Pyris: She can combust herself into temporary flames. The flames engulf her and burn any flammable object near her. This ability lasts only 1 post.
Fire: The traditional fire breathing ability that comes along with most dragons. Lasts 1 post.
Armor Plating: Her scales form a sort of impassable armor unless hit from a certain angel or hard enough. Her scales are hard but not indestructible.
Flight: She can fly up to a height of 1,200 ft. but she can only hold that height for a few minutes. At a lower altitude she can fly for hours.
Speed: When she can’t fly, she runs and she runs fast.
Weapon:
Spined tail: Her tail tip has sharp barb/spines that fan out gracefully from the main tail tip. They resemble needles.
Claws: Her talons, they are pretty much self explanatory, are much like that of a cat’s claws. She uses them not so much in a fight but to catch her prey and climb steep cliff walls.
Bite: Her teeth are like a cat too, just on a dragon and with 10x more biting strength behind it.

Kitsune stands at a full height of 9ft on all four and her height nearly triples when she stands on just her hind legs, she weighs over one ton. Her scales are layered and close together forming nearly indestructible armor plating. She is a burnt copper base color to her scales her paws and ¾ of her legs are black. Her underbelly, fur along her spine, and tail tip is all white. Her tail other the n the tip is black. She has black lines that trial from the corner of her eye to the corners of her mouth and from the other corner of her eyes back. She has white on the inside of her ears and her ears are also copper orange with black lining. Her wings are the same copper color but she has black paint splatter design along the bottom edge. Basicly she looks like a large scaled fox.
Personality:
Kitsune is a loving and caring soul. Even though she is a dragon, she is not one of those evil demons that pollute folklore and fairy tales. She will help someone if she thinks they need it. She will do everything in her power to see that someone or something is alright. She will not hesitate to put her life on the line to protect her friends or a defenseless child.

History:
Kitsune grew up average. She was alone for most of her life because her parents, being Wyverns, traditionally leave their young to defend themselves after they hatch. Well that’s a stupid tradition. So she taught herself how to do everything she needed to survive.
200 years later she discovered human civilizations were creeping into her territory. Now a full grown dragon, she resembled nothing of her two legged and two winged parents. She decided to try to scare the humans back from her land but ended up being caught and put on display. She was forced to breathe her flame, spread her wings, and roar mightily at the passing crowds. The cruel master would even let the people that still didn’t believe that she was a real dragon come a touch her scales. She didn’t like this because some of the smaller children tried to pull out her scales.
47 years after that, the master died from old age, he was well in his fifties when Kitsune was captured. The kind assistant boy that was old a child when Kitsune was brought here, took off the chains that bound Kitsu. She purred in thanks and took out one of her loose scales and gave it to him. He smiled and shooed her away.
She tried to go back to her cave home but found the humans had built a large house over it, now she wanders the world of Seikatsu and help those she can.
Role Playing Sample:
Kitsune groaned softly in a tired manner before blinking her eyes open and rising from her curled position in the corner an old abandoned barn. She ducked under the rotted and fallen rafter pieces. She stepped over the more warped pieces and picked her way out of this mess. She chose this location because of its solitude. Even if someone did find her all she had to do was spread of strong wings. The force from that alone would topple the barely standing structure and free her from the dead wood. She pushed the door open gently and stepped out, careful of the wildflowers the bloomed under her paws.
She lifted her large reptilian head, testing the wind. Upon seeing the current wind suitable for dragon flying she spread of large webbed wings. She turned toward the wind ad stood on her hind legs. She closed her eyes and took a deep rumbling breath. The soft breeze was caught in her wings, gently lifting her up off the ground.
She roared softly before one beat of her powerful wings pushed her higher. She twisted and turned in mid air, loving the rush and feeling of the wind under her wings. She purred softly in content as she free fell for a couple hundred feet. Her twisted and spread her wings, jet-stream. She leveled off and barely missed a couple roofs.
Kitsune let out a sort of laugh, she tilted her wings and landed on the old, worn, dirt road. She decided to run for a while, sure, flying gave her a thrill but running gave her exercise and a workout like none other. After a while she came upon a family of humans. She trotted up and growled softly.
“What’s wrong?” She asked, her voice heavy with the accent of dragon tongue.
“Oh hello, Kitsune. Our horse fell, he is fine but her can’t get the wagon out of the ditch. Can you help us, Kitsune?” Emily asked kindly.
Kitsune bowed slightly and took the harness that the horse wore lightly in her jaws, careful not to hurt the horse. She sat back on her hunches and used her body weight to pull the wagon out of the ditch. She put the horse down, only to see it shaking. She scared it so she took a few steps back.
“Thank you, Kitsune.” Emily cried out, waving frantically.
Kitsune bowed again and spun, launches herself into the sky.

Thirdly, I'd suggest applying for a human character before a dragon. The staff typically wants to make sure they are comfortable with a roleplayer before allowing them a character of particular power or rarity, such as a dragon.

And fourthly, Seikatsu isn't a world within the KH universe, and therefore cannot be Kitsune's current world.
