In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

Species: Technilogicallly Advanced Human
Position: An instrument of disorder. Organization XIII or Dark XII Position: None.
Power(s): Noctivagus can only use one set of powers at a time. He has no control over when the sets switch or what they switch to. Set and duration will be determined by die rolls. Also, as a side effect of his powers, his life span is far shorter than a normal human's.
Set 1. Pyrokinesis- When using this set, Noctivagus can create and manipulate fire. His control is fair, and will vary from day to day.
Set 2. Hydrokinesis- When using this set, he can manipulate water around him. This includes water in the air.
Set 3. Speed- When this set is active, he can move faster than most humans can track.
Set 4. Energy- When using this set, he can fire energy blasts at people. The blasts are solid energy and will burn and carry some kinetic force.
Set 5. Replication- With this set, Noctivagus can form weapons out of thin air. Requires a lot of energy.
Set 6. Hero (or not)- This set gives Noctivagus some powers of a typical superhero. This includes higher strength, and low flight.
Weapon(s): Novtivagus carries an arsenal of disruptive weapons. Some of these include flash grenades, a shock blaster, and agitator shots. The shock blaster emits a sonic pulse that carries a kinetic force. The agitator shots are like tranquilizers with the opposite effect; they make an opponent angry and clouds their thoughts.
Entropy has a small lab set up in his gummi ship, but, having limited supplies, can't create much, although he can conduct some experiments on his armor and other such things.

Appearance: Entropy always wears a silver-colored technical suit that is fused to his body. Sometimes, he wears a plain silver helmet that has no features. His face is slim and creepy, while his hair is a silver that goes a little past his shoulders. His eyes are a dull grey and set into his head, adding to his insane look.
Personality: Noctivagus has a very chaotic personality. He cannot be trusted or depended on unless you are with him the whole time he's doing something. His goal is nothing less than creating a universe wide anarchy, thus creating universal entropy. He is fair in battle, but is much better at designing weapons and technology. As his only goal is chaos, he doesn't care about anyone and is willing to gamble with even his own life. This also means that he rarely gets any support. Sometimes, he will plan things out thoroughly, while others, he will go by the flip of a coin.
Original World: Cyban Current Residing World: Traverse Town, though he travels
History/Background: Noctivagus was born into a family of scientists on Cyban. Cyban was a fairly advanced world as far as technology is concerned. He was always into technology and would often work with his parents at their lad. At age eight, he could out-think most of the men in his area. As he learned, he eventually came upon the law of Entropy. This law states that chaos is the trend of nature. As he grew, he took this law as his own. At age 15, he created as many weapons as he could and started creating disorder on his world. At age 19, he created his tech suit to help his goal, but a flaw in the programming and an accident in the lab resulted in the random effects of his suit and bonded it to his body. A year or two later, the heartless came. He built himself a Gummi Ship and left his world to the Heartless.

Alright let's tackle another one. As per usual, listing stuff as I read it. I will be critical, adhering to what the site permits, so if you are easily offended by criticism... dude, it's an RP character.
Let's get the show on the road~
1) First thing that catches me up is the race. "Technologically Advanced Human." Sooo... He's from the future? He's from a world that's technologically advanced? ...He's an android. I could just be over thinking this right now, but can you clarify? You probably will as I keep reading.
2) Powers: almost called you out on this one, you know, the entire too many power shtick, but I kinda like this idea where your roll a dice to determine what he can use at any given time, and this can either help or complicate the situations this character gets into. However the last two I will need to call you out on. Matter sounds too much like alchemy from the Full Metal Alchemist universe. In by itself it could count as a full-blown ability for a character. Maybe you can replace it with a toned down version? Like he can manipulate the atomic structure of metal and reshape the element as he pleases. The Hero set just sounds over-powered. I think if you cut out the resistances part (because every hero has his kryptonite) and I think just super strength and and flight will do.
3) Hah, hah. I like this idea of "tick off your foe" tech. Throws you opponent off guard and forces them, and yourself, to think on your feet. However, I'm iffy about the pain waves. It's like "I shoot a wave; yer in immense pain." It might tick off the RPer, as opposed to ticking off the character. An easy replacement, if i might suggest, would be gun that that shoots out a miniature shock wave, and air vibration that would knock someone back, make 'em stumble and try to regain their bearings.
4) Appearance: ...So he is an android thingy?
5) Personality: ...So he's a robo-mad scientist? What are his strengths? What are his flaws? I would like to know these please. ~
6) History - FOR SCIENCE! Ah! And so he's a self-made android by accident. Young prodigy, not something new, but hey, at least he's evil, and that's a sort of deviation. And now we know why he goes by the name Entropy. An interesting premise and well founded reason for the character being named so.
I would like to know more about the Cyban, and how it would fit into the KH universe, before it was consumed by the the Heartless (I'm assuming it was, correct?).
Some things I would like to know: does he suffer any complications from being bonded to his suit, or just benefits? Are there health problems? When he fled his world in his gummi ship, did he take any of his tech with him? What did he bring? Please don't say he brought an entire arsenal. Dx
An interesting character premise. His powers, at any given time, are determined by chance, and he's a villain. He's not out to conquer anything, he wants to merely destroy and cause madness. As far as I;m concerned this is looking pretty good. Just fix up/add in the details I high-lighted and you should be good to go.
To answer your question, first consider the Kingdom Hearts universe. What sort of worlds are a part of it canonically? What kind of people live on those worlds? What are over-arching themes do they all share? To quote the thread on "List of things you CANNOT make": Generally, think about the cannon, and how your characters would fit in. Sure, OCs are welcome to come from an original world created by their RPer, but it's always important to consider how that world and the character would fit into the overall nature of the Kingdom Hearts universe.
