In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

The marketplace was most busy this time of year. It was summer vacation so kids ran wild, with or without parents. There was screaming and shouting all around, not violent but busy. This type of excitement was enjoyable for Iggy. It made him feel like he belonged here. There was an occasional "Hey Iggy, how's it going?" But before Iggy could even see whos voice it was he would be pushed aside by a crowd of people trying to get to the store with the best sale.
A smile broke across Iggy's face and he put his hands behind his head and looked towards the sky. "I can only imagine what other worlds are like."
He continued up the street and took in the sights. Clothes stores, jewelery, food, weapons and armor. "Man, you can find just about anything just on this one street." he thought to himself just before the entrance to the Station Plaza.
The sun was hot today, hotter than usual. This didn't bother Iggy though, he enjoyed the weather. The heat soothed him.
Iggy was planning on calling it a day and returning to his makeshift shack out in the woods when a shrill scream rang through the air, causing birds to scatter in all different directions. "HEARTLESS! In the sandlot!"
This sent the crowded streets into a frenzy. Parents trying to find children, children trying to find parents. All the fun hustle-and-bustle was turned upside down and flipped inside out with the mention of the dark creatures.
"I wont' let them hurt anyone." Iggy said to himself as he raced towards the Struggle arena area.
It was a battle in itself just getting down the Market Street. Avoding kids, dodging adults, jumping over animals. Iggy was almost out of breath when he reached the Sandlot. And when he got there his breath was taken away. Four Neoshadows had a young girl circled. She was cowering in fear under a bench.
Anger boiled in Iggy. Angry that these monsters would attack such an innocent child. Angry more so that these heartless destroyed his world.
Without thinking Iggy unsheathed his sword. The sun was beating down so hard that the shine it made when its rays hit the blade almost blinded Iggy. He was ready for a fight, even if he was outnumbered.
"Fira!" Iggy bellowed as he pointed the tip of his sword towards the attacking Neoshadow. Direct hit. The blast didn't destroy the heartless but it was enough to distract his enemies. Now all four turned their attention to him.
"Well, here we go..hope someone else likes to destroy heartless or I'm a goner." Iggy said, almost jokingly.
Saxen had taken his larger Gummi Ship out for a test drive when he saw a world he had visited once before: Twilight Town. He decided to take his ship down for a quick visit. When he disembarked, however, he saw a crowd of people running from the Sandlot and cries of "Heartless!" all around. He climbed up the nearest wall to the rooftops and began jumping roofs to the Sandlot.
When he got to one of the buildings closest to the struggle arena, he saw four Neoshadows surrounding a young girl, but, before he could do anything, someone else, who had apparently gotten there first, shot one of the Neoshadows with a Fira attack and they all turned on him. Saxen jumped down in front of the Neoshadows and, forming two swords, lunged at them, swinging his curved blades with his body turning to the left. He landed facing the man that was just attacked. His attack hit three of the Neoshadows, damaging 2 and eliminating the one that had been hit by the Fira. Then, he fired a fireball from each of his swords to finish off the other two he had hit, leaving the one that had managed not to get hit so far.
"So, do you have that one, or should I?" Saxen asked as he retracted the swords and got down to absorb the stone that made up the ground. "Not great, but it'll have to do..." he muttered, feeling the effects of the stone as his body became the same material. He aimed his arm at the last Neoshadow, ready to fire a couple stone darts if this man didn't finish it off.
Iggy wasn't facing the four Neoshadows on his own for quite long. Within seconds after his Fira shot a man with blonde hair and a...grass skirt landed infront of the Heartless. A slight chuckle escaped Iggy's lips but he quickly bit down, not wanting to disrespect the mysterious figure who potentially saved his life.
The man dispatched three of them, one being Iggy's injured one, in a fluid manner.
"So, do you have that one, or should I?"
Iggy half lowered his body entering a stance ready to strike. He looked up at the man with blondish hair and laughed. "Why would I let you have all the fun of this?" He said this with such a playful tone that one would actually think he thought of killing as a game.
But that's far from correct. A viscous visage took over his once bright face. Iggy felt the power from the kitsune pulsating through him. His animal instincts were peaking and then he struck. His desire for revenge took ahold of him. He ran with such speed that the Heartless almost missed him getting behind him, almost. The Heartless swung towards Iggy, just scraping his bare skinned abdomin. "Gah!" he said almost grunting more then talking.
Iggy charged into the Heartless, driving his sword into the throat area of the monster. His sword was released as the Heartless dissappeared and the Heart floated up. Iggy calmed hisself returning to a peaceful state before turning to the man who saved Iggy.
A smile broke across his sweaty face and he slung his sword over his shoulder before giving a slight cough. Iggy made his way next to the man, "Well, aren't you just the savior of the day."
As he got his aim ready, the man said, "Why would I let you have all the fun of this?" After hearing this, Saxen smiled and let his body turn back, from stone, to normal. Then, he changed his clothes back to normal and watched the man attack the heartless. It seemed like he could use a little more practice, but it wasn't his place to judge. After calming himself, the man walked over to Saxen. "Well, aren't you just the savior of the day."
Saxen laughed a little. "I guess so, but if you couldn't handle a few Neoshadows, then you may need some more practice with that sword of yours. I'm Saxen." He smiled and put out his hand. "This is definitely not what I expected to see first thing visiting back here..."
"I guess so, but if you couldn't handle a few Neoshadows, then you may need some more practice with that sword of yours. I'm Saxen. "This is definitely not what I expected to see first thing visiting back here..."
Iggy couldn't help but feel a slight bit offended by the first comment, but it was true. He was good with his sword but he wasn't great. There's always room for improvement. The second made his previously racing heart skip a beat. He's been looking for a way off this world, but to no luck. And now a chance falls right infront of him. He had to be careful to not tick this guy off.
"Name's Igaros, but most people round here just call me Iggy." He stretched his arm out taking hold of Saxen's hand. "I do what I can with what I know to help the people around here, but of course there's always room for growing."
His eyes looked into Saxen's with nothing but determination. He pulled his hand back to his side and sheathed his sword back into its case on his backside. "Thanks for that back there though, things could of gotten really..heated." He laughed to himself knowing that Saxen wouldn't pick up on the pun intended joke.
Heads began poking around the corners of the sandlot as people looked for the Heartless threat. But they were gone. Everyone cautiously went back to their day's activities. Eventually everything was hustling and bustling again.
"So, Saxen you said right? Where you from?" Iggy was eyeing the man trying to find any 'out of world' indications but couldn't find any. The only thing that really stuck out to him was the skirt.
