Things That Make You Mad and Happy

Can we start a rant thread? But for everything you rant about, you gotta say one positive thing.

Things that currently make me mad:

-When ex-best friends goes to move in with her Internet boyfriend across the world and TAKES YOUR STUFF WITH HER. Those are MY books, dangit! My keyblade!
-When said friend owes you over $1000 USD because at one time, you tried to help her.
-When said friend basically dumps a loan on you because at the time you co-signed for her, you were her friend.
-Customers that whine and complain about how their food tastes when it's perfectly fine, eat it all anyway, then expect a discount.
-Customers calling you racial slurs when they think you can't hear them.
-People that make Malware. I mean. Seriously.
-Paychecks that are weeks late.


Happy Things:
-Wonderful customers who write cute little notes saying you're the best bartender -ever-.
-Tips over 18 percent.
-Friends that come into your place of work just to hug you because they know you're feeling poopy.
-My wonderful WD friends that always seem to make me laugh.
-Bosses that bring me candy! CHOCOOLATTEEEE!
-Knowing that summer is going to have an amazing income.
-Knowing the government is paying you everything back in tazes. LOL.

Things that make me mad:
1.- When your printer fails to work the day you need it most. (Three Essays due tomorrow plus a research paper; all must be printed)
2.- When no one is willing to print said papers for you.
3.- When the phone rings at 4 AM in the morning and it turns out to be a wrong number.
4.- When the marching squad's sargeant gets his left foot injured two days before the Marching Squad Contest.
5.- When you have to march as an unexperience sargeant at Wednesday's surprise school assembly because of number four.
6.- When everybody laughs at you because you confused two similar commands. >.>
7.- When you discover than the sargeant mentioned in number four actually injured his foot in purpose just so he didn't participate in the contest.
8.- Parents who ask how your day was when it was obviously unpleasant, only to completely ignore you when you tell them about your "great" day.
9.- Science teachers that null that day's test for playing Tic Tac Toe in your notebook with a classmate.
10.- Parents that ground you for no reason.

Things that make me go all smiles, glitter and sparkles:
1.- When a classmate laughs at you because you tripped... only to be hit by a basketball in the face moments later. (Priceless, I love karma.)
2.- Being the only one who A-ced a horribly long History test in your grade.
3.- Watching New Moon on its premiere, only to ruin it by shouting swear words and telling others what's happening next.
4.-Teasing Sumdood about Mr. I.
5.- Plotting with Ellie using number four.
6.- Typing "<3" at least ten times while talking with Antique.
7.- Looking at pictures which bring back good memories.
8.- Randomly Roleplaying in the CBox.

Things that make me angry, uh...

• Immigrants stealing our jobs.
  
• Things falling. You know when you want something to just stay in one place, but it doesn't because of the surface it's on or just because you push it over by accident? Yeah. Hate it.
  
• Not always having a creative mind. Sometimes I have the urge to do something new, but can't pull it off. Or other times I want to say something clever, but I sometimes can't... because the lightbulb's off upstairs.
  
• My tendency to over-analyze things. Ignorance is bliss as they say, and I think I would be better off not expecting anything bad to happen. What you don't know can't hurt you.

Things that make me happy:

• When I manage to do something right. I'm a perfectionist that way.
  
• Whenever I get a chance to show my creative side to people, since it isn't something that often comes out. If someone enjoys my guitar playing or my writing, it puts a smile on my face.
  
• Playing guitar. It's been mentioned already, but it's my favorite activity. Getting away from life for a bit and playing it is a treat, even though I don't have many opportunities to make money from it.
  
• Knowing some philosophy - without it, my words would be aimless.

• That the DDR machine closest to me is a dollar to play
  
• When people don't 'understand' the words "Stop" or "No"
  
• Being put down constantly like I'm nothing compared to someone else
  
• College being expensive
  
• My cell phone
  
• When yo Boyfriend starts trying after two+ years of sadness and arguments in a relationship, and expecting it to work when they try
  >:[ (My fault for staying but still.) And having Epiphanies, realizing he was wrong through out the relationship just to go back to saying how I'm doing everything wrong
  
• When yo boyfriend is trying to change ya into someone else (then later realizing that it is wrong)
  
• That the truck that was supposed to be mine is still sitting broken for 4+ yrs
  
• How it's so hard to get a job
  
• My nerves
  
• That I don't have Modern Warfare anymore
  
• Kinda goes with the last one but: When a 'friend' cant give you your game back because they lost it and have no job to buy a new one or when another friend can't give the same game back (I'm picky about my cases and I'd prefer to have my non-'greatest hits' game cover over the 'greatest hits' cover. And no, it wasnt because they had to buy a new one. They mixed it up with another friends' game.)

Things that irk me:

1. When a worker from McDonalds steals ten dollars from you and the manager doesn't give a rat's ass because you're still just a little girl
2. Constantly being told how to drive correctly, causing you to mess up even more
3. People who think they're always right
4. Popular girls. "OMG she was such a bitch to me, like I don't even understand why she said those things to me." Huh... that's funny, I have no clue either... /sarcasm
5. When you ask for your shoes back from your sister (who has 39 pairs of shoes) because you have to leave (oh, and you only have 1 pair... the ones on her feet) and she says no
6. When your mom's standing right next to your sister and does nothing about it
7. People who get my hopes up for nothing
8. Friends who tell you "It's not the end of the world" Of course it's not the end of the world, but some sympathy would be nice.
9. Guys that use me.
10. Being too nice of a person that you can't kick someone in the balls. (Yes this deals with 9)
11. One. Word. Texts.
12. Getting called out on lying when you're telling the truth.
13. Needing to go to the doctor because you know something is wrong with you and your parents just say "Oh no." and walk off. Doctor's? Please?
14. Not getting credit for your work
15. Mom's who don't want their son's hanging around girls. "Oh that girl doesn't drink, she doesn't get high, she gets all A's... she's not good enough for you. I don't want you hanging around her." Bitch.

Things that make me smile:

1. Babies that laugh when you laugh, resulting in a chain of laughter
2. Having popular guys talk to me
3. Being told: "If there were only more people like you in this world it would be a much better place."
4. Putting a smile on the person who sits next to me in choir's face each and every day.
5. Looking at how far I've come socially since way back in the day. Popularity = Increase
6. Seeing my friend super happy with her boyfriend (The scars on her from cutting explain why I'm so happy to see her with him)
7. Singing at the top of my lungs
8. Meeting and becoming friends with new people
9. Being told that I have a nice voice by a girl whose voice was super pretty
10. Thinking about how lucky I am to live in this world
11. Having all the soccer parents tell me that I'm a good soccer player
12. Having to delete all my texts because my inbox is full

individuals that speak poorly of themselves when they are your friend - if I didn't like who you were, I wouldn't be in your company

annoying thing that's not quite mad-level:

people asking for things you have said you don't have / won't do and demanding that you do what is necessary to get /do those things - srsly, patience is a virtue and demanding somebody do something they've already said they won't EVERY DAY will not help... at all.
