In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

Destiny Islands: a place of light, happiness, and more importantly, hope. A lot of things have happened on these islands in the past few years, but yet you would never tell. The islands seemed timeless, a lasting calm... Something that everyone could enjoy.
Well, almost everyone.
A tired looking Aisling was walking on the beach. Her bright purple bangs hid her dark eyes, with equally dark circles underneath them. She had spent all night trying to think of a way to get back to her home land; Serpent Islands. She worked tirelessly on making some poorly-drawn diagrams in the sand, attempting to bring the idea to life, and ultimately failing. She hadn't had a wink of sleep since she woke up to find food the day before.
The idea of food caused her stomach to rumble. Aisling was short on munny and quite obviously, didn't have the energy to even collect the smallest of fruits.
"Oh my God, shade." Aisling said, almost tripping over her own two booted feet as she tried to run towards a small amount of shade underneath a palm tree. Maybe now, she can get some rest.
She sat down on the sand and pressed her back against the trunk of the tree. Her head hung lazily to her left side. She closed her eyes and smiled. Yes, this is what she needed. Aisling took a deep breath in through her nostrils and exhaled through her mouth, as she tried to make herself more comfortable. She ended up laying completely on the sand, with her head slightly propped up by the base of the tree. The bottom of her arms, her black gloves, shirts, and shorts were all starting to get covered by the cool moist sand; Aisling didn't mind. She was perfectly content, sitting under the tree with her eyes closed, in a state that wasn't quite asleep, but wasn't awake; a resting point between the two.

A shadow, then, a mysterious hand slightly touched Aisling's cheek.
"Are you.. dead?"
The sun behind him made it hard for his figure to be seen, but it slowly came into sharper focus. A boy who looked about 17 or 18 in age, dark blue hair, perplexed eyes that came in a shade of violet, and an odd pair of earphone's wrapped around his neck. What really came as a weird point was his clothing - he couldn't wear what he usually wore in other worlds, so he had to be a little bare. Almost every inch of his body was covered in thin bandaging besides his face and the entirety of his hands and feet. He wore a pair of swimming trunks and a small, open jacket over it all, but still.
The boy brightened as he saw the girl show some signs of life.
"What a relief.. But you do look very hungry.."
He reached into a limp, brown messenger bag slung around his shoulder and pulled out some food. ( details are disclosed, but it was delicious nonetheless ). The boy sat with his knees down in the sand and inspected Aisiling's face from a dangerously close angle.
"I wonder.. are you really alright? Here, eat.."
He handed her the parcel of food.
(( There are a few words in this post that distinguish one blue-hair from the other~ I wonder if you can find it~ ))

Aisling was nearly asleep when she felt something brush lightly against her cheek. She lazily swatted at the air in protest, mumbling a soft, tired “No, stop it…” She turned her head the opposite way and squirmed a little bit, trying to make herself comfortable. After she heard what sounded like a far away Are you dead?, she wearily looked up at the boy with a confused stare. What the…?
After waking up a little bit and taking in her surroundings, Aising managed to get out a very hoarse “Who… who the hell are you?” She cleared her throat as she pushed herself up into a sitting position. Who was he? And more importantly, where did he come from? Aisling was about to start demanding answers when the boy pulled some food out of his bag. Her stomach started to grumble quite loudly as her eyes stayed locked on the food in the boy’s hand.
She was distracted from her hunger as the boy kneeled down and got a little too up close and personal with Aisling. “What the hell? What do you think you’re doing?!” Aisling demanded after she scooted back a little. Okay, whatever, the boy had food… but there is still such a thing called personal space. On top of that, she was still waking up and trying to assess the situation. Looking him up and down with a skeptical look in her eye, she grabbed the food greedily and took a big bite. She made an “Mmmm…” sound with the back of her throat as she took another bite. It was either extremely good food, or she was so hungry that taste no longer mattered. Either way, the boy needed to be thanked.
After swallowing her second bite, she looked in his eyes. “Thanks for the food.” Aisling managed to get out, still trying to make up her mind about whether or not he could be trusted. “Ummm… I’m Aisling. You are?” she asked, trying to make polite conversation.

A feeling of nostalgia hit him as he was asked for his name. Multiple times was this requested when he met new acquaintances and on multiple accounts did he reply, but each time he did, some form of deja-vu struck his mind. His name; two syllables, it made a complete first name- yet, it felt as if something was missing. Like there was more to it that he couldn't exactly put his finger on. It made him feel, what was it now, incomplete. Half a human.
"I don't have a real name. However, please, call me Hero."
As a small sign of insecurity, he picked his headphone's off his shoulders and wrapped them around his ears. No music was playing.
(( I know his full name is in my sig, but nobody really knows that, not even. ))

"We should use the band to call Hero here." Liana said to a exasperated Mir. She had been repeatedly saying this the whole time they were here. Unable to appreciate the beauty of the world, Liana was constantly bored of it, wanting to get off it. All she could do is sit around.
"No Lia, I've already told you this. We only use that in case of emergencies. And think about it, how will we get off this island if Hero doesn't even have his gummi ship when you summon him. Mir said impatiently to Liana. The pixie was the brains in this and she knew Liana wouldn't be able to think properly without her. She had explain this to her for the billionth time about the impracticality of just summoning him to them.
"I know I know it's just.... OMG IT'S HERO!" Liana suddenly shouted, running towards Hero and glomping him. Liana was so happy to see him again. "Hero! It's so boring here! Please can I go with you! Please! Please!" Liana begged to Hero, shaking him back and forth rapidly.
"Liana! If you're gonna keep on doing that, you're gonna hurt him!" Mir shouted after her. Mir floated as fast as she could towards her, relieved, but a bit annoyed that Hero was back. She knew craziness was going to happen and there as nothing she could do about it. She then noticed another girl eating some food under the tree.
"I'm sorry about her and if she disrupted you. She's a bit crazy. Mir said to the girl, floating over to the front of her head.
"I am not crazy! Liana called out, hearing Mir. She didn't stop shaking Hero even as she was saying this.
"Yes you are! Mir called back to Liana. "So, what's your name? Sorry if she disturbed you, she's stupid like that." Mir said to her, a hint of exasperation when mentioning Liana's stupidity. Liana as stupid, Mir had to admit, but she was special in her own way, a way that Mir liked. That was why she stayed with her.
