Name: Geometrical Phasing Program
Nickname: Faize
Age: N/A - Appears in late twenties
Gender: Male
Species: Freed Computer Program
Position: Neutral
Powers: 1. Light Cycle - Seeming to be able to be detached from the grid, Faize is still able to summon his glowing green Light Cycle. The Light Cycle is able to ride at high speeds , and with enough momentum up vertical planes. He as also been able to create roads of green light, which he uses only when traveling between worlds, much like a Gummy Ship.
2. Hacking - Due to once being a computer program himself, Faize is able to enter any computer system by touch, and venture through it. Depending on what protections said computer may have, Faize is able to hack through it.
3. Identity Disk Deflection/Geometry - Faize's main weapon is a throwing weapon known as a Identity Disk. With his former programing as a math program, he is able to calculate the trajectories of his disk, as well as have it rebound off surfaces. With his Identity Disks, he can also deflect most attacks, however due to their small size, he can only defend so much.
4. Programed Agility - Faize has taken part countless amounts of time in the Grid's games. During these trials, he had developed an unnatural sense of agility. His movements could be compared to "Parkour".
5. Elemental Disk - Faize has the ability to channel one of three spells into his Identity Disks (Fire, Bolt, Blizzard) to give them an added boost in their effectiveness.
Weapon: Identity Disk X2 - Identity Disks is what all programs of the grid possess. They are weapons as well as sources of kept information. A shattered Identity disk means instant de-rez to any program. They resemble glowing chakrams whose glowing edges double as a cutting edge. They can be used in melee, or in the skilled hands of a program, as ranged weapons.
Picture:fav.me/d34rkjuAppearance: As a formerly known Program in the Grid, Faize still looks exactly like his fellow bits of code. Displayed in a dark, formfitting armor that covers his entire body, long line-like data trails decorate his body, giving him a eerie neon green glow. This covers him from head to toe, in designs befitting a circuit board. The only tools visible on his person would be located on his back, where he keeps his Identity Disks at all times. Without his helmet, Faize appears like a generic Late-Twenties male humanoid, except when it comes to noticing both his hair and eyes. His hair compliments the rest of the markings on his body, a Neon Green hue, slicked back and short. When looking away from his hair, his irises show the same glowing green. This is what tells him apart from normal human beings, and closer to his digital counterparts.
Personality: Faize was programmed to follow a User's input. In the beginning of his cycles he has had no free will to rather speak of, just the commands of the Users. It wasn't until Tron and Sora lead the attack on the MCP that Faize, as well as the other programs gained some sort of free choice. This leaves Faize Naive in more ways that one, even more so outside in the real world.
Due to his understanding of the new world(s) he's been thrust into, Faize doesn't understand much of anything. He doesn't know what a Heartless or a Nobody is, but he sees them as Viruses that are corrupting the area. Faize sees it as a game to destroy these creatures, thinking that he is amassing "points" to some mythical total. He is amazed by the little things in the new world(s), such as rain and various animals. He examines them with child-like wonder for long periods of time. He does change however when pressed with a hard logical problem, quickly scanning and developing the most logical, and sometimes coldest resolution to a single issue.
As of now, Faize has absolutely no direction, since he is no longer commanded by a "User". This may be his major weakness, since anyone who commands him, he will follow until he gains some sort of way to make his own decisions.
Original World: Space Paranoids
Current World: Traverse Town
History: Faize was known as a Geometrical Phasing Program, created within the Grid to calculate difficult mathematical and hypothetical equations. His live between cycles was somewhat to the average user, boring. He wasn't used to hack into systems, nor was he able to command other programs to do his bidding. He would go about his cycles, perform what was dictated by the users at the time, then do the same thing over and over again for the rest of his life.
That was until the MCP and his lacky Sark dictated the Grid with an iron fist.
Captured by the MCP's Enforcers, Faize was forced into the "Games". Now despite what others think of these said games, they were no source of fun for the programs of the Grid. Once captured, they are forced to battle to the death in such games, let it be Light Cycle races, or Identity Disk duels. The ending of each and every game was the same, a mass amount of programs end up "De-Rezzed" which is death to a computer program. Faize was tossed into these games as well, and luckily due to his programming to quickly calculate probable outcomes and strategy, he was able to survive. Life was like this for many cycles, even after the Grid was forgotten by the Users. Faize wished for a day to escape, to hop off the Grid and hopefully make it to safety.
That was when Sora and the group finally appeared, and with the help of Tron, battled the MCP as well as the digitized heartless.
During the various battles the former mentioned caused with the MCP and Sark, Faize and his fellow programs managed to escape from their confines. He aided his fellow game-victims in mowing down the ones guarding their cells, then broke it for the outside grid. Once it was all said and done, the MCP and the Heartless were defeated, and the Grid once again was free to operate as it once did.
Faize however, grew more curious for his own good. With Sora and gang's departure from the Grid, they left an open portal to the outside world in their wake. Faize accidentally fell into said portal, ending up rezzed outside the grid and into a whole new Universe.
This is where we leave off Faize, exploring and seemingly lost without a purpose in this new universe. Without a User to command him, this new sense of freedom is the strangest sensation the program had ever experienced. His main goal, is to find his purpose in this universe, where does the program belong amongst the multiple worlds. What Faize does feel though, was that he is special. He feels that HIS user made him to leave the Grid and into the unknown. He secretly wishes to meet the user that created him, so to ask all the questions one might ask their creator. However, until then he wanders alone, without purpose or command.
Role Playing Sample: Faize tried so hard to avoid the stares and glares from each and every passerby, navigating through the cobblestone pathways of Traverse Town, trying desperately to hide the glow of his body under a plain brown cloak. This wasn't the Grid, this wasn't like anything the once program saw before. He walked with the users, his creators. Would he find his creator? Would he find the one who designed and coded him so many cycles before? Faize looked up to the sky and shielded his eyes as the large burning orb in the sky hung there. So that is what they called the "Sun".
"The Users created such things as that too? What else? It can't be, everything here is working so...slowly. Are the Users created by other Users?"
Faize begun to babble among himself, causing more stares to be driven his way. He removed his helmet, lime green locks slicked back, at least he looked a bit closer to the users. He still stuck out though, like a diamond in the rough.
"This is nothing like the Grid. No Cycles, no games, no bits or bytes floating around. The world of the Users is...well, primitive."
From behind, a warm hand touched the program's shoulder, Faize twisted around, noticing the older gentlemen staring right at him. He expressed a simple question, "Are you lost, sonny?" Unable to respond, Faize just walked away. Was he lost? This new and vibrant universe was his to explore, but this was no Grid, and Faize didn't understand the dangers pressed against him. All he had was just what the users granted him, as well as his Identity Disks.
"Tron always said to fight for the users...Well, I understand these are all the users. But why can't I compute what to do next? I...I need an order, a command prompt. something!"
More worried mutterings to himself, the program even thinking he was slowly going mad. Unable to see through his confusion, Faize blindly followed the unknown streets of Traverse Town. Suddenly, there was a series of screams and shouts. Faize's ears picked it all up, the sounds of a battle? Did games take place here as well as the Grid?
"Heartless! Arms yourselves! Protect the women and children! Heartless are here!" Shouted one of the faceless villagers.
The program made a move, more curious than anything to what a "Heartless" really was. Before him charged a stampede of bodies fleeing. Sure, Games were violent sometimes, but never had Faize seen such panic. That was until he saw the face of the enemy. A older woman, about a few hundred cycles according to Faize was tackled by a strange yet small creature, black as night as his limbs and body twitched. She screamed for help, many of her fellow villagers fleeing for they're lives. Faize didn't understand much, but he assumed the worst.
"Virus!" Faize declared, taking hold behind him the one thing that could stand a chance, his Identity Disk. The disk coming to life with a vibrant green glow, Faize tossed it at a nearby building, watching it rebound off the stone walls and right into the Heartless. He watched as the Identity Disk sliced through the heartless like a Disk Defragmenter through bad coding. The disk bounced off another surface again, and returned back to Faize's grasp.
"Two Points!" He cheered in victory, not understanding this was a life or death struggle. Ignoring the older woman for aid, Faize begun to grasp something in front of him. Greenish light appeared from around him, building and morphing into something solid. Wheels, chassis, all created out of the green light around him. Faize's Light Cycle, another gift from the Grid entered reality. Unknowing the threat that posed Traverse Town by the heartless, Faize sped at lightning speed deeper into the streets of the town, hoping to bring up his score, not defend against the darkness.
Questions/Comments/Suggestions? I don't know if the Light Cycle or Light Jet ideas will fly or not, I figured since they're both such a big part in the Tron universe, to keep them. But they aren't much of a big deal. if anything I can fuse the functions of the two.
