In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

Appearance Damien is sleek and lightly toned individual whose paleness remarks marble; this is merely caused by not being in sunlight throughout his slumber in his crystallized form. His hair is pale light snow, but it tends to reflect light of wherever he roams giving the illusions of changing shade. Ironically his eyes are a sharp grey; people may judge that his entire appeal is abnormal, but he will interject saying there isn’t a basis of normal.
Seeing that he seems like a ghost, Damien made sure his attire didn’t seem anymore blinding with bright colors. Staying conservative, he stick with neutral tones like black and browns, but his current attire is entirely black. It isn’t to seem gloom, but merely that it can go with everything if he did felt a random urge to throw another hue. Also with his paleness, he may get some more sunlight since black absorb heat. His black sweater has a high collar; unlike his bland top, his pants are more detailed with a thick studded silver belt and numerous pockets and metals than a man truly needs, call it fashionable.
Like all L’Cie he have his own brand, but its on his neck, since the stage had reversed it haven’t crept out from beneath his high collar sweater unto his jaw and face. (186+)
Personality Damien is an overall passive aggressive individual; he hardly one to raise his voice to be heard keeping the mentality that people will listen if they truly wanted to hear him out. With life as an L’Cie, he’s often disconnected from whatever society he awakened to next, and it was a common trend to keep it that way. There was no need to bridge relationships whether it was friendship, intimacy, or even rivalry. He knew in the long run with his fate he didn’t have the commitment to be entirely human. With his current duty now, he takes it upon himself to learn as much of the civilization as possible learn the people, their history, their struggle, and their desires.
With his previous lives and playing the role of a loner, he is a man of action than words. He will try to do what he has to and what he must with little messes as possible. Even in battles that are deemed unnecessary, he doesn’t give his one hundred percent, since he wishes to avoid delivering more pain than what was already acquired from him. But when there’s no way out, then to draw blades, he is cool and calculating; his concentrations forbids any sense of expression, since sincerely he wants to be done with it as soon as possible.
Damien’s past still carry along with him, an accent and fondness for the wilderness. From his last glance of Gran Pulse that’s all what was left of it, so time to time he will indulge himself in site seeing to remember what later on may no longer be there. (270)

Light The ability to use the element of light
Blind A light will combust brightly blinding an opponent distorting their vision for 3 posts.
Protect It’s a relative of shield, but it isn’t bound by only a shape of sphere. It can block entry ways and doors with a wall of light. It also increases physical damage resistance and if the sphere is touched the light will combust attacking opponents nearby.
Purify Purify is a signature light attack that demolishes the darkness in one’s heart by using the light in his own heart. By touching one’s forehead, he bridges a connection and leaves himself vulnerable to attacks and darkness of the touched personnel. With a great beacon of light, he can cleanse the heart from darkness, which can have an effect on the person which differs with their individuality. Although light is absolute, some have been too comfortable with seeing darkness and light as a balance hence purification can unhinge them completely and those who were always vulnerable to light may not feel the same.

[/li][li]Connection This is a link formed to find a great supply a light and naturally the heart of the world would be the greatest supply.
In battle, Connection is to use for regeneration. Theprocess gives a natural healing supplement. During connection an instinctual defense mechanism activates, a crystalline petaled dome. It can be broken down by high quality magic and attacks, but one should be prepared for the damaging light backlash. To fully resupply himself, he only needs 3 post duration, but lingering too long in this statis may have a destructive outcome, which haven't been witnessed.
Out of battle, connection is just a mere link whether its to detect a hearts condition or track it. [/li][/ul]

Original World: Gran Pulse
Current World: Radiant Garden
History: Damien was a Native of Gran Pulse, but from his memory, the lively humane activity had died down and diminished. Like himself a large amount had became L’Cie, but not all of them were so committed to their duties with the only options being fulfill your focus and live as a servant forever or become a monstrosity living with inner torturous turmoil until someone kills you. Damien didn’t become loyal to his position until witnessing exactly what it meant to live as a Cie’th. Some of the distorted faces and twisted bodies he have cross passed were familiar; at time he took it upon himself to remove them from their misery. Before his childhood home of Grand Pulse became a monster and Cie’th sanctuary, Damien had a focus on his own to satisfy and cased into his crystal stasis.
Time is irrelevant to one who sleeps, but every time he had awakened a large numbers of years had left him behind making it irrelevant to search for familiar faces or connect with the new faces he saw. All he had to do was to obey the fal’Cie and return to sleep, since sleeping was all he lived for, in his sleep there was all that he remembered such as: his parents, his siblings, his friends, old romances, and the society that made Gran Pulse, which is nothing but ruins and torn zombie-like faces. The fal’Cie already had numerous L’Cie whether they were Cocoon or Pulse to tend to their focus on Cocoon, the remaining civilization that dangled above his homeland; Damien’s purpose was now elsewhere away from that world to another.
Since Gran Pulse and Cocoon was never exposed to the turmoil distant worlds was growing through, Damien emergence to Radiant Garden was all by the hands of the fal’Cie. He was still frozen in time seemingly ageless before the crystal pieces folded away like a blossoming flower; he awakened surrounded by other crystals in the Crystal Fissure. The L’Cie took the time to gather himself and revive muscles that were trapped in a coma for years perhaps over decades. With Sanctus, he began to roam and headed towards the cityscape architecture. Upon his exit of the Crystal Fissure, he was surrounded by unknown black fiends.
What in the world?
In the mix of self-defense, the last thing he needed was epiphany and visions; from practice he knew to memorize it, since his own humanity depended on it. He wasn’t ready to go on a fighting brigade after waking up from years of slumber, and over exertion leads to passing out amongst black heart thieves. He didn’t feel a thing before waking up once again feeling pain against his face and frame. The familiar sting of a cut adorned across his brow to his forehead. His eyes could only make out a blur of brown mass, which cleared to a patch of unruly spikes.
Once he was stable, he learned that his rescuer name was Leon. Although he was appreciative for the time into being a good Samaritan, Damien didn’t want to take too much space or become a moocher without paying back his debt, nor did he get the vibe that Leon was a motherly man; it would seem out of the norm for such extremes of nurturing, but the L’Cie accepted what was given to him and walked on his own once stabilize to figure out where he was. This was Radiant Garden, a world that recovered from a great fall and still standing strong despite the threatening neighbors at the outdoors.
