In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

Another evening in Twilight Town by himself. Another compensatory Ice Cream. And more time to ponder about life, liberty and the pursuit of a Heart. It was evening (or at least, that's the time he'd guessed it was. It was always hard to tell in this town). The lithe Nobody took to the untouched parts of the town, enjoying the peace and solitude of the town.
The dark ochre walls, rust-colored drain pipes, and occasional metal panels brought back memories. Memories of missions. Memories of his best friend. The redhead's curiosity undoubtedly spiked a few recollections of his time training the Blonde in days past, down in these very same underground passages.
A smug smirk was present on the Flurry's face for a brief second as he took time to recall the events. Man. Roxas was so clueless! Ah. If ever he wanted an adventure, Number Thirteen would never let him down. There was always something with him. With that kid, there was always a way to keep life interesting.
And perhaps he'd run into him again, in these quiet corridors. Another taste of his Sea Salt Ice Cream, and Axel had dismissed the thought. After all, the chances of running into the Blonde down here were incredibly slim. Even at the Castle it seemed hard to find him.
So then, it looked like the Nobody was destined to spend another evening enjoying his treat, and his off-time, alone.

There was a bright light above twilight town's Station tower, it was a bright violet orb. The orb hovered over the tower for a moment then began to wonder down the hill, it would have continued, however it was sucked into a gutter by some strange pull it could not identify. It bounced about through the pipes that ran beneath the town until it found an opening and shot out, unfortunately onto a floor.
The light then slowly took the form of a boy. He had light brown hair which hung loosely in his face and he was dressed in all black, a T-shirt, arm warmers, jeans and a pair of boots with slightly raised heels. The boy laid there on the ground for a few moments. He then began to stir, slowly pushing himself up into a sitting position with a groan. His violet eyes slowly opened.
"Ah! Bloody hell, that hurts!" He said gripping the moon shaped pendant which hung around his neck. "Must you transport me so recklessly?" He says softly as he sat in the underground passages of twilight town.
The boy, Alias, then stood up and looked about, his half-and-half heart thumping from his rather shaking landing. He then began to walk down the corridors, he felt a pull, like he felt when his amulet transported him, it was as if he was being, guided as he walked.

The redhead was contentedly lost in the confines of his mind, playing through his better recollections like an old CD. He was fully enjoying his time alone and out of the Castle. Of course, Axel liked any place that was out of the Castle. Twilight Town was what he frequented most often. And with good reason. Besides from the memories, this was a place to be happy for the present - a place he got to hang out with Roxas, and a place for the future - a place for countless new memories to come.
His solitude was interrupted by a voice that originated from behind him, and curiosity pulled the Nobody's glance toward the voice, jade colored gaze resting inquiringly over his shoulder. A boy with dark brown hair was walking toward him, but had been distracted by a trinket of some sort and it seemed the kid had yet to take note of him.
He watched this character awhile longer, trying to deduce his reason for speaking to a seemingly inanimate object. A few logical concepts played at the forefront of the Flurry's mind: -One: The kid was playing a game (though no one was around for this kid to pretend with), and; -Two: This guy was a few french fries short of a combo meal.
He decided to wait, and see how this played out. After all, it could be interesting.

Alias looked about him, he didn't see anything that would cause him to feel such a strange pull. He then closed his eyes and used his natural witches powers to connect with the Mother Goddess, the creator from which all things descended. Using his unique link to her, as a witch, and was able to connect with nature around him, this place was mostly made by man, but the air was always there.
He felt his breathing in the air, he felt the drafts that occasionally blew through these underground tunnels, and he felt, not far away from him, another breathing being. And he focused his thoughts on that begin, there was something strange about it, something he had never felt before.
Then, he opened his eyes and walked to the humanoid being with the red hair and said. "How long have you been there and, who are you?" He asked this, not in a harsh demanding way, but in a soft curious way.

Seeing that the boy had continued to approach him, the Nobody turned to face this peculiar stranger. Jade eyes gave the fellow a once-over now that he could more clearly distinguish the kid's features. Then, the boy asked who Axel was. Well now, that was somewhat strange.
Normally, strangers remained strangers unless by some third party or reason they had been introduced. Nonetheless, the redhead saw no harm in introducing himself... Even if he wasn't convinced that this kid wasn't all the way there.
Pointing a confident thumb into the chest of his long, ebon cloak, he continued the conversation. "Name's Axel," the very demeanor that the Flurry announced himself with exuded loads of pride... which was not entirely misplaced. "... And you are?"

Alias nodded when the other stated his name. He quickly committed it to memory. He then heard the man ask who he was. Alias wasn't able to keep in touch with many of the people he met in the different worlds, but he believed that by touching someone else's life, that you would surely meet again. "Alias..." He said softly to the red-haired male, in a voice which displayed humbleness, but wisdom. Axel reminded him of a teen-aged lion, he was full of pride, and maybe a little over confident, but Alias didn't mind. He sensed that Axel was good, even if his heart was dark, after all, Alias heart was mad of half darkness, and half light, and he was still a nice person. "If you don't mind telling me... Where am I?" He asked softly, looking around.

The expression that shot across the Nobody's face was difficult to name. It was a cross between curiosity and confusion. "How could you get so far into the town and not know where you are?"
His hands braced those bony hips, and he exhaled, shaking his head. This kid was a lost cause. It truly was puzzling how he could wind up like this... Maybe he really had lost his mind? "You're in Twilight Town. In the Underground waterway, to be exact."
The Flurry contemplated continuing on his way and just leaving him down here. He gestured toward one of the many hallway exits in this vast underground maze. "Head that way. When you come to the fork, take a right and you'll surface at the Plaza." Hopefully that'd be enough to keep the kid occupied, and with one last glance at that mysterious half-moon trinket in the boy's hand, and another lick of his Ice Cream, the Nobody continued his easy pace further into the underground labyrinth.

He saw the Lion's expression, and listened to him. He looked the way he had pointed, then back at the red head walking away from him. He felt he was already at a 'fork in the road' as Axel had put it. He thought for a moment and then walked after Axel.
"I don't know where I am...Because this is the first time I've been in this world." Alias said, he hoped that Axel wouldn't think this strange. "And I'm so far in this town because this was where my amulet decided I would be transported. It kinda has a mind of it's own..." He said softly
He looked at the main of red hair as he followed him, wondering how he would react.
Axel wasn't sure if the explanation of the Amulet having a separate conscience made this kid sound more crazy, or less so. In ways, it might make sense for this 'Alias' guy to have been talking to it all along, and perhaps he really was just as sane as most of the other people in the universe. Then again, perhaps thinking inanimate objects somehow were animate wasn't grounds for a very sane argument.
The Nobody turned around, eyes focussing on the acquaintance that had still been following him, and he decided to give this guy the benefit of the doubt. "So, Alias, is it? You need help getting back to the surface, correct?" It was technically against Organization regulations to affiliate with commoners very often, but since when was Axel ever good at obeying the rules? Rules were more like guidelines. There to bend to his own bidding.
His gaze shifted to the amulet, then back to Alias as he awaited a response.
This kid... He didn't know where he was, or what he was doing here. This sounded like someone else the redhead knew. Was this some cruel twisting of fate that someone just as innocent had found his way to the Flurry again? Perhaps it was some form of light punishment for poking fun with Roxas back when Number Thirteen was new to the Organization. Apparently, God had a sense of humor in the form of irony. And that irony's nickname was Karma.

Alias smiled at Axel. "Well, I don't really care, I might not even be here that long, I never know when it could decide that it is time for me to go." He said looking up at Axel, a smile on his face. He wondered why this man was here if there was a so called 'surface', he thought Axel seemed street smart, but he wondered why he wore such a conservative robe? It seemed to him that someone like Axle would dress more noticably.
The lithe male shrugged. "Might as well bring you to the Surface anyway. And if your little amulet-thingy takes you away before then, guess you'll have a new adventure to worry about." The redhead was indeed street-smart, but he also felt like helping this poor bloke out.
He stepped past the boy, a certain amount of unwitting grace in his stride, and he beckoned once for him to follow. "Come on, let's get moving." Axel didn't like to wait... And he felt they'd been standing stagnantly down here long enough. It was time to do something. Even if that something may not have had much significance.

Alias watched the male as he motioned and nodded. He began following the Red-head. "So what do you have planned to do today?" He asked the male softly, he figured if Axle didn't have anything going on maybe this would be a good chance to make a new friend, or get more acquainted with him.

His initial reaction would've come in the form of an 'I'm busy' excuse, but a quick second thought caused the Nobody to bite his tongue. If he'd have rolled this encounter off of his back, he'd have been missing a perfectly good opportunity to make another networking connection.
Instead, Number Eight decided it would be wise to make a new friend. After all, should he need to call on this guy (say, in the case of an impending battle), he'd definitely want to have more people fighting -with- him than against him. And sure, numbers weren't everything, but they were definitely a big something. And Axel was the type to bargain for everything he could get.
Dusty jade eyes scanned over the Nobody's shoulder, resting momentarily on the brown-haired boy behind him. "Eh. Not much." He chipped the last piece of his Ice Cream off the popsicle stick using his teeth, and left the wooden stick in his mouth to savor what flavor remained.
The right side of his mouth contorted into a one-sided smirk, leaving his popsicle stick to jet out in the other direction. He had a feeling he knew the perfect way to start this evening off. "I can show you this great Ice Cream place."

Alias smiled at the man. "Sure. That would be great." He said happily as he followed the man. He walked alittle faster to walk beside him and said "So, where are you from?" HE asked softly.
"Nowhere of any real significance," Axel explained as he turned a corner. It was just up this ramp to the surface.
There was a dull quiet streak that ensued for the rest of the labyrinth. And, as soon as they'd crossed from the underground into the dull, warm light, the Nobody couldn't help but smile. "...But if I could choose where I wanted to call home, it would be here."
It was true. Of all the worlds he'd ever been to, Twilight Town had always been his favorite. The pleasant memories he'd formed here had undoubtedly effected his bias, but there was more to his decision than comforting recollections. There was a peaceful warmth in this world that had remained unmatched, and a certain serene beauty he would couldn't easily get bored of.
