In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

A dark portal opened in the savannah, right below a large tree. A black lion cub stepped out of it, three dreadlocks hanging from its head. This world interested Xaldin to no limit, for he was able to assume an animal, and a rather strong one at that. With a small purr, he licked his paw a couple times before looking around, the wind stirring up. Almost right away, he saw a few gazelle poke their heads up, and gave that weird smile that accompanied his lion form. With a roar, he sent the beasts scattering, then chased after one.
Sat under a healthy green tree was a small-cloaked figure, eyes like the sun blazing a bright yellow colour. Funnily enough, the small-cloaked thing held in its hands a book, reading slowly. Bob enjoyed travelling, he enjoyed finding nice relaxing claming places to read, this was one of them, it was so easy going, and if he wanted he could watch the animals play around.
His peace however was not long lasting as a roar broke through the air and sent a herd of gazelle scampering off in all directions. Then a black blur was chasing a gazelle, ah, the circle of life.
Flicking his hand to his feet he cast a quick float spell, allowing him to rise to the top of the tree where he sat, cushioned by the healthy thick leafs he watched as the strangely dread locked lion chased after its prey.
As Xaldin was chasing the beasts, a certian scent caught his nose, and he let out a low growl. He knew that scent too well, why did they have to be here too. The wind blew faster until it was practically a typhoon, reacting to his anger. He crouched, then jumped, flying throught the air towards the scent.
"I SMELL YOU HEARTLESS!" he bellowed, seeing the creature in a tree. His lances appeared, but just three, and they floated around him. He roared, sending an Aeroga spell at the tree.
The wind had started to pick up, it was strange to say the least, it wasn’t usually this windy here. Then he saw the black lion he had been watching jump at towards him with… lances? This was kind of new…
Only moments later an aeroga spell came flying towards Bob. A lion that has lances and casts magic, wow, I’ve never seen anything like this before. A lesser heartless would of perished, unable to think outside the box. Bob however, didn’t really come in a box.
Flitting inside the corridors of darkness he re-appeared moments later a few metres left of the tree, watching the Aeroga spell rip the tree to shreds. An antenna pointed towards the lion allowing Bob to speak to his mind. “ You’re a strange little creature aren’t you? What are you exactly.”
Xaldin chuckled at the Heartless' comment and said, "Xaldin, of the Organization XIII. And you don't belong here, shadow." With that, he floated into the air, his lances slowly rotating around him. He looked at the other being and said, I guess Heartless don't get a form like this here. Let's see if you're any good."
Then, with a flick of his tail, three Dragoons surrounded the Heartless, lances at the ready.
“Do I really have to? Id much rather just read a book.” He glared at the three dragoons in front of him. Placing a hand out towards them he concentrated for a brief moment before black radiated at his palm.
“Gravity.” Was the word that was mind spoken, watching as the black gravitational field should hopefully of forced the dragoons into the floor and crushed them.
“Can I go now.” He asked curiously. “ I really don’t like fighting” with that he slowly started walking away, turning his back on this so called Xaldin, who did he think he was, Bob had never even heard of him. And how did that guy know he was a heartless so quickly, could he sense it or something?
Xaldin actually laughed out loud as the Heartless said he didn't know of him. "Surely you've heard of the Organization, shadow. Well, you face the third most powerful of their rank." He looked around the savannah, then glared at the Heartless and said, "Now, you can go free, but not without surpassing me."
With a cat's smile, he said, "At least provide me with somewhat of a challenge"
A challenge... In all fairness he didn’t think he stood a chance of even scratching this guy. "If you insist" was all he could think up to say. What could he possibly do to beat this guy?
Opening a hand to his side a small black flame flickered into life, he was going to hit this guy with a tri attack. At the present time it was the strongest thing he could do. But he had a little extra in store for him. As his other hand opened and a small black ice bolt slowly began to form. This was the hard part, concentrating enough small flickers of black electricity began to surge between his two antennas.
Feeling that it was as charged as it was going to get he flicked the black fire and black blizzard forwards, they span round each other for a moment before the black thunder leapt from his antenna and began to surge into the mixture. Now for the twist, he knew that this guy would be able to dodge it, and maybe even just take on the full front of it, but would he expect an attack from behind. Disappearing into a small black puff of smoke, he travelled to behind the man before re-appearing and launching his claw down towards the mans back with as much force as he could.
Hoping that this attack would hit he hoped the man would at least be phased enough for Bob to make his quick escape.
Xaldin certianly expected the attack, and laughed as it hit him. "That tingled." he said, turning in midair and looking at the Heartless. Looking at the shadow, his lances appeared once again, though he didn't plan on using them on this lesser Heartless. "If I take you out now, then you'll just reform somewhere else. I may as well have a little fun."
Then, he swung a paw, whose speed was enhanced with air magic, at the shadow.
"Damn it" he said as he thought as quick at possible, there was no way in hell he could dodge; it was coming far too fast... What could he... Ha-ha! He opened his arms as the hand came and gripped on, digging his claws into the arm and holding on tight, if he couldn’t dodge he would just rip this guys arm apart.
Digging his razor talons in hard he hoped that this would hurt as much as he hoped. Charging his entire body with a dark thunder he released it around his body, hoping that by being connected to this guy would make it do a lot more than just tingle.
If this was successful he might have the time required to escape. There was always his book... but he doubted he’d have the time to look through and learn new things... no where near enough time with this guy, he used air magic to enhance his speeds, and there wasn’t a chance he could stop and have a quick read and master a new spell... Note to self, learn stronger magicks.
Glaring up into the mans eyes " Why are you so intent on fighting when all of this can be easily avoided, cant you tell I’m not like those ravenous beasts that you usually deal with. I’m a person, even if I am a little strange on the outside."
The thunder did hurt, but Xaldin was used to pain. He raised one paw, licked it and wiped down a few hairs that were stuck up on her head, then bared his fangs at the Heartless who claimed to be more than a Heartless.
"Ravenous beasts? It was thanks to humans your ilk exists...or at least those emblem brethren of yours. You see, our type embraces balance and equality, and do our best to embrace it. We do not seek hearts for nothing more than satisfying our thirst for them, or for power to defeat our enemies. No, we seek only to be whole again and help all of the worlds gain balance."
It was a twisted way of the Organizations ideals, but it was enough. Wisps of darkness surrounded Xaldin, and he let out a low growl as he said,
"I'll be watching for you, Shadow. Be more prepared next time."
((We definitely have to plot for them. And sorry for lateness. xP))
