Powers: Rush - Kiro's speed abnormally increases, this ability only activates when he is in a life threatening situation and does not stop until he feels like he is no longer threatened.
Aero - a shield of wind appears around him
E. Shot - Using the elements around him, he launches things(usually his Tanto) at the enemy. Though he can do this without elements when using this ability depending on the element used to launch it an after effect could take place.(EX: Air - throws faster doing more damage. Fire - Can burn causing more damage.) Also using this ability after object is thrown he has the ability to bring it back to him.
Enhance - a skill he's picked up after having glasses for a long period of time. When he loses his glasses other skills and senses experience a large increase
Weapon:A small wakizashi blade that he chose when first sparring with his uncle, since then he has always used it.
Two 15in odd handled Tanto daggers, he grabbed to defend himself when sparring with his uncle, when his other blade was knocked out of his hand

He has to wear glasses,if not wearing glasses he is quite impaired. He wears a black shirt with a grey button up shirt(usually open) over it. He always has a small sword pendant in the pocket of his button up. the outline can sometimes be seen. He wears long black pants and a black wrist band on his right wrist. His shoes are a grey with small areas of silver that he loves to watch glisten in the sun.
Personality:Kiro is a calm, cool and collected person, unless he finds someone he doesn't like but not liking someone doesn't come easy to him. He will always give you a second chance, and is said to be a little to trustworthy but his ability makes up for it. In a bad situation he is very helpful and resourceful, he knows what to use and when to use it and can make a lot of things depending on the materials he is given. When his friends are down he is always there for them. There is never a time he isn't helping his friends. During a battle he is thriving for more action, wanting more and more and loving it. Battling is his passion he lives off of it, when he is injured it is a bad time for him, he goes through what he calls a blue period but this is rare for he is very tough mentally and physically. When you harm his allies his attitude completely changes and its all business from there. If your his ally your in good hands. The only thing he likes more then fighting is eating, after every battle he always has a meal win or lose. He has a strong will to fight and help others.

History:He grew up in twilight town, learning the basic things you learn in school and immediately after he learned about weapons and fighting from his uncle. There his uncle taught him all his abilities. His uncle taught him to adapt to the field of battle and to use the elements around him. While training he took a liking to a small curved wakizashi and two 15in tanto. these blades he still uses today. After his school days were done he continued fighting in local competitions within the alley community's, more of a street fighting club, with this he disappointed his uncle greatly, and they were in a huge fight. This fight lasted a very long time until his uncle disappeared one day. Kiro became very serious about finding him, forgetting all about the argument and looked for months traveling all over town looking everywhere until he finally found a letter from him. It told him of all these worlds he had visited and how amazing they are. He told him that he was on one of these worlds waiting for him to come and also in the letter was a necklace in the shape of a champagne bottle for collecting things from the worlds he visits until he finds him. This made Kiro go back anxious to go out of town and start packing. Now he travels all over, collecting water from each world and putting it in the necklace. he now has no home, if u see him somewhere then you won't see him for long. Still searching for his uncle, he just wanders waiting to find him.
Role Playing Sample: Kiro walked into the quiet city. He immediately looked over at a sign that read “Welcome to Radiant Garden.” It was not as beautiful as he expected to be, no fields of flowers, and no large buildings. The buildings were all made of brick and wood, with extra boards sticking out of the roofs. Walking through the city he saw that all the buildings were close to the same.
Kiro then thought to himself “time to meet the people of this city.” Kiro walked up to a women with long black hair wearing a blue shirt with black tight pants. “Hello there, I just got to this city and I wanted to ask you what you thought of it?” he asked her. She looked at him, with one eyebrow raised. “I think this city is very nice for the way it looks, full of nice people and a great places to buy things from.” Then smiled as a voice called her name from a distance then she waved goodbye as she went on her way.
As Kiro kept walking he came onto a long blue straight of flat land, it looked moderately like the fields he expected to see without the flowers. He walked along the long straight away of land as the breeze blew his long red hair back. When he got out of the field, he turned around large rocks until getting to a small area with crystals coming out of the wall and the ground.
Kiro kept walking through the until he got to a cliff, revealing a beautiful view of the city. “Amazing,” Kiro yelled out listening to the echo of the words he couldn’t contain. He stood in awe of this sight, a city he had realized he misjudged twice. The first thinking of unsoiled perfect beauty, the second of an old run down city but now realizing this cities true beauty comes from the people in it and the things around it.
