In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

It was hard to believe, but even within the walls of the silent and ominous castle, whispers of gossip existed. The sources were varied. Perhaps gossip came from new subjects, new hostages. Perhaps it came from fallen subordinates. Sometimes, said intrigue even came from members of the Dark Twelve itself.
A corridor of darkness opened up in the castle, spewing out black filth and the persistent wails, maybe echoes of torment - maybe merely echoes of the wind. For the Melody of Oblivion, the sounds of tortured individuals were the only kind of sounds he wanted to believe in. It sounded so hopeful. So divinely intoxicating. If that's truly what the Realm of Darkness sounded like, then there was no way that Myde or his fellow comrades could fail in their chief aim.
The redhead snickered joyfully, his body coalescing and flowing out of the black portal like ooze... regaining his cohesion as if -he- was part of the very portal that had just materialized. Soon, his visage was whole and standing beyond the portal's entrance, gracing the corridors of the castle with his mischievous presence. He stifled back the very uncharacteristic want to prance about the halls, but there was one thing he just couldn't help but do.
There was business regarding a subordinate that he could just not let slide, calling out to the silent ambiance of the hallways that he found himself in. "Oh, Eeeeeeven... Eeeeeeeeeeeeeven..."
It was kind of hard to believe that in such a place, with so many Heartless roaming around, there wasn't more to do. Even had to occupy himself, by making up experiments to do, and trying to discover mysteries that weren't really there. It was sad really. One would hope that there would be more to do. Especially for the scientist of the group! One would figure that more people would need things from Even. People are always searching for more answers for more questions...so why not Heartless?
But apparently, that's not how the Dark XII operated. Even was hardly bothered, which was good sometimes, but it wasn't at others. Such as now. He was bored, and as gathered some ingredients, getting ready to see what he could make. "Essence of Invisible, Soldier's Armour, Wyvern's Wing, Large Body's Fat..." Even continued to list ingredients when he felt someone enter the castle. Ah well, probably someone I would prefer NOT to associate with.
[/color] As he finished gathering ingredients, he went over to what he called one of his many "Work Stations", but would be viewed as a place of death for many Heartless.
As he placed the Soldier's Armour on the table, and attached the Wing of a Wyvern, and was juuuust about to combine the Essence of an Invisible with the Large Body's Fat, he heard the voice of one of the Dark XII whom he (thankfully) called a friend. He opened a portal that led into the Corridors of Darkness, and stepped in, being quickly embraced by the familiar sounds of Heartless swarming, and the familiar coolness of the Darkness. He unfortunately had to step out of the lovely place, and back into the castle, in front of Myde. "You caaaaalled? Be glad I'm in a good mood, or else, you could have had a tail, much like Braig did, not too long ago!" Even said in a surprisingly happy, lighthearted (well...just light, as Even had no heart) tone.[/blockquote]
The auburn-haired heartless held a hand on his pale face, idly playing around with his rings and bracelet as he bemusedly observed his blue-haired comrade. Smirking to himself with a devilish sneer, Myde approached Even with quite the jovial swagger - as if something quite good had happened to him, or something about the situation rubbed him in all the right ways.
"Oh, Even, you are too adorable," Myde replied, waving a hand at the scientist in an almost flamboyant, mocking fashion. Pocketing his hands away in his tight black jeans, he began to elaborate to Even the events that had transpired on his recent little.. outing. "I'll spare you the exposition, but... oh, you should have been there when I heard about it. It seems our darling little Seedling has fallen in... ~love~."
Myde's ears completely opened themselves to the scientist, eager to hear what he thought of it.

The fabrics of reality ripped as a bundle of darkness danced out with black streams flowing with dancer like fabrics and streamers. The darkness ebbed and flow revealing a bundle of blonde hair bond by a black ribbon.
"The minute you walked in the room," a voice sang softly, "I can see you were a man of distinction."
Lightening lightened up the Castle Abyss walls as Arlene cooly strolled through the hallways becoming the shadows. She silenced herself and them hearing voice and smelling hearts, dark hearts. Her eyes rolled up as she concentrated on them before tinting black for a moment with a grin.
The Heartless commenced skipping towards wear her senses led her, to Myde and Even; she had heard of Myde here and there, but never been able to run into him and indulged in his company. Still she had always found him fun along with the nickname 'Mydy-Poo'. Even on the other hand has always been locked away in his own little cranium surrounded by his science and studies, talk about a total work-aholic, "ohh boooooys!"
She walked in noticing she may have disturbed something," Oh Mydy daaarling finally I've been able to bump into you. Beeing a busy naughty boy eeeh? And...Even ...lookin good to be locked up in a Castle. So what are you two chattering about."
It seemed such a peculiar gather Myde, Even, Even and Myde. There's must be something worthwhile in this little pool of Heartless.

Lea came out of a dark portal dusting himself off, Note to self, never take on Windbags alone. He walked around the castle when he noticed three other Heartless he knew, Arlene, Myde, and Even. Wonder what's up. He began to quickly walk up the stairs trying to get up to his fellow siblings of the dark.
"Hey guys. What's up?" Lea always seemed to have an odd habit of knowing what was going on with a group of people, weird. Back to the subject at hand, having Even in this crowd must mean something big was up. And if it could put some excitement in Lea's dull life, he was up for it.
