In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

Well I survived...one round...well sorta
Kairi wasn't sure to be uppidy about the DQ, nor didn't seem like much of an actual win; still she counted her blessings and continued on with the bat in hand. She was already in the ring waiting not knowing who her next opponent was. The name was given of-course, but Kairi never knew anyone going by the name of, "The...Shark."
It just sounded awkward on her tongue; it wasn't much of a name, which permitted her imaginal to wander, while she waited at the edge of the ring. What would someone named The Shark look like
Not wanting to get herself caught up after the imagery of blue skin and gills, Kairi shrugged it off with her bat poised.

After his second DQ in a row, Axel, or better saying, The Shark, was getting really anoyed. Of course, the blue helmet he wore didn't let those emotions be showed on his face.
"Your opponent is over here" - Saind the announcer, guiding him to another ring, where a cute, red-haired girl await for him. She looked about Axel's age, ou maybe a bit older.
"Wait, I'm fighting a girl?" The Hero protested. That was not good, he didn't want to hit a girl. However, without choice, he entered the ring.
Kairi's fantasies would come to and end as the Hero approached the ring. The Shark was pretty much like a... what, a superhero maybe? Blue clothes, with some grey metal parts attached to the costume, and a Shark-themed helmet to end it.
The Shark quickly ready his Struggle Bat.
"Good Luck. And I really, really don't want to hurt such a cute girl..." He said, getting into his fighting stance, holding the bat in a diagonal position.

"Hm," she hummed seeing how she was somewhat accurate; there was blue involved, but this person still didn't look like a shark, and being called a shark was more suited for a boy than a girl. She was confirmed The Shark was a he hearing if voice muffled behind his helmet.
Doesn't it get all warm and muggy in there If he's not complaining it wasn't her concern, and if he did maybe it can be a perk.
He sounded much kinder than her last oponnent, but she wasn't crystal clear if it was genuine; not thinking too much into it, she smiled and did the same, "Uuh thanks, and you too..."
Hearing the world Struggled shouted, Kairi didn't budge.

It was time to go with The Way of Predator again. The hero would not fall back, neither let the girl rest. With a dash foward, he quickly begun striking, with a strike in the height of her ribs, on her right. Hitting or not, the blue hero would follow with a lunge on her stomach and, then (Once again, hitting or not), retreat an assume defense position for her counterattack.
The start of a fight is always slow. The first moves are a test to see the capacities of that girl.

Seeing him move forward towards her Kairi waited then responded with a side step to the right away from his path of action avoiding the blunt end of the struggle bat. Following evasive, she pivoted on her toes to be at his side and delivered a blow to his open back with a thrust to throw off his balance and push him further forward away from her. She would collect if need be, but hurried herself to back away from behind him to relieve some space. In her mind Kairi can forsee a swing to her face and perferred not to recieve a bruise.

That girl was a sneaky one. Pretty cool. She dodged the Hero's strike with some ease, and quickly countered with a strike on Shark's back. But the Blue Hero was not wanting a hit and, noticing the strike, he jumped to front, doing as roll when he hitted the floor and quickly getting up again, away from that attack. Basically, instead of stopping, Shark continued his dash that he used to attack Kairi, doing a "dodge roll" foward to evade the backstrike.
Shark got up and looked Kairi again.
"Pretty good, girl. Let's see, now..." The Hero was thinkg on how to act... frontal attacks would not be that effective, so... maybe...
Shark simply mantained position, resuming Defensive Stance. He would wait Kairi to attack now.
