In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

Darkness of the Unknown A year after destroying the Nobodies for what they thought was for good, something strange is going on. A shift, a new era, Nobodies returning with new ideas, different goals, and a new challenge for each of them to face. None of them are linked with each other, they are their own master.
But strange things always occur. People change, things change, beings like Ienzo, Myde, and Braig are living and breathing once more, no one has truly been destroyed, heartless have begun to follow each Nobody around.
Nothing stays the same, constantly everything changes, a new strain of darkness is seeping deep into hearts.
Darkness of the Unknown is an advanced Kingdom Hearts role play. The plot constantly shifts to involve any interested characters, if you can think of a way to bring a character back, then the character will come back. This applies to all the somebodies of Nobodies, BBS characters, villains.
But what makes us different is the fact that any other Final Fantasy game is open to take characters from, no matter if they were involved in the games. As with any other pure Square Enix games, such as The World Ends With You, Threads of Fate, or Chrono Trigger. Nothing is restricted from you! And though we do frown on original characters, if they are screened and proved to be acceptable, then they are more than welcomed in.
The Shoutbox is a wonderful place for chatplaying, goofing off, Ooc-ness, Vexen's failed experiments (sometimes a truth serum, sometimes gender swaps, sometimes turned into children), and general OOC-ness that can't happen in the rest of the forum.
There are four beautiful skins to choose from and many many plot twists going on, such as the infection of the geostigma that's going around. Any and every character has a place here, be it minor or major, it is entirely up to you!
Even if you give us a shout simply asking to take a look around, there are three guest accounts open for anyone to use to take a quick look around if they're not sure who to join as.
