In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

What to do, what to do, what to do... thought Xabar, as he wandered throughout Twilight Town. He decided to go to the Sandlot and see if anyone was there. If not, he would head off. Xabar weaved through the maze of side streets to the Sandlot. Xabar went and sat on the bench, thinking I can wait a few minutes to see if anyone shows up.

A dark corridor openned in Twilight Town's Sandlot. Out stepped two figures. One was a girl, with tattered leather clothes, and one was a Heartless, a Neoshadow, crisscrossed with white lines. The grl pressed a button on a computer on her wrist and the portal closed. "I would call that a successful test of new technology. Whatever you did, Halen, you did it right. Now the question is, where are we?" Halen shrugged. He had been here before, but he had never actually picked up the name. He stepped close to Rose, and shrank into her shadow, hiding from what might be hostile eyes. Rose shifted the weapons on her back around to a more comfortable position, and looked around, examining her surroundings.
Xabar saw a weird dark portal open up in the Sandlot. Outside stepped two figures, a girl with red hair and a heartless, but a strange one. He heard them conversing, but only caught a few words. Now the question is, where are we?" Xabar got up and walked towards the visitor. "This is Twilight Town. Where we are now is the Sandlot, an arena of sorts." While saying this, he gestured all around him, then at the arena they were standing in. Once this was done, a thought hit Xabar's head. "Wanna duel?"

Rose looked at the newcomer sharply. Where the hell had he come from? Rose wondered. Out loud she said,"Duel? As in fight? Why?" Her shadow shifter ominously, as Halen moved it to get in front of her. He didn't like people who wanted to fight. He didn't like fighting. Why did so many people want to fight? If he could have expressed this, he would have, but he couldn't. He could only wait as his mistress decided. Rose pulled out her PVC pipe hammer. "Alright, let's go."

Jason
"The Wandering Nobody"
Jason, still in Twilight Town from his last bout, stared into his crystal ball. The world of Twilight Town was still shown and so Jason sighed, pocketting the Crystal ball once more. Seemed that he was still supposed to be in this In-between world. But he wasn't supposed to just be wandering around the Station, so he decided to continue on, traversing the world that lay before him.
As he did this, he happened across the Sandlot and noticed a girl and a heartless step out of a portal. At first thought, Jason expected the heartless to attack and summoned his staff. But then he noticed the two conversing and decided against it, releasing his staff once more. The other man there walked up to them, informing them of their location and requesting a duel from the person who had just exitted the portal. Jason, staying out of sight, watched the two for now. He waited to see where this would lead before he would enter and make his presence known.

"Duel? As in fight? Why?" The question was one Xabar expected, at lease somewhat. Really, how often does one just walk up to a person and ask if they want to fight?
"I don't know. I just thought: we were in an arena, and I don't see anything wrong with a friendly duel. So, how 'bout it? As he spoke, he noticed someone else was standing right near them. He had white-gray hair, and this was the only feature Xabar distinguished before he decided to ignore him. He looked back towards the girl and saw her pull out some sort of pipe-hammer.
Xabar jumped back and pulled out his struggle club - an offensive one. "This being a friendly fight, I won't use a real sword. Just this," Xabar said, holding out his club, "What we call a Struggle Club." Xabar circled the girl, waiting to make a move.

"You obviously don't know who you're messing with," Rose said with a smile. She didn't see and openings on the uy's body, but the way he was holding the club just begged her to try to sweep it out of his hands. She feinted at his left, ready to twist around and bring the hammer against the weapon when it was extended to block.
Halen felt bored. His mistress seemed to have this in hand, so he did what he did when he didn't know what to do. He reached out mentally, searching for hearts. What he found surprised him. A Nobody was close by. A strong one. Nobody very near...
Rose was surprised by this. If no one was nearby, why would Halen tell her? That's nice, Halen.

Jason continued to observe the two. One of them had seen him, but the other didn't even look his way. She was too interested in the fight. But this time, Jason decided to step forward. His legs flowed across the ground as he walked, looking almost as though he was walking on the air rather then the cobblestoned ground. He said nothing as he did this, merely watching the man with the struggle club, and the woman with the pipe hammer. Two different weapons, and the woman had already made her move. Jason didn't say anything for one reason... He did not wish to disturb their fight. If any of them looked his way, he would shake his head, as if telling them not to pay attention to them. He merely wished to continue observing.

The girl he challenged assaulted him with her hammer, but Xabar blocked all the strikes, being an experienced swordsman and struggler back on his home world. As he kept fighting, he thought back about his home world, Anhnyqueg. He thought of the countless battles he entered alongside Grok. He thought of beating down the enemy troops. But, most of all, he kept thinking about his longtime rival, Saxen, who still might appear in Twilight Town at any moment.
As the fight wore on, Xabar decided to get a good look at his opponent. He previously noticed she had red hair. She wore a black shirt and black pants. The pipe hammer wasn't as large as Xabar originally thought. Rather, it was thin, quite thin.
Eventually, Xabar saw an open spot in her defenses, so he rolled counterclockwise around the girl, ducked down, and swung at her legs, knowing that if it hit, she would tumble to the ground.

Halen stuck up a hand out of Rose's shadow to block the attack on her leg. He was bored, and wanted to go investigate the Nobody that didn't do anything. Rose swung at the club, and succeeded in locking the head of her hammer around the hilt of the club. She began to pull hard, smiling. "Gotcha." Rose, Nobody! Halen, shut up! Nobody! Shut up! Nobody, stupid! "What the?" She looked down at her shadow. "Did you just insult me?"
(She's distracted, disarm her.)

Jason watched the hand shoot out of the shadow as it blocked the club used by the other man. He then watched as the girl kept saying something before turning to her shadow and speaking directly to it. He wasn't sure what was being talked about, but Jason finally spoke up. He was tired of remaining quiet, and so his silence was broken. "Quite strange to see someone speaking with their shadow. But stranger still... Why would a human be travelling with a heartless as a companion? Certainly Curious..." He said as he stopped along the side of the arena, not caring to get in the middle of the two. He had to get to the bottom of the heartless travelling with this girl, but would soon enough.

What the - Xabar managed to gasp out as the girl's shadow pulled out its arm and blocked his sword. The hammer then locked with his club. At this moment, the girl started talking to her own shadow. Odd... but I might want to take advantage of this! Xabar thought.
Xabar, still crouching, ever so gently clasped his hands around the hammer, wrapping them at the point where the hammer changes from the handle to the actual part that is used to hit people. Next, he suddenly stood up and pulled back, pulling the hammer out of her hands.
While this was happening, the white-hair person walked up and said something, but Xabar was too focused on disarming the girl to care, or even notice, about what was said.
Rose felt a yank. The next thing she knew, she was sitting on the ground, wondering where her hammer had gone. it was a few feet away, laying on the ground. "Gee, thanks, Halen, you just lost me the fight." She noticed someone behind her. Nobody, Rose. Oh, I get it... A nobody... The Nobody said something, but Rose hadn't heard. She had been focusing on the fight. "What was that you just said?"

Jason laughed slightly as she spoke to her shadow again after having been disarmed. She then looked to Jason and asked him what he said. Sure his laugh was a fake laugh, but he decided to respond nonetheless. "Perhaps I should have said that you aren't the best fighter if you can't concentrate on the fight and your surroundings. However, I do not doubt that under different circumstances, you could hold your own very well. What I actually said was... That it is strange to see someone conversing with their own shadow, and stranger still for said shadow to be holding a heartless. Perhaps you would be willing to enlighten us?" He said to her as he threw his staff aside, the crystal ball being pocketed and his staff disappearing into nothingness.
He looked to the other man that she had been fighting with and noticed that he had won the fight. But he also did not seem to pay Jason any mind. It seemed that they had not cared what he had to say, but had he not already repeated himself, he would have just turned and left, not worrying. There was some reason that the heartless was traveling with this girl, but if it was not attacking her, then there really wasn't much of a problem. He just hoped that Maleficent, Organization XIII, or the Dark XII would find it. For they would surely find a way to rip the heartless from the girl and convert it to do their evil deeds.
Xabar, now knowing that the fight was over, decided to focus on the newcomer after nudging the hammer back to the girl. The girl said that the newcomer was a Nobody. But. . . a Nobody with free will? That's simply unheard of. Every Nobody he's ever seen or heard of was either in Organization XIII or was controlled by said organization.
The girl asked the newcomer what he said a while ago. He said something? I guess was too focused on the fight to even notice. . . The Nobody replied, at first, humiliating things to the girl, then simple things that Xabar noticed before but decided not to question.
At this, figuring that he himself wasn't going to reply, Xabar put away his struggle club, crossed his arms, and waited for the girl's response.
