Well it's not perfect but that doesn't make it bad.

I think the fingers need just a little more work. The face is good, and so is the hair.

I think it's a good drawing actually and the only problem is the fingers.

Overall it's good.

But thats just my opinion. Try drawing when your not angry, that should help.

To practice drawing fingers, model your hand in various position and draw it with a single line wi\thout picking up the pencil. I had to do that for warm-ups at an art school I attended over a summer.
