In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

Distraught, she let her knees give way under her, falling to her backside her knees collapsed either side of her she placed her hands on the floor for support. Her hair fell over her face as she tried to regain herself, lost in the tears as she was. The tears of sorrow falling from her face, she quickly wiped them up.
Bringing her face up to stare at him she spoke quietly, “ My ability is what im using to protect the planets… Im going to shield traverse town.” She spoke quietly and then pulled herself to one knee before continuing. “ If it wasn’t for my ability you wouldn’t have got hurt” now she brought herself up and stood straight, the swelling tears almost completely vanished. “ And I have this to say to you Max… Why do you tolerate me?”
Rellen slowly walked towards him, as she got closer she grabbed the hand of which max had the spear in. “ You should kill me now then” She spoke seemingly void of anything. She grabbed the spearhead and pulled it towards her own throat. “ You should end me right here right now… Because it was my fault my world ended.” She stared directly into his eyes, a strange pulse flowing through her as she spoke the words that she never wanted to admit, she wanted to blame the heartless, but in the end it was all her fault.
“So after what you’ve just said… will you end me?”
Max's eyebrow raised at Rellen's request, even more so when she grabbed his hand and pulled the point of his new lance to her throat. What was going on here? Was she being serious?
"Rellen, I said I'd keep fighting the Heartless," he said, slowly pulling his the spearpoint away from her throat,"I never said I'd kill those who failed in protecting their world. I'd be a hypocrite if I did.
"And I'm sure it wasn't your fault that your world died. Likely the only thing you failed to do was delay the inevitable, the same as me and the rest of the Drydenian soldiers did on my world. You can't blame yourself for that."
With that, Max moved around to Rellen's side and put a hand to her back, pushing her gently to the door,"Now, you go and get some sleep. There's a room with beds up the stairs and then down the hall on the left. Get some rest, and I'll wake you up when we get to Traverse Town."

Rellen constantly tried to interrupt, like a spoiled child Max’s speech was filled with “But” And “What if I” However Max was being very resilient in his message and it finally got through to Rellen, hair cloaking her face she stood up slowly and looked to the cupboards and draws full of materials.
“When we get to traverse town… I need to see Lady Jadis. The sooner I can save the town the sooner I can repay the debts that I have instilled by destroying my world.”
The look on her face was one that was truly serious, slowly, she walked towards the door and opened the shutter, and she began walking, checked that he wasn’t behind her, and then decided to go for a walk. She walked around the ship for a while, searching around, looking just what was on this ship, then, finally, she slumped down against a wall, taking a small shard from her pocket and looked at it resonate in her hand.
“It’s almost time” she sighed looking up at the ceiling. “I’ll see if I truly am a Locksmith of the Queen or not.”
