In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

Powers:
Healing: Because a normal Puni’s physical power is weaker than that of a bored cat’s, punis are beings that have mighty magical prowess which was needed in order to survive. Being a Puni from the Healing Puni clan, Kiro is able to use a variety of healing and buffing spells to assist his allies. Since he has been alive for sometime in human years and a puni prodigy, he has been able to develop his healing skills a lot:
Puni Heal: Kiro spins around and slightly heals one ally. The ally loses minor cuts or bruises sustained. Has a recharge time of 1 post.
Puni Healra: Kiro spins around twice and moderately heals one ally. The ally loses minor-moderate cuts and bruises sustained. Has a recharge time of 3 posts.
Puni Healga: Kiro spins around three times and heavily heals one ally. The ally loses nearly all cuts and bruises except deadly ones. Has a recharge time of 4 posts and can only be used twice per thread.
Puni Cure: Kiro jumps from side to side and cures all status effects on 1 ally. Has a recharge time of 2 posts.
Puni Allheal: Kiro spins around in a circle and heals all allies slightly. All allies lose minor cuts or bruises sustained. Has a recharge time of 2 posts.
Puni Allhealra: Kiro spins around twice in a circle and moderately heals all allies. All allies lose minor-moderate cuts and bruises. Has a recharge time of 4 posts and can only use three times per thread.
Puni Buff: Kiro does a quick dance which slightly raises the physical attack and defense of 1 ally. It lasts for 3 posts and has a recharge time of 2 posts.
Puni Boost: Kiro does a slow dance which slightly raises the magical attack and defense of 1 ally. It lasts for 3 posts and has a recharge time of 2 posts.
Puni Summon: Given the magical Puni Medallion, Kiro is able to summon one of his Puni brethren to appear momentarily and attack the enemy. Puni Kiro can choose which of his brethren is summoned to deal moderate damage to one foe. If used, it seals the summoning of another puni for 2 posts. This is his only way of inflicting meaningful damage to a foe:
Puni Kichi: Puni Kiro summons Puni Kichi to attack the enemy. Puni Kichi summons 3 large ice stalactites and launches them at a single enemy. The stalactites are slightly homing and deal moderate ice damage.
Puni Jiro: Puni Kiro summons Puni Jiro to attack the enemy. Puni Jiro summons 3 fire balls and launches them at a single enemy. The fireballs have slight homing and deal moderate fire damage.
Puni Taro: Puni Kiro summons Puni Taro to attack the enemy. Puni Taro summons 3 thunderbolts which surround an enemy and closes in on them. They deal moderate lightning damage.
Puni Ria: Puni Kiro summons Puni Ria to attack the enemy. Puni Ria summons a small tornado around an enemy. The attack deals moderate wind damage.
Puni Hiro: Puni Kiro summons Puni Hiro to attack the enemy. Puni Hiro summons a blade which slices a single enemy from behind. The sword deals moderate physical damage.
Puni Lana: Puni Kiro summons Puni Lana to attack the enemy. Puni Lana summons 3 large razor leaves and launches them at a single enemy. The leaves have slight homing and deal moderate plant damage.
Puni Queen: Puni Kiro summons the Puni Queen to attack the enemy. The Puni Queen jumps and smashes onto the floor, causing the earth to shoot up and damage the enemy. It deals moderate earth damage.
Knights of the Puni: Puni Kiro’s Limit break, he puts magical power into his medallion and summons all the available puni summons plus the puni King to attack. The Puni summons attack a group of enemies with their attacks while the Puni King is launched high into the air. After the punis are finishing attacking, the King Puni smashes down on the enemy from high. The attack deals Heavy damage. However, if this attack is used, the medallion will be unusable for the rest of the thread, leaving Kiro defenseless and unable to travel between worlds. It also uses his magical energy, making his magic less effective for 4 posts i.e. Healing spells heal less and buff spells buff less.
Body Change: Due to his body being of gelatinous form, he is able to manipulate his body into different forms. He can become larger to defend allies or he can flatten himself to dodge an attack. He can also fit into any hole no matter what the size. Anything he transforms into has the same toughness of a jelly so if he changes into a drill, he can’t tunnel through rocks etc. He can only maintain it for 2 posts before returning to his original form. It has a recharge time of 1 post.
Portals: Using the Puni Medallion, Kiro is able to travel between the worlds. By concentrating magical power into the medallion, he is able to generate portals to travel in between worlds. However, if he uses a portal, the medallion would need time to recharge (5 posts) leaving Kiro defenseless.
Weapon:
Puni Medallion: A mystical item from Punira, the Puni Medallion has powerful magical abilities which was crafted for punis who are part of the Knights of the Round Puni. Kiro was granted one to symbolize his membership in the Knights of the Round Puni. It allows him to summon other Puni Knights to aid the puni and allows the puni to travel to other worlds. It looks like a basic medallion with a puni in the center of the medallion. The medallion slightly glows if the user can use its abilities. Since Punis haven't got hands, the Medallion has an attachment mechanism that allows it to stay on. It can be used to communitcate with other punis in the knights as well.

Appearance:
Kiro looks like any regular puni from Punira. A blue gelatinous blob, there isn’t really much to him. He has large black eyes and 2 eyebrows just above his head. He is about 2”10’ His red cheeks contrast with his blue body and he has a large red mouth, able to change in size with his body. He always wears the puni medallion around him so that he can use the abilities contained in the medallion for his own use. His body has a face on it that allows him to convey his emotions. His body being gelatinous, it can be modified into various forms.
Personality:
Puni Kiro is very comical. Though part of The Knights of the Round Puni, he isn’t really serious about most things and he just wants to have fun. He doesn’t hate people unless they had wronged him in some way. He likes helping people in any way he can and likes talking to people to learn more. He also can be quite blunt and likes to tease people but in a funny way. He tends to speak his mind as well. He finds it ticklish if people start poking him and also is a bit afraid of cats because of their claws.
Having only been in Punira, some things about the outside world intrigue him yet isn’t really bothered to go into too much detail. Though he contributes ideas, he doesn’t mind going with the flow and looks at the fun side of life. Though a prodigy, he doesn’t really care for studying anything but healing and even then, he doesn’t like doing it for too long.
In battle, Kiro doesn’t like being in the front lines due to his absence of physical strength rather; he supports the people on the front lines with his spells. He prefers having fun on the battlefields and sometimes taunts the enemy. He doesn’t take them too seriously and just likes the fun in battles. Though his dances seem to help him charge magic, it isn’t necessary but Kiro likes doing it anyways.
Overall, Kiro is just a puni who likes to have fun in life. He can get fond of people but only to the point of brother or sister like relationships. He doesn’t plan on falling in love with a human because that’s just weird. He seems to be very chilled about life and doesn’t really have any qualms about it. He may be like this as all punis are like this, but it hasn’t been proven, though it is true that all punis in The Knights of The Round Puni are generally like him.
Original World: Punira Current World: Traveling
History:
Kiro was born in Puniyo from Puni Kira and Puni Lia. His family contained punis with high magical power and Kiro was not different. They lived in the city of Puniyo with 2 other clans, the Element Clan and the Physical Clan. Years on Punira last twice as long as normal years, giving Punis quite long lives compared to that of a human’s.
He decided to join the healing clan as his father, Puni Kira, was part of the physical clan and his mother, Puni Lia, was part of the Element clan. He didn’t want to have to have to worry about living up to his parent’s clan’s expectations and wanted to make a name for himself.
From a young age, Kiro’s healing skills were unrivaled with his fellow peers. He was always able to grasp at spells quicker and generally use them to a higher effect than the rest of his class making others envious of him. At the puni age of 4, he was able to use all the basic healing magic and at the puni age of 9 had mastered all of the learnable healing magic there was. This labeled him as a prodigy among the punis giving him unwanted attention. Punis constantly asked him how he was so good with magic and when Kiro replied that it was in his family, the other Punis started to get annoyed and angry as they think he was lying. They kept on pestering him and eventually resorted to bullying.
He was often bullied due to his magical prowess. He was attacked with spells and often had to run and hide while the other punis chased him. However, he made friends with the famous Puni brothers, Puni Jiro, Puni Taro and Puni Kichi who were in the Element Clan. They assisted him whenever he was bullied and normally attacked the bullies who threatened Puni Kiro while Puni Kiro apologized. However, when Kiro was 11, the Puni Brothers were asked to join the Knights of the Round Puni and left Puniyo. This caused an increase in his bullying causing him to spend time at home, practicing his powers.
He was asked to join the The Knights of the Round Puni at the puni age of 16 because of his magical prowess. His childhood friends, the Puni Brothers, were also members of the Knights of the Round Puni. He took the chance and decided to join the Knights. Traveling to the town of Punilo, he found out that the Knights were just as relaxed as him. They weren’t strict and just enjoyed having a good time. He was also the first puni of the healing clan in the Knights of the Round Puni. He reunited with the Puni Brothers who had missed him.
He received a medallion and was set the task of traveling to different worlds by the Puni King. The Puni King previously traveled to different worlds when he was young and they knew of the presence of other worlds due to the visit of other beings visiting Punira before. He decided to accept the task. He was told to go to the world called Traverse Town and start his travels there. Ready to have fun, he opened the portal and set foot in Traverse Town.
Role Playing Sample:
Kiro was made his way to the Puni King's throne in a seemingly happy manner. He was about to get his first ever mission from the Puni King since he joined the knights. He had heard of the Puni Brother's courageous deeds around the world. He hoped to be part of the action as he made his way to the throne room. As he bounced along, anticipation went through every pore of his gummi body and eventually made his way to the outside of the Puni King's throne.
When he reached the outside of the King's throne room, he was stopped by 2 humongous guards. Towering over him, Kiro was unusually calm. Then again, he was calm about everything that came his way so this was no different. In an intimidating voice, one of the guards asked:
"What is your buisness here?"
"Calm down man. I'm Puni Kiro, one of the knights. I've been asked to go on a special mission by the king." Kiro replied in a chilled manner.
"Very well" The large puni replied as he opened the doors. Kiro just happily bounced in as the large doors smashed behind him, causing the room to shake. This also caused Kiro to shake vigorously as well, making him a bit nauseous.
He made his way over and stood under the Puni King, a blue gelatinous figure that was much larger than him. Kiro did expect this as Puni Royalty are normally very large beings. After reaching the throne, he said to the King in a calm manner:
"Hey there! What do you want me to do?"
"Hey there Puni Kiro!" the King replied in a happy manner. "Well, we want you to travel to other worlds."
"and......" Kiro interjected. He knew something was up if the king was asking for him to go to different worlds. Was it to get a powerful item? An alliance? An ancient artifact? The possibilities seemed endless. The Puni King then said:
"That's it. I want you to go to other worlds."
"Wait.... what?" Kiro said, confused. "You want me to travel to other worlds for no reason? Like a holiday?" He asked, just to make sure.
"Yep. I want you to get an experience of the outside world. Live a little, you know what I mean?" The king said in a blissful tone.
"No... But I'm not complaining. Free holiday for me!" Kiro said happily. It had been some time since he had time to have fun, and this trip seems like a nice holiday for him.
"I want you to go to a world called Traverse Town and find your way from there. Be warned, Traverse Town is a dump and has lots of dark creatures, be sure to be careful." The King said in a worried tone.
"Okay, okay. Watch out for dark creatures, I get it. Now let's go!" Kiro said hastily and with that, he opened a portal to Traverse Town and jumped through it, relishing in his chance for a new adventure.
The powers look, for the most part, fine. I'm even going to allow your Portals ability, simply because a Puni seems like the kind of creature that would be able to use it. However, I'm gonna have to have you edit your limit break a bit. I can't really imagine such a little guy doing 'extreme' damage on a stronger opponent, no matter how many there are or of what royal status they may be. ;] A drawback or two, plus a rephrase of the word 'extreme' would work.
Question - how does Puni Kiro hold a medallion?
And all else looks great, but I think I shall take advantage of my right to ask for a RP sample. Roleplaying a Puni would be different from a human, so referencing Legato's RP sample doesn't quite work in this case. I'll only ask for a minimum of 250 words, though feel free to go over.
