In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

The smell. The sensation of it rushing through his veins. Grey’s self control had become all but existent ever since Ari introduced him to the true nature of the armor. All his memories since then have blurred together in an indulgent pallet of brutality, having hunted a few times since, all for that sweet payoff of that lovely gore.
Grey Sat, feet dangling, on the edge of a low roof top, humming mindlessly and keeping his senses keen to scope out any nearby prospects. He was running across the same line of rooftops when he caught the scent of something delicious. So sweet and tempting Grey got goose-bumps. Chills ran up his body in a hot pulse.
From the roof, he saw her: Short brown hair and dressed in green. He’d never smelled a girl before, not since he became an animal. It shook him to the core, and for the first time in days he felt what he used to be coming back around. He moved, as quietly as possible, towards her in the darkness, not quite sure which side of him she would meet.

"What a revoltingly bright town." muttered Alicia to herself as she learned on a wall. Half the day she had spent deciphering where she was and how she got here, and the other half taking a look around the town. Far too used to the dark alleys and places, Alicia glared at a blinking sign.
Refraining the urge to just hurl Breaker at the offending sign, she removed her back from the wall and began walking again. She stopped abruptly however - she was not alone. Was it those annoying creatures? Creatures of black. Her mind flickered back to Harmony City. "Good riddance." she thought dryly. Her eyes staring at a large bell, she slid her hand firmly, noticeably on the hilt of Breaker. All those times morons tried to ambush her - bah. "Show yourself." she said calmly.

Her words stirred Grey’s confidence. The fact that she’d heard him was a bad sign, He was being sloppy, and it was apparent that he needed this more than he’d previously felt. It was also the first time he’d seen a girl, his age no less, in about a year. He felt his old self grow stronger, and took a deep breath.
Grey’s legs, moving on their own, carried him in a B-line towards the girl in question. His mind was a mess of conflicted arguments and indulgent thoughts of every nature. He was so intent on his target that it wasn’t until he was too close that he noticed her defensive stance, her hand on the hilt of a blade on her hip. He stopped, again overwhelmed by not only the scent of a woman, but the shapely feminine features, and the soft, alluring skin.
Grey’s heart was racing, when he realized he’d been standing, starring like a freak for almost a minute, when he accidentally said allowed “Damn. I’m pretty creepy, huh?”

Hand still on Breaker, Alicia stiffened slightly when there was a sudden rush of pattering footsteps. No longer hesitant, she pulled out her katana and raised it, before realizing a mistake - it was coming from behind. Slamming Breaker on the ground, she dragged it as she turned as heavily as she could, sending a small cloud of dust and stone that showered the unknown person or creature.
Alicia halted Breaker from raising above the ground however - her assaulter had stopped moving. Eyes narrowing, she stared at a man, who was staring right back at her. "Explain yourself before I cut you down where you stand." she said sharply - if the worse came to the worst, she would just use her Chaos - surely she wouldn't have too many problems with him.

She was no Victim, this girl. Aggressive, and ready to fight at the slightest hint of danger. Her sword turned up dust as she drew a literal line in the coble stone, sending small rocks through the air, some pelting Grey’s mask with a hollow snap. His gauntlet raised, he felt the urge to ravage this female’s slender frame with his armored hands.
“You’re the first girl I’ve seen in over a year.” He clenched his fists and gritted his teeth, struggling to choose his own actions. “I, uhm…” He could just take all of her blood, right now…

Alicia's eyes narrowed further as she hefted the heavy blade up to shoulder height. "I can, and will shove this blade up your rectum if you intend to do anything...displeasing." she said in an even sharper tone. What the hell did he want...? Her eyes strayed to a pair of gauntlets with sharp tips at the end. ..... "Well?"

Up his rectum? Who the hell is this girl? That threat was the kicker, pushing him down the violent path once again. ‘Maybe if she was sweet her destiny wouldn’t be so bleak.’ Grey thought to himself, taking one more step towards the girl.
“I’m sorry, I thought you were someone else.” He said, in the least threatening voice he could manage. “ These street lights play tricks on you, you know.” Having turned around, he threw a hand up to gesture his leaving,- “Good bye.”-and with a loud rip, he exploded into a flock of bats.
Grey used his bat form to completely disappear into the black sky. One hundred feet off the ground, directly over where the girl still stood, the bats quickly mashed into one another, reforming Grey’s body, clothing and all. As he fell, he picked up great speed. Plummeting, feet over head, he readied his fist for an unbelievably devastating punch that would kill most anyone. ‘Especially an unsuspecting 19 year old girl like this.’ Grey thought

The man took a step closer, and Alicia stabbed Breaker into the ground. "One more step." she said quietly. This was the first person who had made a lot of contact with her since she arrived, and she wasn't dumb enough to trust him. “I’m sorry, I thought you were someone else. These street lights play tricks on you, you know.” Alicia's eyes narrowed, he looked like he was about to go on his way. Works for her.
The man swished around, before exploding into a flock of bats. Shit-damn. Instinctively, she pulled Breaker out, and unsurely held it out - like one blade could do much against so many bats. He wasn't heading towards Alicia however, instead flying towards the sky. Hmph. She swiftly sheathed Breaker, and turned towards the door to the first area. Bah, bright lights.
Deciding against it, she turned instead - she would take a look at the other door. Taking several steps, she halted abruptly. Whistling sound, up from above. Alicia glared upwards, before her eyes widened in shock - the man who had previously fled was directly above her, hurtling towards her like some kind of humanoid meteorite. Reacting immediately, she flipped backwards and narrowly avoided a pancake death, before releasing a powerful spark from her arms. Covered in black and magenta, she raised her arms in a defensive position, should the man strike again, she would be ready this time.

"No stop it you two you mustn't fight here somebody could get hurt or you could trip and fall and-!"
A stumbling, rather dazed blue-haired teen stumbled into the scene, taking a few steps on one foot to keep himself from falling over. He knew it was a mistake as soon as he saw the both of them - again, more people that itched and longed for bloodshed and brawl. Hero also had encountered a man and woman the other day that shouted him down for trying to prevent a fight. Does it hurt so to stay passive?
His timing, as well, seemed to be off, as there was a man from above just about to pound Alicia to the brick pavement. Hero made uncertain and panicky notions for a split second until finally he decided on sprinting forward and tackling her out of the way.

The gauntlet whistling towards the girls skull was gaining enough speed to possibly kill her, but then a blue blur entered the strike zone. Committed to the attack, Grey‘s knuckles make contact with the shoulder of a slender blue haired boy, devastatingly and dishearteningly for grey, launching the boy clear of the landing. Shards of stone floor, splintered by Grey’s fist, snapped and hissed outwardly like a small grenade had just gone off below the pavement. The shock of the ground shook all the joints in Grey’s body, aching him to the core. He stood, small dust clouds clearing, and spun shook his arms, trying to diffuse the pain. Not exactly sure what happened, he growled, displeased.
To the blue haired boy who intervened, Grey scornfully chastised. “You've got no part in this, kid.” Grey shoved a jagged finger accusingly at the young man in question. “I don’t remember attacking you!”
His body, deeply sore from the contact with the ground (“That should have been meat that I hit…”) Grey fell to one knew, holding his right shoulder with his left arm.

Alicia's eyes widened - her eyes on the vampire, she didn't notice the boy hurtling towards her. He slammed her, who was already out of the way, clear out of the impact zone, taking the hit himself. With a low growl, she picked herself up the ground and flexed her arm. The vampire was on his knees, for some weird reason, he seemed to be in pain. "Attacking, say you? You ought to learn some manners," she sneered at the vampire.
She glanced at the boy who defended him for a while - meh, he helped her, might as well help him back. Dissipating the Chaos in her arms, she walked to the boy, wrapped his arms around his slender frame and hoisted him on his feet. Not too worried about the injured vampire, she brushed the dust lightly and firmly sat him back down. "Stay." She slowly turned back to the vampire. "Either you begone, or I cut you down. Your choice."

Blinding, excrutiating pain seared through his abdomen as he litterally flew a few meters away from where he had been hit, skidding across the pavement and gathering up an uncomfortable amount of dust. It was hard to keep in the only slightly audible yelp that left him when he had been struck. The female helped him up, but he found it hard to stand, and staggered a bit. His eyes widening with fear as she turned towards the dark man again, he summoned enough strength to run in between them with outstretched arms and clenched eyes, his left leg slightly trembling under the weight.
"I- I don't know how this happened, but stop this already!"
It was slightly painfull heven to talk, but he had to keep going. Using his crowbar for slight support on his stand, Hero smiled weakly at the vampire.
"You.. don't seem like a bad person. Neither of you do. Too good people shouldn't fight with eachother."
His smile broke slightly as he coughed up a few drops of blood. Even though a regular person probably would have gotten a bit of bruising, Hero's weak stature made him particularly vulnerable to heavy blows.

Grey immediately felt guilty. He knew Blue boy was doing exactly what Grey would have done a year ago. Things weren't that simple anymore. with a grunt, Grey forced himself to stand, and assumed a poised position, ready to slay the girl for her life-blood.
"You don't understand." Grey's tame side spoke in defense of his feral side. He cocked his head, frustrated and confused, eyes now on the girl. "I don't really... you just smell so... I don't want to, but..." His emotions and senses were overwhelming. He held his head and let out a scream, trying to purge as much pressure as he could.
His chest was a bird cage full of ravens. He swung his arms in bitter helplessness. Now, in a growl so low that otherwise could not come from a human, he said "I need your blood." His eyes fixed on Her's, sweat dripping from his chin and tears brimming in his eyes, Grey quickly closed the distance between them, throwing an open palm at an angle towards her neck, hoping to access that beautiful crimson.
Alicia eyed pretty-boy in front of her. "Sweet-cake, people like you wouldn't last very long in my world," she said darkly - oh, he had no idea..sentimental morons. Biting her lip as vampy strung useless words together, it was obvious - he wasn't going. "Pretty-boy, if you're not fighting, I suggest you get the fruit out of the way," she added, eyes narrowed.
"I need your blood."
...Okay, vampire being a vampire officially established. "Man, you go to a hospital and get a bl- ah!" Alicia cut off as the man lunged at her suddenly. He was too fast to dodge, but Alicia still tried - and succeeded to minimize the damage to her neck to a scratch wound, from above her chest to her neck. "You crazy bastard," she hissed, angered now. This man was going down on her to shit on list. Enough of this running around bullshit - raising her arm, she grunted as a sharp sensation ran through her body. "Flight- boy, you messed with the wrong lady today."

It all happened to quickly - Hero closed the distance faster between the both of them with a great woosh of turbulence trailing behind him. Before either man or woman could get too close to each other, Hero lifted both palms in opposite directions, facing the man and woman. Barely before his hair had even settled, he released two large, cyan currents of what seemed like rushing air splintered his hands and rushed out at the both of them, causing a huge noise like a whip-cracking to ensue, not hurting them, but making them fly back at the very least, 9 meters at the most.
"So what if I couldn't last in your world.. so what if you get on each other's nerves?!"
The hair that had fallen over his eyes and shielding his face were thrown backward as he sent an imploring glare towards Alicia and Grey.
"People like you, who think nothing of battle when you're angry, like blood is nothing but a liquid that can be spilled without consequence.."
Raising his voice to somewhat of a cross between a whine and a loud scoling, Hero clenched his fists and said,
"..people like you.. are the worst! If you two knew any better, you'd stop now and think about a better solution to this uneeded clash."
The intense air dissapeared momentarily as Hero scratched his cheek sheepishly and said in an undertone, "Though, what you started on about blood bags might have been.."
