In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

"I'm glad you like it."
Something youthful danced in Hero's eyes, but all he wore on his face was the same, barely distinguishable smile.
"What are both of your names?"
Ah, here we go again. Hero's introduction. But frankly, this time, he didn't feel the same expression he did last time - the emotion that he was missing something or incomplete. Now that he had Renzo and Era, he felt a bit more whole as a human being.
"I go by the alias Hero. I don't have a real name."
Wondering if he should have, he gestured to Era with a small flick of the wrist and said, "She's Era." A small ding let Hero know that breakfast was ready. He stood up, the soft scraping of the chair leg stifled into the wooden floor. "Excuse me a moment."
The house now, no matter how it looked on the outside, was a heavenly warm. The sun peered in from the outside, the square beams of light illuminating patches of the floor and furniture like some form of art.
A small crab popped out of Hero's sweater and fell with a plop to the floor with an uncomfortable thud. It shook sand out of it's shell-like parts and scampered across the room.
Renzo took another sip of the tea it was still hot and refreshing. He scanned the house again it was quite quaint not his style but still livable in. "Hero.... Era....," he said as soon as the boy Hero introduced both Era's and his name. He heard a small ding in the distance probably was nothing but apparently it may have been something for Hero as he left the table after Renzo heard the little ding.
Renzo took another sip of his tea and tapped a finger on the table. He peered at Era. "Era," he said, "how did you... manage to come to this world." Renzo thought about he managed to get to this world. His had been conquered by darkness but he somehow managed to wind up on an island. He quickly shook his head were to many bad memories were forming and Renzo didn't want that. But why did he appear on an island out of all the places. I wonder what's taking Hero so long, Renzo thought sipping his tea again. The tea really was good and helped him relax more.
"I go by the alias Hero. I don't have a real name."
Era listened as Hero had explained himself. She had thought when she met him that the name was pretty unique. But if it wasn't his real one, where did the alias come from?
It seemed that the question would remain unanswered, as the blue-haired male had side-tracked her with more puzzling verbage:
"She's Era."
At this, the girl watched him a little closer. It was a peculiar statement. Renzo already knew who she was, so who was he talking t--
--"Excuse me a moment."
All she could do was nod. Her eyes went from her new, blue-haired friend to her Tea rather quickly, fingers re-wrapping around the fancy mug. Her mind desperately wanted an answer as to why Hero felt the need to announce her presence out loud, but before she could ask, he'd disappeared into the kitchen, and as quickly as he was gone, Renzo had thrown a new question out which was directed toward her:
"how did you... manage to come to this world."
The female could only smirk, taking a new interest in her reflection that mirrored her image in the amber drink on her lap. "I've been... looking for someone. I traveled here through the Shadows in hopes that I could find him..." her finger began to trace the edge of the warm porcelain mug. "But I found a job on the Main Island. If my calculations are right, in a few more weeks, I should have enough to keep looking."
"Why do you ask?" Her eyes had lingered on that fancy ivory horn on the Cat-boy's head, and she decided to take in a few more unique qualities about her blue-furred friend: brown hair, lighter brown eyes that complimented his hair rather dashingly...
She would continue to note his features until an answer could distract her small, busy mind.
