In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

There aren't enough praises in the world I'd like to give to wonderful coders for the Proboards community. The following have contributed to World Destiny in some way: W3 Schools for countless how-tos and countless of other souls who have helped get WD up to where it is.

So, I know I read a thread with a similar topic at some point. Definitely in the last three months since I've only been joined that long. The question is; Is this site dying? I looked at this question with my head tilted to one side and what I am certain was a look of confusion. In how many entities can the individual components actively discuss whether the entity is dying or not?
I just read Sinn's post in forum support and decided with better judgement than I have had these last few months and in particular last week.(it's the moon) that I should post here instead of intruding.
It is true that the mods are often absent. Some stick around. One or two that I can think of actually do work on a regular basis. Frequent absences are not something I would ordinarily associate with a mod. (To the one or two. You do great work. Brilliant, spectacular mind blowing.)
I have also noticed the lack of activity. In the short time I have been here it has fluctuated down and up and down and then flat-lined. There are blips. I am responsible for a few of them.
All of this is true, but, I believe that the mods and Bluey and anything else takes a back seat to the fact that we are individual components of a larger entity. For this site to be fully functional, there needs to be activity of the members and not only the mods. People need to talk, plan and figure out elaborate schemes.
,though I appear to have written a speech instead. I intended to communicate that point and the fact that lack of activity is mostly the fault of people who do not post. (in character)

I just joined. My past roleplaying expirance is from a site that is super active. It has to be one of the biggest sites for it's genre of roleplay. So coming here, thing seem really slow. Which is kinda annoying, but its alos nice not to have to reply all the time, and to have the forum as a hoby, and not your life.
