In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

Position: Organization XIII member
Powers: Luxord commands the element of Time, a highly non-physical aspect, which relegates his power to "support" status in battle. He can speed up, slow down, even stop time entirely, rendering allies and foes alike suspect to his attacks or assistance. He also controls the Gambler Nobody's and can use portals of Darkness, like other stronger Nobody's.
Weapon: Luxord uses unique cards. These cards are multi-faceted in use and ability, serving as projectiles which can be launched mentally by Luxord (their flight is less controlable). They also serve as shields and the source of teleportation-like vanishing acts. Luxord also uses over-sized 6-sided dice which, when used successfully, trap his victims inside, hindering their chance to fight back. Regardless, those stuck inside the dice are still able to move about, even attack to a degree, leaving them handicapped, but far from helpless.

Appearance: Luxord wears the standard Organization XIII cloak, the top-zipper pulled closed to the neck, the bottom-zipper pulled up to the thigh, giving him the freedom to move his legs without restriction, the sleeves of his coat are very loose. Highly contrasting with one another, his thin goatee and hair is a platinum blond, and his skin is a tanned color. Upon first glance, the varied color tints let one another appear more brilliant than they really are, his light green-blue eyes stand out even more upon his skin. His ears are pierced, and his left ear is adorned with the Nobody symbol.
Personality: Luxord loves his games of luck and chance. So much so that he is an avid gambler, both in fun and in personality. To entertain himself, he makes everything about chance, from normal gambling to life-and-death battles, never simply "dominating" a fight with a weaker opponent. He will alter his own odds to make it all as even as it can get, even if that means fighting on his own without aid, So great is his love for chance, even if it means harm to himself or his grander schemes, if a game is won fair and square, he abides by the ruling. The only aspect about himself he uses to gain an unfair advantage is his extensive vocabulary, which he uses to throw opponents off guard, and keep them on edge as to what, precisely, it is he's thinking.
History/Background: Luxord has always been a fan of pressing his luck. To him, that's all the majority of existence is, even for a Nobody. But while most of his allies in the Organization may look to stack the deck, Luxord believes that "fair game" is the only true way to determine a victor. Making his presence known in places where greed is most ascertainable, such as Port Royal where greedy pirates run free, he searches for those up for a game, wiling to "sell their soul", as it were, for their chance at riches and fame. Those who lose, lose their hearts to him in the name of the Organization. When he is not off gambling for the hearts of others, he is found in his chamber, The Havoc's Divide, high in the Castle That Never Was.
