In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

Power(s): Increase human traits. Increase speed that allows him to run up to 70 mph.
Increase strength that allows him to lift up to a ton. Leg strength is about the same for the arm.
Increase healing that allows him to heal at a rapid rate. Depending on the cuts or any damage done to him was healed in a matter of hours or days.
Increase intelligent allowing him to think more better during battle, and also allow him to read minds and move objects at times..
Ability of wings. The wings reflect his inner power. The color of the the wings are set once appeared in the color of his heart. The colors are black and white (Black: Evil and White: Good.).
Weakness: He can't use his powers all at once. Using more then one ability could drain his power very quickly during a battle. The max of his abilities in a battle is three uses of abililties. (Example: In a fight once he used speed, strength, and his wings there is no more power left for him to use.) Once trained is when he is able to use them better and easier.
Weapon(s): Miyamoto Musashi Katana - Light weight blade which is nothing more then 15 pounds, and 14 inches. The blade is made out of many materials to make it a powerful metal.
Appearance: Stands about 6'5, and weight about 195 lbs. Snow white long-short hair. Tall, and skinny with golden brown skin. Chest armor that is cut, which allow him to move much more better. Seals on his body which is black markings on his neck, arms, and side. Ghostly yellow eyes that give him the look of a ghost. Black arm guards that come just up over the forward arms. Long grey pants that are light weight, and easy to move in.
Personality: Strong silent type. Not very trust of people that seem to be up to no good. Slight fear of some people that cause him to stay aware of his area. Doesn't think highly of people(Humans), and doesn't really want nothing to do with them. Stay to himself most of the time, which had lead to talking to himself. Don't really focus on the small things in life for his own reason. In battle he is one of the biggest cockiest people you will meet. But to for most of all he just want to be accepted.

History/Background: A product of the work of Hojo, a mad scientist trying to understand the JENOVA CELLS. Taking a Wutai woman with child to a closed area so he can perform illegal experiments with her. Hojo continued to give the woman with child the JENOVA CELLS. Slowly watching the cells kill the woman, but made the baby stronger. Four months later the woman gave birth to the child naming him "Hero Nakamura" shortly before she dead. Before Hojo could do anything with the baby until many midgar soilders came in and took the baby.
Midgar took the baby for their own, and trained him for he had a talent to fight. Hero kept growing and the more he grew the different he looked. His appearance stuck out from everyone else and people started to talk. Many people didn't like the idea of a Wutai in their way of life. So Hero left to find his past and a new family.
Having a sense that he wasn't alone he broke free, and set out to find his brother-en. Before leaving he wanted to take his weapon, and take some money. Years pasted as he grew older. Having the appearance of a 19 year old.

Okay you are overpowered. His powers need some kind of limit or consequence when using them.
I understand he has the increased human traits at all times, but is there a weakness to him? Maybe his traits only last so long or something triggers them to be weakened or to shut off?
Is he human or humanoid?
Does he age or will he remain looking 19 for the rest of his life?
Bluey - I'll take over from here - it is a character tied into one of my own.
Powers are fine considering - most people with Jenova cells are extremely overpowered and this is actually underpowered considering.
The only real things I have to ask about are all in the history, and I'll try to just address the main things.
First of all, a prisoner of war is someone captured on the opposite side -- you aren't born and trained to be the role. Secondly, where did this woman come from?
