In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

Nickname: Doesn't see the sense in nicknames, likes to call people what their parents called them, and sees the same concerning what people call him.
Age: 17.
Gender: Male.
Species: Human.
Position: Neutral (leaning towards Good)
Powers:
Storm Chase: Isaiah completely changes his fighting style. A blue aura engulfs his body, and a minuscule tornado circles his body slowly, with sparks flicking off his body as he moves. This new style temporarily grants Isaiah some abilities throughout the form: High Jump level 1, Haste and Libra passively. It implements the use of Storm-related magic, Thunder, Aero and Holy, with Isaiah's harsh and heavy swings with Samuel. The finishing move is called Ars Tempestas. This form has a duration of five posts, and a cool down of seven posts. His strongest ability to date.
Haste: Increases the overall speed of Isaiah, compared to the average human. This allows him to increase his speed up to seventy-five percent faster, is not experienced to perform this to an ally. Duration is one post, whilst the cool down is three posts.
Libra: For a period of time, Isaiah can check the health, status effects and maximum health of any foe that he wants. It lasts a short amount of time due to Isaiah's young age and his small amount of experience with the ability itself. The duration of this ability is three posts, and it has a cool down of two.
Thunder: Isaiah casts a ring of lightning around himself, and any enemies inside the ring are struck by lightning. However with advanced Thunder spells such as Thundara and Thundaga, the ring grows larger and the effect of the jolt on the enemy's health grows stronger. Cool down of two posts.
Holy: Gives Isaiah the ability to shoot a ball of light energy at the foe, dealing weak damage. The next spell's form Holyja produces a detonating explosion as well. It is the highest level of magic Isaiah has in his arsenal but it is pretty weak at the form that it is in at the moment.
Aero: Isaiah releases a gust of wind around him, pushing enemies away whilst dealing weak damage. He can also use the defensive strategy of Aero, which involves Isaiah producing a barrier around him made out of wind energy, that can absorb minimal damage from his enemies that attempt to attack him. Can only absorb up to twenty five percent of his maximum health. The cool down for this spell is two posts, and the barrier lasts until it is broken.
Thunder Raid: This attack is nearly identical to Strike Raid, the difference being that the sword being shrouded in Thunder-based magic. It deals Thunder damage to the opponent, and has a fifty percent chance of hitting the opponent twice on the way back. Deals weak damage per hit, with a cool down of three posts.
Thunder Surge: The technique focuses on rushing forward a short distance while being surrounded electricity, stunning enemies on contact. It pushes enemies back whilst simultaneously dealing weak Thunder damage. It has a cool down of three posts.
Ramuh's Judgement: It deals a thunder-based four-hit combo with a thirty percent chance of getting a final hit, followed by a storm finish, casting Thunder on everyone within a five meter radius. It deals weak damage per hit, and the Thunder also deals weak damage, totaling up to moderate damage if everything hits.
Ars Tempestas: The finishing command of Storm Chase. It is a thunder-based variant of the famous Ars Arcanum previously used by Ventus and Sora. It implements Isaiah's hard hitting swings and heavy movement, combined with his Thunder, Aero and Holy magic. It can only be used in Storm Chase, and will end the style after use.
Dash: It increases running speed and grants immunity to lightning within Isaiah's animal form, but leaves the user vulnerable to special attacks, ruling a disadvantage as well as advantages to the ability. The burst of energy has a duration of two posts, whilst the cool down is one post, to regain energy.
Predatory Spiral: The finishing move in Isaiah's animal form. He speeds up to twice his animal speed, sprinting around the target, or group of targets, creating a circular typhoon around the target. The typhoon then detonates, creating a shock-wave of thunder and holy magic. Foes are pushes out of the way, and the attack deals moderately high damage. The attack takes Isaiah out of his animal form.
Weapon:
Samuel: The sword is named after his passed brother. The size of the weapon is fairly average, and it is aerodynamically forged to cut into the air with speed. It is a conductor of electricity, which results in a lot of colorful and creative combinations using Thunder and the sword itself. It is inscribed with ancient hieroglyphs, which represent the Levitas family, the sword being an heirloom. On the hilt is the family crest, an eagle shrouded in a lightning bolt. Isaiah has only had the sword for a short duration. Isaiah speaks to the sword during times of frustration, usually finding calmness and peace within the family heirloom; the sword providing a scape-goat for his brother.
Retractable Gauntlet: The gauntlet looks like a ordinary single leather glove, sporting a metal Levitas crest engraved in the center of it. The lightweight metal almost folds out of the glove, creating a solid metal gauntlet on his left hand. It comes in handy during fist fights, and also when climbing or latching onto the side of a building when falling. This too is a family heirloom, something that was given to Isaiah along with the sword. It has hieroglyphs covering the steel, but not on the leather. Isaiah prefers the sword. It deals more damage then his fist (obviously) but not too much to take notice of.
Appearance:
Isaiah is 5 foot 11, and provides a muscular vertical base. He has a lean build, which creates acrobatic skills for him to perform. He has a scar going down his right arm, from an accident in sword-training. It is about 3 inches long, and is barely noticeable. His skin tone is not the usual Caucasian, but represents a tanned, bronzed skin compared to others around him, gaining this from the hot environment in which he was born from.
Isaiah has medium-length brown locks of hair that are covered by a cloth representing his family crest, the colors of red and blue. His eyes are a deep blue, a characteristic from his mother. He has a birthmark that appears to run in the family, a tribal-like mark under his right eye. On the upper-right section of his back, he has a tattoo bearing the hieroglyph translation of "Guardian of the Storm" the title given him by the elder in the village.
His clothes include clothes created from leather from an unknown source. He normally has his arms revealed, but sometimes conceals them with sleeves. He has leather boots, with his slacks tucked deep inside them. His sheath is located on his back, tilted to his right hand side; for easy access. His family crest is located in the middle of his chest, and on his belt buckle. There is leather covers covering his elbows and his knees (over the slacks) tightened with the use of a belt, this is mainly used to avoid friction burns.
Animal Form: Isaiah's animal form is a printed leopard. On his right shoulder is a red paw-print, a symbol of Royal Blood, specifically within Terralon. He has red marks below his eyes as well, and carries his Prince necklace safely around his neck, holding his birth stone, an unknown source. His speed and attack speed is twenty-five to thirty times faster. He can transform into his animal form at any point in his adventure. It lasts five posts, and has a cool down of seven posts.
Personality:
Isaiah is full of cockiness and ever since he was little, he has been provided with unneeded attention from his family. He attempts to charm every female he comes across, usually to disappointing results. When he is focused on something, his tunnel vision kicks in, and he is willing to protect his friends no matter the cost. He gets excited over new things, but is vulnerable to disappointment and sad events that come across him. He tends to stick around friends that he makes, and attempts to make some new friends around the worlds he visits, he is full of adventure and wants to leave Radiant Garden as soon as possible.
His personality can come across as arrogant to people he doesn't enjoy to be around; but it's all in good perspective. Memories concerning the death of his brother haunt him at times, but nothing like a good talk to his scape-goat can fix that problem. Nothing annoys him more than the people that purposely go out of their way to cause trouble, he doesn't see the point in why they do this.
Original World: Terralon. Current World: Radiant Garden.
History:
Born to a couple of nobles in the world of Terralon, Isaiah was always told he was "destined for greatness". Prospered by the elder at the age of seven to become a master of the wind, thunder and light, Isaiah was pushed into favoritism by his parents, against his brother, Samuel. He was trained in swordsmanship, and quickly began with the city's wizard to learn magic, with his father and mother proudly watching over him, unknown to them; his brother was spiraling into the very depths of darkness. Isaiah continued to excel in the art of melee-combat and magic, whilst his brother explored the darkness, not realizing that he himself was slowly succumbing to the persuasions of the darkness within him. Isaiah's father was crowned the King of Terralon when Isaiah was 15, much to the disappointment of Samuel.
The fall of Samuel
Isaiah's father ruled over the land with an iron fist, keeping everything to scratch. Samuel suddenly began to shoot up the hierarchy of magicians, specializing in the high-risk black magic, much to the profound negativity from his father and Isaiah, who seemed to lean towards White Magic. Samuel's skin had turned pale, his pupils were not visible, his eyes an endless sea of white. Samuel was cornered by royal soldiers and put into isolation in the palace, safely shrouded by the large palace walls to the outside, a disappointment to the royal family. Isaiah was the only family member visiting his brother, wanting to keep a promising relationship with his brother, but to no avail, his brother just wouldn't respond.
Darkness was leaking from the pores of Samuel, thick clouds of a musty jet black smoke was emitting from his very fingertips. Samuel had finally succumbed, and the effects weren't positive. The palace walls around him had corrupted, the bricks slowly removing themselves from the face of the Earth. A possessed Samuel continued to drain the world of Terralon, corrupting the people inside it, forcing thievery and bad deeds upon innocents, with the use of possessive techniques. The King had no choice but to effectively execute his son. Little did he know the consequences that would follow from these actions. The King and Isaiah was set to try and communicate with Samuel before performing any outrageous actions. Samuel's cry for help was heard throughout the city, his voice emitting from the darkness that continued to shroud the world from the universe itself.
Then it happened.
An eruption of darkness showered the entire world, taking Samuel with it, presumably Hell. Several corridors of Darkness appeared, dragging people into them, including Isaiah. He was transported to the world of Radiant Garden, a new world, a new era for Isaiah. His entire world had been taken from him, his family, his friends. He was forced to start out again, like a new life for Isaiah. The only memory of Terralon was the clothes he wore and the sword he possessed, to which he named Samuel, using it as a scape-goat from the pain of losing everything he once had.
A year has passed, and Isaiah has consumed the pain of his past, and continues to work around Radiant Garden, building up an income to leave the world and become a wanderer, meet some new people, and explore the worlds other than Radiant Garden. He is haunted by the memories of his brother, but luckily, his mind has almost been programmed to speak to his sword for the sake of peace within his delicate mind. The story goes on.
Role Playing Sample:
Isaiah was sitting near the fountains, the water gently pattering down onto the pavement before him. The water vapor from the fountain slowly rested on his cheeks, as he began to reflect on his life, starting with the reflection he saw in the water. Adjusting his cloth, he ran his finger through the exposed hair, whilst the rest of his brown locks were shrouded by the colors that his family once worn. His finger dipped into the water, sending a ripple out, creating a diversion in his reflection and in a flash, Samuel's face appeared before him.
A teardrop formed another ripple, before an unsheathing of the sword was heard. He looked into the blade of the sword, the silver reflecting his bright blue eyes perfectly. Conversing the sword might have been... abnormal for others, but for Isaiah? It was the communication with his past, and advice from his conscience was imminent. The sword was a person, not an object, and Isaiah treated it as such, no fooling around. "Samuel, I have a feeling we'll have enough munny to get us on a shuttle to another world. How great is that, right? We'll be able to live our dream, it's going to be perfect. Just me, you and our friends." The benevolent sword stayed silent, it's reflection spoke out towards Isaiah, and a smile appeared on the boy's face. Sweat trickled down his forehead, running down his thick brow, nothing a wipe of his index finger couldn't get rid of. Isaiah fathomed on the idea of his past life, what exactly happened? His job was bringing enough income for him to live a moderately-decent life, although paying rent did cut away from his dream-fund. Isaiah and Samuel were going to go on an adventure soon, he could feel it in his very bones. The job at the restaurant brought great conversations with people from other worlds, and it fueled Isaiah with the determination to get out of the world and move to a new one. He had always wanted to be a wanderer, but you know what they say: "to try, is succeeding to fail". He had to get this munny from somewhere.
Enough reflection, his shift had started again, and the absence of food in his stomach was due to the fact that he just wasted his entire lunch break on reflecting his life and his tragic past. The manager wouldn't have minded if Isaiah was late anyway, since he was his best employee by far. "I guess it's time for us to go, Samuel. Mr. Duke is going to be very angry with us if we don't get there in time, 'uh? We better head on over as soon as possible." The absence of family was not the thing that saddened him the most, it was the loss of conversation, the loss of his social life in this new world. A brush of his slacks was all that was needed as he elevated to a vertical base. His tattered boots of Terralon wasn't going to give away just yet, as he trotted over to the restaurant in the Southern section of the Radiant Garden, it was literally around-the-corner. The sound of the sword being sheathed seemed to irritate the little creatures in the grasses as Isaiah made his way to a reality check; he was going to have to work for his dream.
Battle Quotes:
"I'll give you a warning, just turn around & walk away." (Before) "Samuel, we did it!" (Win) "Samuel..." (Loss) "I'm all charged up! Haha!" (Static Tap) "Can you catch me!?" (Haste) "I can see straight through you... literally!" (Gamma Eyes)
Hello, I'm Zephiris. I'll be reviewing your lovely profile. ;]
Static Tap: Isaiah changes his form, and charges his body to unlock his potential, sparks fly off of his limbs and his vertical structure moves faster than before, he can jump much higher than before, and his Gamma Eyes are open to him whenever he wants.
When you mention that he changes form, does he actually change his form, or does he just gain new abilities and becomes electrically charged? If so, what does he alter into?
Gamma Eyes (Libra): Using his eyes, he can perform an X-Ray scan on allies or foes, which can check for any major damage done to their body. Allows him to scan the opponent's health for 2 posts, cool down rate is 2 posts (after it has run out).
By mentioning this is an 'X-Ray' ability, one would assume that Isaiah can see the internal bone structure of a character, not also the state of his or her flesh/musculature/organ systems. However, it seems that Gamma Eyes allows him to see their overall health status, whether or not it has to due with the character's bones. A slight rewording might be in order to omit this confusion.
I'd also suggest specifying how much damage Thunder Raid would cause.
His speed and agility are improved indefinitely in this form. He has a much more predatory attitude to life in general, and thinks of himself as the "king of the jungle".
Please do mention, generally, how much his speed and agility are improved. You can use percentages to depict this. Also, lions don't, in fact, live in the jungle. XD
On that note. Regarding his lion form, is this simply how Isaiah appears in the Pride Lands? If not, can he transform into a lion as a casual thing, or is it considered more of one of his powers (and is used more for battling, ect)? If the lion form isn't Pride Lands exclusive, you'll have to mention somewhere in his history how he came to obtain this power, or why he can transform into a lion at will. Perhaps it was something all members of his world (or maybe just the royal family) could do.

I've altered the description, I hope this helps you out.

Forget the Gamma Eyes, I just changed it to basic Libra.

I'll keep it within the Royal Family, he can transform into an animal form, his being a leopard.
