eyes. "Take this place, for example. At one point, she attacked it. I think she takes the whole Darkness thing a bit too far."
((I have been looking for this thread. Couldn't find it. D: Please forgive me.))

"Well I shall be going now. Antique, Mikael it was a pleasure meeting you. And you said your name was Ien right, we can speak later if you manage to find me." With that said Naoya just walked off not caring for much but a smile slipped across his face.
"I'm not being modest! My story isn't that interesting," Antique laughed, tilting her head to the side. Really, she was pretty run of the mill, at least, she thought she was. Considering her peer group in her home-world were probably unwilling knights of some sort, she really wasn't that...well, unique. She wasn't the best, nor was she the worst.
"Maleficant?"
She made a "whose-that?" face, as she waved goodbye to Naoya. She frowned as she watched him leave, looking dazed. Something at the pit of her stoumach wrenched.
"Ok, you continue being modest then." The teen sarcastically replied to the girl's statements before nodding at Naoya. To be frank, Mikael wanted to leave and go to rest. But with this Heartless on the loose and near Antique, he couldn't lower his guard. After all, maybe he desired both her and his hearts?
Mikael raised an eyebrow as Ien spoke, his eyes meeting his. So, he claimed Maleficent took the "whole Darkness thing a bit too far"? "Pardon me, but those are the Heartless." he wanted to say. But the boy had decided to leave violence as a last resort.
"I'm not a fan either. That sweet old hag owes me a fight." Mikael turned to Antique, his face not showing any expression. "Maleficent is... someone you don't want to meet."
