In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

Once again, the location was Where Nothing Gathers. Once again it was empty, save for the hooded man sitting in chair III. He held his hand out towards the middle of the room, sensing the energy coming from the middle of it, as the five crystals dimly glowed with the power left inside them. As he lowered his hand, a handful of Dragoons appeared, slithering off to find any other members of the Organization that they could still in the castle.
Meanwhile, the Whirlwind Lancer kept analyzing the crystals, occasionally looking to a stack of papers on his lap. The information Vexen had gathered on their memories was fascinating, and how the summoning ritual happened interested Xaldin. As he finally looked away from the floating objects, he waited for more members to appear before he would talk.
Only a few moments passed before a wisp of darkness appeared over the twelfth throne and Larxene emerged. When the shadows subsided she crossed her legs and regarded the hooded Nobody as she brushed loose, feathered locks of hair out of her face, slicking them back. She had just gotten in from one of her incognito forays when a Dragoon – one she had a fondness for and had dubbed “Mr. Stabby” – appeared in her quarters. It bore with it no message, but its presence itself was message enough: its master, Xaldin, was summoning her.
Xaldin as of late had been most courteous with her, welcoming her back into their ranks and even offering his protection to her after she had more or less betrayed them by running off, chasing after an elusive flower. A flower she now regarded a weed. She thought Xaldin the better ally now – just barely; she was hesitant to place her entire trust with him – and decided best to not to keep the Whirlwind Lancer waiting. Sending the Dragoon off, she immediately set of for Where Nothing Gathers. Hopefully he wouldn’t mind her… alternate wardrobe: a green and blue dress with white heels. She had a feeling this meeting was going to be important.
“Xaldin,” she greeted him, nodding lightly to the third member of their ranks. “I came as soon as Mr. Sta-… As soon as your Dragoon reached me.”
The glint of the crystals in the center of the room caught her eye. She turned away from the Lancer and gazed at them curiously. “Ah… And what are these?” She asked, turning her eyes back to him, and then spotted the papers. A stack… of papers. Only one person she could think of would dole such a hefty pile of mutilated trees out. The very thought of the old goat made her scowl. “Please. Please don’t tell me this is one of Vexen’s half-baked, delusional, good-for-nothing, well passed his expiration date, scientific ventures and he wants me involved in it. I told him once and I will tell him again, a thousand times, at knife point: I will not procreate for science. Ever. Tell him he can find another female Nobody to test his scatter-brained theory with.”

Xaldin simply nodded as Larxene spoke to him, hardly noticing her new attire and lowering his hood down. "Vexen has nothing to do with this, except for the research. What I have here is a crystal from a boy whom Axel lured into Castle Oblivion. Though he wouldn't have made a good Nobody. Yet these crystals contain beasts of immense strength and power, one Vexen called Aeons. Though I do not entirely trust Vexen, I do trust his love for research. I intend to use these Aeons to make new Nobodies, preferably more powerful then a Dusk or Dragoon."
A flick of a finger created a wisp of air, sending the yellow and blue crystal towards Larxene. "This particular one should interest you. It seemed to be the boy's Aeon of choice. It is a stallion-like being that manipulated thunder, much like you. It also seems to be fighting its containment the most, for it gives off the most energy." As he stopped, the blue and gray one approached him, led by another whisper of wind.
"These beings will not create Heartless, according to this research. It seems they are pure beings, much like the Princesses of Heart. Once the others show up, we can begin the process."
“Oh good,” Larxene practically sighed, the tenseness that took her body at the idea of having to deal with an old coot like Vexen fading. She lounged back in her throne, and listened carefully to what Xaldin had to say.
So he wanted to create new Nobodies for them from these “Aeons,” creatures apparently sealed within the crystals at the center of the room. An interesting idea that. It intrigued her even more when he seemed to be offering her one. She looked at the crystal that floated over to her critically. She could feel the energy it emitted. Strong, powerful. Like a storm sealed up waiting to be unleashed. She liked this one’s spirit. That they shared the same elemental affinity wasn’t too bad either.
“A stallion you say?” She clicked her tongue, and then laughed softly. “What girl never wanted a horse in her youth? But the fact that they are like the Princesses could complicate things. No darkness in their hearts to manipulate, to make spread… I trust you have a plan in mind?”

"Hey, you all weren't startin' the party without me, were ya?"
In a swift current of shadow, throne II was suddenly occupied by a gold eyed, dichromatic haired, not too happy looking man. Xigbar rolled his eyes and lounged back in his seat, hearing the irony in his words echo off of the room. It was practically empty barring the crystals revolving in the center.
So this what he had been summoned from his entertaining break in Traverse Town for. They had been on their, what, fourth round of drinks? He surveyed the other occupied thrones - all two of them - and figured it was on Xaldin's call that the Dusks had interrupted his evening. Xaldin's lizards would have been too conspicuous to fetch him on their own.
Xigbar's eyes fell, firstly, upon Larxene's attire. No matter how important the meeting was, a promise of a thousand beers on Xemnas couldn't have contained him from throwing his head back and laughing outright out loud. Thankfully, he almost immediately noticed the crystal floating before her. With considerable restraint he simply snickered and bit back (with some extra effort) the comment that had risen to his tongue.
Even from that distance he felt, more than saw, the powerful energies emanating from the yellow and blue shard, as well as a charged electricity not unlike Larxene's own aura. Interest piqued, the Nobody turned to Xaldin, one brow raised.
After a few seconds later a void of darkness appeared over the ninth throne, The Melodious Nocturne walking out from within it. He looked around thinking, 'Looks like I'm not late...for once...' and sitting down as the shadows subsided let out a small yawn; his eyes droopy as if he had gotten no rest for the past couple of days, which was fairly close from the truth. The nobody looked at Xaldin, and giving him a blank stare said nothing. It had been a few days since The Whirlwind Lancer took his friend and made her his hostage. At first, Demyx was angry with the other nobody, but soon it hit him...and suddenly he found himself back in reality.
No one was to blame but himself for the undine's fait, and the more he thought about it...the more he became angry with himself. Just what was he thinking!? Did he really think he was capable of falling in love? It was ridiculous...All that time, since he met Crystal and after he had acted as if he had feelings; as if he was actually a somebody! But like his happy go-lucky demeanor it was all a forgery. He forgot who he was-what he was...It was all so simple, he was a nobody...a being without a heart...nothing more. With that thought he smiled his usual playful smile, and waving as if they were old friends said to the other nobodies. "Hey fellas! Looking lively today!"
The Melodious Nocturne let out a short laugh, and veering his attention to the crystals in the middle of the room, he pointed to them while trying to not make any eye-contact with Larxene. Him and Larxene never got along, and thoroughly disliked eachother immensely. Actually that was an under statement, they HATED eachother immensely. She was just...so annoyingly bitchy to Demyx the way she thought she was all that, and so never respected her as an individual. He let out a sigh, and leaning back in his throne said kiddingly. "Don't tell me that's one of Vexen's new experiments, because if he wants me to be part of it sorry! But I'm out!"
“Wonderful, the chuckle-head brigade has arrived,” Larxene grumbled under her breath as Xigbar appeared, shortly followed by Demyx. Both of them annoyed her to no end. Number Two was lackadaisical and a pain in the ovaries, while Number Nine was lazy, easily cowed, and utterly and completely useless. Why Xaldin wanted those two here she would never know. When Xigbar took a look at her and laughed she had to fight the urge to put out his one remaining eye with a well aimed knife. The muscles in her arm twitched.
She pulled her attention away from the elder member and instead let her gaze fall upon Demyx. The Melodious Nocturne seemed to be trying his best not to look at her, not to draw her attention and malicious tongue. Instead his eyes were focused on Xaldin. She could have wagered a guess why… She had heard some things since returning to the castle: something about Demyx, a mermaid, and Xaldin holding it captive. She didn’t know all the details, but she understood that this fish meant something to the Melodious Waterspout. Knowing Xaldin, he would use his captive to his advantage.
When Demyx spoke, she could not hold back a snide remark. “Late to the party as always, Demyx. Xaldin just finished explaining that this isn’t one of Vexy’s scientific endeavors. And if it was, I doubt the snowman would want your bumbling involved in it.” She fixed her cyan eyes on the water elementalist, smirking.
(Should we at some point establish a posting order? o3o)
Demyx's smile widened, as he listened to The Savage Nymph's retort, letting out a small laugh. He then turned to her, and with eye's gleaming happily said to her. "Your right, he wouldn't! that's why it's so good to be me." With that The Melodious Nocturne let out another laugh. He then looked at the girl up and down, cubs pointing at her new attire added. "Nice dress...though I must say...you look just about as pretty as a tumbleweed." At this the nobodies smile curved into a malicious grin, he knew he shouldn't anger Larxene...but if she was gonna be this way to him, then he saw no reason to hold back. Plus, seeing The Savage Nymph upset always brightened his day.
He then turned towards Xaldin once again, and ignoring Larxene as if she wasn't there asked. "Well if this isn't a experiment of Vexen's...then what are they?" he gave The Whirlwind Lancer a curious look. He knew the crystals contained incredible power, he could tell by just by looking at them. But what their purpose was, was what The Melodious Nocturne really wanted to know. An answer he hoped the higher nobody could tell him.
“Silly Demyx, this outfit isn’t meant for looking pretty,” Larxene said with a soft smile. Honestly, she didn’t care if she looked pretty or not. The outfit only served as a disguise when she didn’t want to be spotted right away. “I dress to kill. Or go fishing. Both are one in the same to me. Actually, I’m going mermaid hunting later…” She trailed off there, giving a Demyx a sideways glance. She then looked back to Xaldin, hoping he would continue soon enough.
"That is enough, all of you. This is a very serious matter. For those of you who missed my explanation, in these crystals are very powerful crystals called Aeons. I intend to convert them to Nobodies so they may be used as our minions. However, we require something to bind them to so as to not create them into Heartless...which I just happen to have."
With another flick of a hand, a dark portal opened in the XIII'th seat and a human bound in ropes of wind was pushed through, unconscious. As he was lowered to the floor, the crystals began to float around him, Xaldin continued.
"We will link the hearts of the beasts to this man's body and proceed with the process of extraction. Are there any objections?"
Aeons, eh? Xigbar scrutinized them more closely, feeling the energy pulsing from the little shards. He imagined the power of the inhabitants in Nobody form, hosted by mindless silver creatures under their control, and smirked.
At Xaldin's gesture, darkness swirled about a vacant throne, emitted a body, and dissipated as wind ushered the limp form to the ground. It was human. Xigbar leaned forward a bit, curious as to how this was to proceed. If Larxene's word was anything to go by, this wasn't one of Vexen's crazy endeavors. Although he had a suspicion that the old coot had something to do with this in one way or another.
"-any objections?"
"None here," Xigbar said, looking skeptically down at the human. "But how exactly is this man gonna help? Guy looks half dead."
After listening to Xaldin explain what the crystals were, and what he planned to do with them for the organization; The Melodious Nocturne couldn't help but feel...slightly fascinated at the idea of converting the aeons into Nobodies, and using them for their own needs. Demyx grinned, and as the other nobody asked if there were any objections simply shook his head, saying soon after. "Not with me..." He then listened as Xigbar asked how the human could help, seeing as he looked half dead. Demyx had to agree with Xiggy on that one, seeing the state of what the human was now did give The Melodious Nocturne suspicions, but he was sure Xaldin had an answer.
“I have no objections,” Larxene voiced sitting up in her seat and leaning forward a bit to get a better look at the man. She leered at the unconscious human curiously. She wondered what would be done with the man afterward, but quickly she dashed such thoughts from her minds. She was far too anxious to see these powerful beasts fall under their sway, curious to see Xaldin’s methods.
