In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

The Nobody "stared" at the girl, its antenna twitching slightly. The flute rose near its face again, and it sent out a short melody.
The notes were blank. No sound issued forth, even though the air was pushed magically through the instrument.
Surprisingly, the Nobody saw a flute in her hands, and it tried again. Nothing... It was as if it couldn't say a name, or it didn't have one. Either way, it was evident that this creature was absolute Nothing, for it lacked even a label. It watched the other two leave, including the Nobody, and watched for Heartless. The creatures had reverted to following the crazy human.
The Nobody was confused. It sent out a few notes, once again jumbled and unruly, much like its separate intellect. It put the flute down and just stood like a statue. The Nobody emblem stretched across its still chest. He had no name.

Kitty's eyes widened, and her hands fell limp at her sides.
"You don't have a name?" Kitty's voice was barely above a whisper. "How sad."
There was a choking silence, and then a warm smile graced Kitty's features.
"You and I are alike." Kitty smiled, and she continued to advance towards the Heartless. "We're both in pain and alone, but it doesn't haveto be this way."
Kitty took the Nobody's hand in hers and placed it against her face. She sent her power through her skin, trying to comfort the Nobody.
"Would you mind if I give you a name? How about . . . Messiah? That's a good name, right? Considering you saved me."
After running past quite a few heartless, Reiho finally catch up with Caxnon and together ran after the deranged man and the victim.
Now face to face with the man of dark heart and his prisoner, the detective pointed her sword at the villain as he simply ignored her in favor of ... mercilessly stab the prisoner with his knife, further injuring him.
"M-Mister!" The criminal was already beyond negotiation, his mind already consumed by darkness, his actions only guided by his obsession.
The futility of the negotiation and the criminal's willingness to kill his prisoner made Reiho reach a conclusion: Capturing the soon to become an assassin was no longer an option for his dark heart was beyond salvation.
Reiho quickly drew her gun, aiming at the man's left arm. Her main goal was to disable the usage of that knife first and later deal with the man.
Bang!, She pulled the trigger of the gun, but instead of hitting the man, she saw a shield materialize in front of her, the bullet bouncing on it.
"Heartless ... I CAN CONTROL THE HEARTLESS!"
The man rejoiced in his insanity as he stretched his arms high in the sky and two Defender heartless appeared, completely blocking the access to the end of the alley where the deranged criminal lied, soon joined by two large body heartless appearing behind the two heroes, blocking the unique escape route they had to the plaza.
"I remember those shield bearing heartless ... they appeared 2 years ago when the darkness in the worlds peaked. Be careful mister Caxnon, they are dangerous"
With the invincible shields protecting the insane man and the fat ones blocking the exit of the alley, the situation turned more dangerous than ever ...
Caxnon put away his weapon. Attacking this man wasn't going to work, so maybe something else might, even though it could reveal his darkness powers.
'' Stand back'' he said to the young detective. And with that he completely surrounded himself in darkness, and seconds later he was gone.
He reapeared shortly behind the crazy man, and without hesitation he sent a quick knockout punch to wards him... which worked, for the most part anyway. Caxnon picked up the injured person and slung him over his shoulder, then he ran back to his original position( while kicking the crazy person in the process)
'' Alright now we get him out of here'' the nobody said while drawing his weapon.
The Nameless Nobody began to run with the girl, and he jumped into the air and played a light, airy tune. The wind underneath his feet began to move faster, and he surfed on an unseen current towards the other two humanoids.
Messiah? The Nobody couldn't comprehend the name very well. There were too many sounds he didn't understand. The flute rose to his lips and he tried to pronounce the name with it. It took several tries. Mii-saa. No.. But that was as close as it could get. He turned to the girl and "stared" at her.
Mii-saa. Mii-saa. A jumble of notes. Was that right?
"Mister Caxnon, that was incredible" That was the first time the detective saw somebody be able to teleport from one place to another in a fraction of a second. Too bad his ability for teleporting was only effective for himself as apparently he was unable to teleport another person with him.
Caxnon was pretty skill and flexible, even carrying an injured man on his shoulder he was able to outrun the defenders, now defenseless for looking at the wrong side and unable to turn back at time to stop him, and return with Reiho. He really impressed her.
"No ... my dream, how dare you!!"
The insane man got up after recovering from a punch to the face and a few kicks courtesy of Caxnon and tried to ran after the team helped by the heartless who were obeying him. However, something was wrong. The same heartless that once helped him now were ignoring his commands, and the defenders even attacked him!
"W-what are you doing? Ahh!"
The man was so scared of his sudden lost of control that ran to the exist of the plaza. Alas, many shadows were waiting for him.
"Stop, i own you, that's what this page said, darkness, darkness be mine!!"
Hundreds of shadows appeared and jumped on the man as he screamed with his last breath.
"That's ... what happens to those who lose control of the heartless?" It was simply pathetic. The moment that man lost the focus of his twisted goal and his heart showed weakness, the heartless lost no time and reclaimed as payment for their services the heart of the deranged human.
"A fitting end" She felt no pity for him as he willingly allowed himself to be consumed by his own darkness. With the deranged man gone, the heartless stopped their defensive attitude and went full offensive against the team, just like how they behave under normal circumstances.

"Reiho! Caxnon!"
Kitty sighed with relief. The man was injured, but he was alive. She turned to face the Nobody, it's notes ringing her ears. She gestured towards the Nobody and smiled.
'' A good name. Now let's get out of here shall we?'' Caxnon said to kitty.
Caxnon placed his hand on the ground and made a wall of Ice appear in front of the group of heartless. It would buy them some time, and hopefully it would be enough.
The nobody turned and faced the other group of heartless behind them.
'' Keep him safe'' Caxnon said to Reiho.
He then put the man down and ran straight at the heartless. He was able to cut a few of them several times, but then they suddenly started dodging his attacks . No matter what he did, he couldn't hit them.

Kitty growled and unsheathed her sword. She flinced when she felt the pain in her temple, but she bit her tongue. Help Caxnon first, deal with pain later.
"Caxnon, hit the deck!"
Kitty jumped over the wall of ice and ran towards the Heartless. She brought her sword down and cut through the Heartless. She then drove her sword into the ground and switched to her dagger. She felt her power in her hands, and she focused on the shadows. She created a long rope and swept her arm horizontally. The Heartless doubled over and fell to the ground. Kitty cried out when she felt a weight on her back. A Heartless had landed on her back and knocked the sword from her hand.
"Caxnon! Reiho! Messiah! A little help would be nice!"
The Nobody jumped back, its hands gripping the flute around the middle, and stared at the Heartless around him. As if pulling a heavy weight, he flung the flute around, and a Heartless hit a wall, the concrete cracking behind it as cracks spread along the wall.
The Nobody held a large cello, his hands sliding along its strings, and a slow tune began to play as the Nobody jumped among the Heartless, the cello slamming them with immense strength. The instrument continued to play its song, the sounds of other instruments floating out of the air around them, creating a composure that echoed through the night sky.
The Heartless were turned into mulch as the Nobody stood in front of Misa. The cello was gone. The flute rose to its lips.
"Messiah?" That was quite an angelical name for a silver white create, and somehow it was fitting as the music sounded like an angelical melody coming from the very savior.
Knowing the silver white's name was good, but was an even better thing to protect the injured man. His wounds were severe and he needed to see a doctor as soon as possible.
"Don't worry, we'll get you out off this place"
What she said to the unconscious man was not to reassure him but to make herself feel better. This situation was going from bad to worse and keeping a bit of optimism was needed to keep the spirits high.
After leaving the injured man under Reiho's care, the gunblader created a wall of ice to hinder the advance of the Heartless and alone he faced the heartless, quickly followed by the graceful illusionist.
Sometimes even the best of the intentions brings only trouble, and in this case Caxnon and Kitty's efforts to stop the heartless caused a crisis in the battlefield: Caxnon unable to hit the now more aggressive foes and Kitty at mercy of a being of darkness, one who attacks from behind for they had no honor.
The only one who found success in the battlefield was the silver white christened "Messiah" by Kitty. His performance of music and brawl was delightful for the ears and the eyes and caused the demise of many heartless.
"Messiah, help them!"
A feeling of helplessness invaded her heart. She wanted to help them. Alas, if she were to abandon the man he could as well be considered dead, at grasp of the dark ones and unable to defend himself.
The detective only hoped either her companions were able to solve the dilemma by themselves, or Messiah lived up to his name and become a savior for them.
Kitty grunted and knocked the Heartless off her back. She smiled at Messiah and felt warmth flooding through her system at the notes.
"You're name is Messiah." Kitty whispered. "Mii-saa-uh. Mii-saa-uh."
Kitty ran over to the Nobody and suddenly stopped. A sharp pain shot through her spine, and she felt the warm blood on her skin. The world was fuzzy, and her mine was cloudy. She grunted and fell to her knees on the floor. She looked over her shoulder. A Heartless had her sword in its hands, and her back had been slashed open along her spine all the way up to the nape of her neck. Kitty fell onto her side and stared up at the Nobody. The world was numb and dark, but as long as she could hear the music, she was fine.
"You're good, Messiah." Kitty's voice sounded distant, even to her. "You're good. Messiah . . . we . . . are . . . the . . . same . . ."
Things were getting completely out of control, and Caxnon had lost his focus for a second. The nobody's head cleared as he watched the whole thing happen in slow motion. Kitty was in trouble, Reiho was in trouble, and he wan't doing anything about it.
'' Come on..come on..I can do this...I just need to focus'' he thought.
Caxnon reached into his pocket and took out the amulet that he once wore. '' Ok, here goes'' he said as he placed it around his neck.
The nobody's grey eyes lighted up for a spit second, then sent a back hand slap to words the heartless above Kitty knocking it away. Seconds later he caught Kitty's sword, and then faced the Heartless in front of him.
'' Messiah!! do me a favor...help me teach these heartless a lesson'' Caxnon said.
He then turned his gunblade over to it's sharp edge, and ran to wards two of the creatures sending two quick slashes their way. He followed up this attack with a several Ice shards freezing two of the heartless in their tracks.
Caxnon formed a shield made of Ice around both Reiho and kitty before speaking.
'' Rehio, please take care of both of them...we're going to end this now'' he said.

Kitty slowly opened her eyes. Her back throbbed. It felt like fire was racing up her spine, through her neck and into her head. She felt like if she moved, her spine was going to fly out of her back. Her body felt like a dead weight, and angry tears slid down her cheeks. She glanced around and smiled when she saw Caxnon and Messiah.
"Go get 'em!" Kitty called out, her voice hoarse and raspy. "Make sure you take good care of my blade! My mother made it for me!"
Kitty cried out when she felt blood leaking down her back. There was no doubt that if someone looked down the wound of her spine, they would see it.
Oh well. Kitty thought. If I end up dying here, then it was all worth while.
