Organization XIII or Dark XII Position:N/APower(s):Seishin-tekina gēto - "The Spiritual Gates"The spiritual gates are what is used to describe the powers of what Kan uses. Kan Mujihana's abilities are also very unique in the way they are created, they are not manifested or pulled together by what most people use, mana. For example the magic below, fira, gravira and cura all use mana whereas these abilities pull together the spiritual power around the area to string together new spells and techniques that no one else could come close to putting together. This is practically the ability to tap into the power of the spiritual realm and hearts.
Seishin fōmu - "Spirit's Form"Kan's body emanates a white aura and his body becomes slightly transparent (although he's completely solid like in his normal form) as his body morphs into a
wolve's body. When he turns into this form he can do a few things while also his speed and strength increase although the one disadvantage is that he cannot use magic at all in this form except the specified abilities below.
[li]Deathly Howl - Spiritual Form Kan howls out loudly and a black beam is shot out at his enemy however this attack requires alot of spiritual power and thus cannot be used for 5 turns between each attack. This attack causes instant death status to anything extremely weaker than him that means things like basic level nobodies and heartless.
[/li][li]Lunar Shock - White electricity gathers around one of Kan's paws/claws and he swipes at his foe, if it connects it creates a tiny explosion around his hand and a small white shockwave appears. It practically is just a way to do slightly more damage to the opponent compared to normal and has no other effects other than to make you temporarily paralyzed for a split second as the electricity passes through your body.
[/li][li]Spiritual Paths - Much like how the Organization XIII can travel through worlds he can too using a pathway between the hearts and spirits of each world.
Tamashī janpu - Spirit JumpThis makes Kan quickly flicker transparently and almost instantly move to another area within one metre and allows his close combat to be evolved in new ways. The way he does this is by forming a spiritual "gateway" in the area he wants by manipulating the spiritual aura of all living things around the area and then using his spiritual composition to "jump" from where he exists now to a new area, if you can sense hearts or spirits this will be easily sensed and the ability would be rendered useless. Can only be used once every 5 posts.
Seishin-tekina sōsa - Spiritual ManipulationHe is able to manipulate the power emenated from a living object's hearts including things like planets and turn this energy into physical objects to attack for example, shooting arrows made of energy at the oponent. Can do one minor maipulation per post but medium can only be used once every three turns where major, extremely powerful techniques can only be used once every ten posts! Something that needs to be addressed is that depending on what he has gotten the energy for his attacks for example, taking the darkness from a heartless to attack would cause his manipulations to become darkness element while if he manipulated the energy of a planet he would get a light element attack. Light has the ability to hinder anyone with darkness and nothingness i.e. heartless, nobodies. While darkness has the ability to hinder those with hearts i.e. humans and can unintentionally power heartless or can intentionally or unintentionally trigger the darkness in someone's heart.

Seishin no yajirushi is a technique that creates ten to fifteen arrow like forms of magic in the air, these magical arrow shaped energy can float around Kan and can be launched whenever he specifies, depending how many he wishes to launch at his foe depends what Japanese number he says, they do no follow the enemy and once launched are shot at the speed of arrows and on impact create a tiny implossion of energy.

Seishin muchi is an ability where Kan gathers up a bunch of spiritual power and then manifests it into a whip which reaches up to four meters and when it makes cotact with something it sends out a concussing wave that reaches 30cm around it.

Tamashī o migaku is a attack where Kan manipulates the spiritual energy around the area to create a blade of revolving energy in his hand and he can then send it flying at a foe like a shot of electricity that rebounds off of objects up to two times.

Tamashī no taihō is a spiritual manipulation technique that involves manipulating the spiritual energy around one area to create an explosion of about 1 meter in diameter which that quickly implodes again as if nothing happened, works much like the spell demi but is shot out at an enemy like fira.

Tamashī no kaifuku is an ability that Kan uses to absorb spiritual energy around him to regenerate his body much like the power of curaga except it doesn't heal a living person's body and cannot be used against undead however can be used against heartless beings like heartless and nobodies to do the damage of an "-aga" spell in an area. What happens is he holds up a hand and the spiritual energy flows into his hand, then flows down the arm like the way a potion does in kingdom hearts thus healing him. Only able to use once every 10 posts due to the fact almost all of his wounds would be regenerated.
AdditionalJust to point out the obvious, Kan is faster, stronger and much more agile than any average person with a relatively high stamina, but this is because he isn't human and is a sentient. When he uses the heartless blade his body becomes more and more like a heartless but the only mental difference that he gets is that he no longer has a regard for life around him attacking everything near him while if he uses his spiritual sword his body rejects the darkness dwelling inside the blade.
Weapon(s):Kossetsu Kokoro - The Fractured Heart (Spiritual Weapon)This blade looks like
this and is used much more than Kûkyona kokoro although if he needs to end a battle rather quickly he will use it in battle with Kûkyona kokoro. It is used the most as it does not have drawbacks like his other weapon does. The blade has no real magical properties except the fact that it amplifies magical powers and limits the darkness that dark beigs and magic can create for example, it will return him back to normal when he starts turning dark due to using Kûkyona kokoro for too long. The blade can transform into a small cross on a chain which is attached to Kan's wrist band on his right hand.
Kûkyona Kokoro - Empty Heart (Heartless Weapon)As you may have already guessed by the title this weapon is a sword made of darkness. It is actually formed by the darkness that has entered Kan's soul and manifested into a blade due to not having a heart and hardly exsisting (explained below), Kan can call this into his hand whenever he wants to and it appears with a sudden burst of dark energy in the hand. The blade looks like
this and has a few magical properties.
[/li][li]To list the first property I would have to note that the blade has the ability to absorb the darkness of heartless and is then able to discharge it in a sudden blast which can cut through most objects like a blade of energy and can help manifest darkness in someones heart or can charge up the power of a heartless.
[/li][li]The other property of the blade is that when he wields it he cannot cast any magic of any sort except when he uses his other blade at which he can use level one spells and for every second it is used the man turns more and more into a dark spirit (much like a heartless but he doesn't have a heart to lose in the first place) and loses his mind more and more.
NOTE: Yes he can dual wield these although it's much more common for him to either not use them or rather to just use magic and his beast form.
Picture(optional):Appearance:As you can obviously see Kan is a rather muscular and slim man which tells you that he is obviously athletic and quite fit. Other parts of his physical appearace that should be noted is his hair and face. Firstly his hair, it's ridiculously spikey and long although it is highly manageable and when he put's his cloak's hood on it, it goes right back to shape afterwards. His hair is slightly of a pale blue or more so white colour which looks quite suiting for his body.
His face is quite defined also as one of his eyes has a distinctive, tattoo like design around his left eye and continues over the left side a bit, the design is definately dark and to continue this dark look his eye is a lot different too. The left eye is red while the white part of the eye is jet black like the pupil. This eye is always covered by a long piece of cloth worn over like an eye patch that also covers the dark designs. His right eye on the other hand is completely normal with a blue iris. To keep the right eye hidden even more his hair covers it with a set of fringe spikes!
The last thing to adress is the heart symbol of his planet is on his back while half of the heart is the heartless symbol and it represents the falling of the once great world. Around this rather awesome design are white glyphs on his back which are actually the characters from his land that end up spelling the word "Soul" which is why Kan likes to be regarded as this rather than the name he has chosen for himself, Kan Mujihana.
The clothing that Kan wears is similar to what is shown in the picture but that is just his training gear, the one thing that he does still wear all the time though is the amulet you can see, it is actually a magical amulet with the heartless symbol on it this symbol glows completely red when heartless are nearby although has no ability what-so-ever as to tell when nobodies are going to attack or are nearby.
The man wears generally a tight black shirt like in the picture above without the trimming around the arm parts and the collar. While over that he wears a white and black shirt with cool assymetrical tribal patterns with a hawk on one side while a wolf is on the other side. He wears a pair of white pants with a black belt and black stripe designs on the sides and back while on the bottom it has black tribal flames. He wears a pair of white and black boots that look quite fitting with the rest of his outfit. Over the top of his shirt he wears a long sleaved white, black and red hooded cloak, the cloak's end part goes all the way down to midway calves and the design is of a tribal white with black fire and demonic designs and in the middle is a large heartless symbol in black and red. On the hood it has a tribal wolf design that goes perfectly around the main part giving the effect that Kan is a wolf.
Personality:Quite a dark and quiet man, Kan is not really one of the sort of people you'd really expect to get friendly at all with, and you'd be right. Although he tries to help people as much as he can but really what he needs is to help himself, his mind is foggy and this is because he constantly gets fragments of people's memories from the world he once was and the memories are usually the pain and suffering that the people felt as the heartless slaughtered them and destroyed what was left of the planet's dying heart.
Knowing that he is nothing like other people he distances himself from all society and has begun to develop a side in his personality that blocks out all of his emotions. This trait leaves him usually with just a few smaller emotions such as loneliness, anger and some small traces left of sympathy, meaning he will protect you from nobodies and heartless but will not help you with any thing else unless he's been forced somehow.
An advantage to blocking out emotions is that he is unnaffected by things like fear in battle and is not at all phased when he could be at the point at which he dies right there, although he will try all he can to try and make sure he does not lose to anyone.
Original World: An unknown world that was destroyed.
Current Residing World: He lives in Radiant garden although travels through other worlds when he needs to or if he feels that a great evil is trying to destroy another world.
History/Background:A Dying Planet...
The planet looked lush and green, the massive beautiful jungles with spirit looking animals were flourishing and the people of the world were happy. The villages and even rather large cities of the world even looked filled with absolute beauty and energy but that's when a sudden tremor hit the entire world and the beautiful blue skies suddenly turned to a jet black colour and a large orb of energy now in the sky over the main capital of the world, it was fluctuating with purple energy and black pools began to appear in the streets and dark purple energy fluctuated when suddenly a rather large amount of
different heartless began to
appear from every direction, emerging from the dark pools.
The men and women of the planet tried to fight back using the fact that every one of them could summon spiritual beasts to aid themselves in battle and cast quite adept magic but their efforts were completely futile as the heartless kept coming and coming at them, devouring and destroying everything when their continuous rampage began to hurt the planet. The planet began slowly over the course of the next couple days, deteriating to the point that there was little left but the heart of the planet itself and bit of surviving land but the heartless swarmed to the planet's heart (core) and began to tear the planet apart that's when the planet began to disintergrate into nothingness. But as it did this the heartless were absorbed into the heart and everything completely disapeared.
The planet itself had one property that was different from all other planets, it's heart also contained an independent soul like a human. This soul though knew that it was going to die and being as stubborn as it was it tried one last thing to survive, to try and detatch itself from the heart of the planet to become an independent being, and that is what happened unfortunately it happened nothing like it wanted to. The spirit had lost all of it's memories but had gained every memory of pain and suffering from the people of the planet and a darkness formed from the absorbed heartless in the new sentient's soul which he learnt to expel from his body and turn into a weapon.
The Ghost of what once existed...
Kan had been born from a world that no longer existed and his memories being completely shrowded by the new ones that had entered his head, the constant vivid painfull memories flickering in and out of his head almost driving the newly born being insane, trying his best to block out all emotions he tried to live with it but soon found out that when in battle if the memories started up again his body would instantly ache and his weapons and spells would be recalled to their original, respective forms. As he continued with this he has begun to ignore them almost completely but there is always just that one rare memory too unbearable to completely ignore.
The man began his journey to find out what he was truly also, he came across many different worlds before finding one where there was a world where the darkness had ruled and he took it upon himself to try to rid this world of it. But due to being defeated he had entered a "cacoon" of spiritual power that made him unconcious for many years before waking up once again back to his almost completely returned body although when he woke up from his long sleep he noticed everything had changed, nobodies existed, the darkness still lingered but the overall beauty of the world had changed dramatically this world is now his home world, Radiant Garden. He stays on this planet mainly to protect the people but often goes to different worlds.
An event that would noteworthy to mention would be the day his darkside had completely taken his body over and he attacked and brutally killed a small amount of people in the world of Traverse Town which he can never return to. He began to try to expel the darkness inside of him because the trauma he was causing had snapped him slightly back to his senses and using all of his willpower began to expel the darkness, the madness and the hunger for hearts. He expelled his darkness into a blade at which he could almost completely manipulate to his will.
His powers of the spiritual gates were given to him when he started to put back together the fragmented memories of his old planet's people's memories and they opened his eyes back up to some of his original powers and that's how he gained them back or more so gained them when he became a physical being. Another fortunate thing that happened when the memories were slightly put back together was that the memories were no longer all about the death of the world and just memories of pain, they finally started to become, on rare occaisions quite happy memories.
In this Current World...
Kan has become quite a warrior while he is evenly balanced in power in both of his forms and finally for once in his life is starting to feel like he has a purpose, this purpose is to protect everyone and everything from nobodies and heartless around the worlds although he has found that Radiant Garden has been his main priority and it makes him quite disapointed because he now regards the place as his home.
He never dwells on the past now and he will never open up to anyone although he may not seem like it, he actually does want someone by his side whether it be a human woman he falls in love with or just a companion that stands by him, it actually kills him inside how lonely he is.
Role Playing Sample:Mujihana, Kan looked into the distance off the edge of the cliff, looking directly at the giant castle of Radiant Garden. He had been in this same spot for hours now, shutting out everything around him as if he were the only person in the world. The man realised that a person had approached from behind, looking back over his shoulder he noticed this man was actually looking for a fight, black hair, dark red eyes and an athletic build while wearing a black and silver armour.
Putting a hand on his knee Kan pushed up and was now standing and then turning around to face the man that was now directly right to a small pillar made of stone, by studying the man he knew instantly that the man was quite well versed in combat and that meant it could either be a very hard battle or just a long drawn out one. He held up both of his hands and each of his blades appeared in each hand. The heartless blade turned his left hand into a heartless hand with a black aura emanating off of it and the tips of his fingers much more like claws.
He span the heartless blade around in his hand to make it facing the oposite way to the usual way a sword is held, with the blade facing down from the hand not above. The man's other blade is held normally and as he got into position for battle he smiled as a red glow could be seen from underneith the cloth covering his left eye. Arranging his feet into the right position he launched himself at his opponent at lightning speed and a rather menacing flash of black light emanating from his hand with a beam that could kill him if it hit's exactly where he wants it to.
As the man dodge the beam and rose his sword up in a crescent slash against both of his attacks Kan was forced back instantly. As Kan would just get his bearings back and just have landed along the ground at which he was forced off, the man attacked. As the man had lunged at him with his sword pointed directly at his heart Kan couldn't help but raise both of his weapons to block the attack, using the fact that his opponents blade was completely blunt on one end he moved slightly to the right to make sure when he pulled this off, the blade would not land straight into his heart to deal a killer blow.
He released the power of both of his blades and made it so that he would quick grab ahold of the man in armour's blunt edge of his blade. As he did this he would try to land a quite powerful blow to his face with his knee, if this connected he would then use the momentum gained from the connected hit to flip backwards a meter away from the mysterious man and landing perfectly in a position ready for combat. Although if it did not connect he would make his foot be ontop of the man's sword and kick down on it to launch off, either way leaving the same effect.
The man would then summon his blades back into his hands and the dark aura of heartless energy now engulfed his entire left hand and his eye began to glow once again. The sword was held backwards again and the other sword held normally, he was in that same stance as he was previously and ready for round two of the battling but first, he wanted to know this man's purpose. "What purpose do you have for hunting me down, is it because of what I am, who I am or some other mysterious purpose?"
