Powers: Every human body creates statical electricity. Steve has had the power to turn it into plasma ever since he was a child. He trained his powers a long, loooong time, and now is really good at using them. Here are few attacks, I migth make more later (If I get a permission, that is)
Power is at rate 1-5. 5 is sure kill, 4 is bad wounding, 3 is wounding, 2 takes down and 1 is almost like nothing.
Plasma ball: Simply a ball of plasma, made from the electricity inside Steve. The more time he gets, the bigger the ball can be. (Power 2-4, debending of the size) (Cool down 1 post if power 2, 3 or 4 means cooldown 2 posts)
Plasma bolt: Shoots a ongoing current of plasma, which can be moved from enemy to another, if there are many enemies close to each other. (2-5 debending how long Steve uses it) (Cooldown 2 posts)
Plasma bomb: A big ball of plasma, whitch explodes in contact. (4) (Cooldown 3 posts)
Plasma fist: Gathers plasma around his fist and punches, leading electricity into his target. (2) (Cooldown 1 post)
Since thease are plasma attacks, the target will get electricity inside it's body, and cause continual damage for some time.
Weapon: A chain which leads electricity, and has a sharp, spear like tip. Steve can use the magnetic radiation from the chain to keep it still, even so that it could block attacks from swords, spears etc. The chain is usually under Steve’s rigth sleeve.
Appearance: Steve has brown hair, which growns all the way under his ocean blue hood. His eyes are colored different: Left one is green and rigth one is gray.
Steve wears a neclace, which has three objects in it. Heart, pearl and a key.
His hooded shirt is ocean blue, and has silver "flames" on it at the middle of each half, which are separted by a zipper.
All the edging of his shirt are colored silver. The edging of hood, pockets, next to the zipper, and the highest and lowest parts (Or how is it said in English?)
Steve also wears black jeans. There's a money bag tied to his belt, so that it's easy to take in hand without having to take it off from the belt first. (Hope you understand what I mean.) His shoes look like a fusion of trainers and boots, and are colored black. He also uses gray gloves, which has a white line at both sides, exacly at the midle.
Personality: A talktive type, smiling almost all the time. More or less absent-minded. Tries to think posive from every thing, and hates pessimist people. He says that: "Pessimists are scared to go out, becouse a robber might kill them, and if they stay inside the house, to roof will collapse." He acts polite, when he’s meeting new people, since the first impression is a very important thing to him. He's trying to not get angry to anyone, but if he fails, he's REALLY angry. Beware!
Steve's trying to cheer up sad people anytime it's possible, still without changing the facts.
Steve is actually pretty niggardly about money, and uses his money only on two people in the whole world. The other is himself.
He belive's in the law of equality: If he helps someone, you can be sure he will ask a favor in return, and if someone helps him, he will help them. Betray his trust and you will hope that you would have been a good boy/girl/creature.

Current World: Radiant Garden
History: Steve’s home, Rainfall, was a world prety much same to real world. The biggest difference was that everyone, who born in there had magical powers of some “element” like fire, water, ice, pig...
Steve lived his whole childhood in Fule, one of the biggest cities in the Rainfall. He liked being there until he was on third class in the school. That’s when two boys from fourth class started to bully him. Ever since then, he has made a revenge to everyone who does something he doesn’t like.
Steve got trougth the school and became a Calvrat, a police of Rainfall. He lived pretty much normal life and got married at age of 24.
When Steve was 26, first Heartless appeared in Rainfall. They did not made Steve’s life different almost even the slighest bit. If they came in his way, he just destroyed them, either alone, or with his wife, Laura.
He was 31 when Rainfall was destroyed by Heartless, and he got into Traserve town.
He searched Laura from there for two months, until he bougth a gummi ship from a old man, so he could look for Laura from other worlds.
Half year later, Steve bougth a house in Radiant Garden, so he could take Laura there after finding her. The house raised his want to find his wife, but he still returned his house usually weekly.
Before leaving to search again, Steve made a neclace witch had a pearl, a heart-shaped ruby and key to his house in it. Pearl symbolises hope and heart love. So, in other word, the neclace symbolises that he has hope of founding Laura and returning to his new home with her.
Role Playing Sample: (I hope I can make this a part of history)
Steve opened his eyes and looked at the sky. It seemed to be diffent somehow. There were many more stars than he had ever seen and the sky was darker than ever.
He closed his eyes and tried to remember what had happened. Everything got back in his mind at one blow. The storm, greater amount of Heartless he could even imagine and the darkness, where he faded. The voice of Laura, and then... nothing. Just like he would have been sleeping.
His eyes sapped open and he got up faster than he ever remember doing. He looked around two seconds are started to shout: “Laura! Laura!” No anwser. Just quite moments which made bad thougts to come in Steve’s mind.
Did...did she die? He asked from himself without a voice and started to shiver.
NO! She could not die. If I am alive, she must be, too. Keep yout head cool, Steve.He took few deep breaths, with his eyes closed. He opened them and his head was clear again.
First, I need to find out what place is this. He looked around him, this time more closely. Stairway, which would let to street, few shops, and a big, wooden door. He decided to go towards the door.
There was only three meters to the door when Heartless appeared behind Steve. He heared them coming and turned quicly around, taking his chain at the same time.
(The Heartless were: 1 Wizard, 3 Darkballs and 5 Shadows)
Grrrr... Here, too? Well, I just continue the same way to do to them! He swinged his chain towards one of the shadows, and it clinged into it’s target. Steve pulled the chain, so that most of it was above him and send electricity througth the chain. The chain go straingth as stick, while to electricity moved trhougth it finaly hitted the Shadow. The Hearless fisget a little time, and faded after then. Steve letted his chain to go back, to the way it originaly is. One of the darkballs rushud towards him and tried to bite him, but it got plasma bolt in it’s mouth instead. The bolt got into another darkball, and finally, to the wizard, which absorbed it.
Steve did not notice the shodow behind him, before it had scrached his back. Steve turned around and wizard shot ice on his back. Steve swinged the chain towards the wizard, and grabbed it in the chain. He smahed wizard on the shadow. When smashed wizard on wall, the shodow had disappered. Steve heared another shodow moving behind him and hitted it with the wizard. Both of them disappered from the blow.
Steve turned his look to the other heartless which seem to be attackin soon. He created plasma bomb on his left hand and threw it towards the last darkball. It exploed and after wind took the smoke away, there wasn’t anything left.
Steve huffed without moving a little time and putted the chain back to his sleeve.
The area behind the door was large, and there were few shop looking buildings around it. There was also few regular houses and two big gates behind the plaza.
Steve walked down the stairs to the plaza he looked around a little bit and walked in front of a middle-aged man. “Excuse me, but could you tell me what is this place?” He asked politely. The man looked at Steve few seconds and said: “This is the first district of Traserve Town.”
“Traserve town?” Steve asked and sloped his head to rigth.
The man smiled for Steve’s ingorance. “Traserve Town is this world. Most, if not all, of the people, who has lost their worlds come here.” He said like he would be the wisest man ever born. Steve just stared at him with his eyes wide open. “Lost thei worlds? Do you mean that there are many worlds? And mine is destroyed?”
“Yup.” The man said and nooded. “Your world was most likely destroyd by the Heartless. At least I don’t know any other reason for a world to be destroyed.”
“Heartless?”
“Those black creatures. Don’t tell me you haven’t seen them before.”
“Many times.” Steve said. “I just didn’t know what they are called.” Steve quickly left before the man would say anything and walked towards the bar. He took a chair from an empty table and faded into his thougths.
So Laura is most likely here, too. I should look for her, and then decide what to do next with her. At least, we need a house to live in. Hope they are not expensive, since fornature is needed, too...“What will you order, sir?” A waltress said and awoke Steve from his thougths.
“Umm... A cup of tea, please.” Steve answerd. He didn’t want to embarrass himself by saying that he were really just looking a place to sit on.
A couple of minutes later the waltress returned and placed the tea cup on the table. “There you go, sir.” She said.
“Thank you.” Steve said and started drinking and thinking again.
