Leader of the Tsviets due to being the strongest of all of the Tsviets and generally just being quite powerful.

The Tsviets are an elite group of soldiers that lead the Deepground army in Dirge of Cerberus -Final Fantasy VII-. In the Crisis Core Ultimania, it was revealed that colored Tsviets had their genes spliced with the genes of Genesis Rhapsodos, in addition to each of them being involved in a unique experiment that granted them their special abilities and powers. This sharing of Genesis' genetic information is what makes the Tsviets the hellspawn of G. None of the Tsviets are seen returning to the Lifestream during Dirge of Cerberus, opening the slim possibility that they could return in a future game. However, it was implied during the Dirge of Cerberus that all the Tsviets, except for Shelke and possibly Weiss (due to Genesis's comments and retrieving Weiss's body), died, and that will probably remain the case. Extreme Speed
Weiss is ridiculously fast, so fast in fact that he can seemingly disapear than reapear while slashing, more information found below. The white haired man can run and fluently attack with extreme speed as well, most likely the speed would be the cells that were spliced into him from Genesis. Genesis was a man who was experimented on an had been injected with Jenova cells giving him special abilities. It has been seen that his speed is so great that when he moves at his limit he can move so quickly that time seems to go slowly around him. At his limit he can last two posts with a five post recharge for every post at his limit.

Swordsmanship
Weiss was once a SOLDIER 1ST class back on his old homeworld in a secret branch of SOLDIER called deepground, meaning Weiss is exceptionally well versed in the way of the sword and a very good aim, even when he is slashing away at something he would still be able to shoot his target with deadly accuracy. He can easily spin his blades around and control his slashes easily depicting the speeds and power of them which is vital to becoming a swordsman. He can do an extremely powerful combo of ten combined attacks which end up to cause serious damage however this strains his body making him unable to use any ability for two posts and unable to use this attack for another 6 posts.

Rapid Shot
This is an ability Weiss has learned through using his blades and training with them for such a long period of time. The swords have guns infused into them as shown below and he has trained himself to shoot them rapidly, so rapidly infact that he can shoot his guns about ten times within 2-3 seconds! Althought there is a limit to this and he can only do this once every three posts.

Insta-slash
Almost instantly, Weiss the Immaculate swings his swords in front of him in an X fashion extremely fast while going a transparent blue as he launches at any distance within two meters all in a flash. Can be used once every two posts as it can be predicted and dodged much easier than it sounds however it may take a while to see the pattern in the attack.

Grand Shockwave
Suddenly the long, spikey, grey haired man would jump up a couple meters into the air and as he would come back down he would plunge his swords into the ground below him causing a shockwave with a 3-5 meter radius depending how hard the ground is that he plunges his swords into. Once the swords cause the shockwave it's similar to that of an explosion as it causes a sort of release of energy. Can be used every six posts.

Streaking Swords
Weiss can slide his blades quickly along the ground to cause a sudden blast or more so, controlled shockwave at the enemy at quite a quick speed, it cuts through almost anything but is easily blocked by magic, however you probably wouldn't have the time to use magic in the time it takes to reach you. When Weiss does this he does it once with each blade and he can do it from two different angles. The attack can be used once every four posts.

Energy Missiles
Weiss will require a fair distance from his foe as he charges up energy from his own being and then manifesting that into four homing missiles that explode in a medium sized blast of energy. They move quickly but are easily maneuverable making them extremely effective in battle however, not only making it hard as he needs to be a fair distance away from his enemies for these energy balls to be launched but he also needs to wait five posts before he uses the techique again.

Omega Form
In this form Weiss' weapons are replaced with dual, Nodachi and his sash around his waist turns into an armour. In this form his speed is immense and he has to last at least fifteen posts in a battle before he can enter this form. He does lose the ability to shoot people though, but his rather insane persona comes out and he gets a sort of lust for battle. His speed becomes so fast that insta-slash is pretty much the norm attack for him whereas his maneuverability and his power behinds hit attacks at least double. He can also jump really quickly and when ever he glides around either on the floor or air he goes a transparent blue and from a distance you can only see small flashes of blue almost teleporting around. Shown here you can see how much more powerful he gets and how his weapons have transformed. Although called "Omega Form" he does not have Omega with him and thus he only has the form in the video before he is attached to Omega. This form lasts until the 15 posts are over, so it's best to try and take Weiss down before he can enter this mode. An example of his power is shown in the movie because he is fighting someone at the power level of a demi-god and Chaos (the oponent) is considered so. After he exits this state he is weekened for the next 3 posts and must recharge for one entire post. By recharge, what is meant is that Weiss cannot move for one post and thus open to any attack.

Weapon:Image
Weiss the Immaculate wields a pair of lever-action gunblades. The blades can be defined only by one different feature with each blade and that would be, on each sword there is an emblem on each of their hilts, one with the kanji which represents Ame (Heaven) while the other representing the kanji for Tsuchi (Earth). These blades while have a long reach and can be used to shoot rapidly, in a controlled manner or just used for close up combat, they are almost perfect for every situation when it comes to the way Weiss uses them so proficiently. If plunged into the ground Weiss can cause energy to be released when plunged into the ground using one of Weiss' techniques. As shown below he wields one of the weapons backwards while the other is wielded normally. Another thing to be adressed is that they have two respective sheaths that are worn on his back waist in a cross. Both of these swords made by a woman and Tsviet named Argento.

Appearance:
Physically Weiss is a definately quite muscular, athletic looking man with an obviously war toned body that has no scars on it surprisingly, making you think about how powerful Weiss really is. His hair on the other hand is probably his most defining feature about his hair as it is so characteristic and well, spiky. The hair itself is a light grey colour with whiter areas and rather anime styled. His hair is also ridiculously long as you can see from the pictures above as it reaches all the way down to his upper waist and the way it is spiked all the way through to the very end makes it quite masculine regarding it's length.

Generally the man wears what is shown above, nothing over his upper body and a pair of white, grey and blue pants, the blue parts being a streak down the leg that starts from the waist and ends at the bottom of the pants. Over his pants he wears a set of knee pads made of metal and he wears special shoes with this same sort of blue that is found on his pants which seems to be glowing. Around the waist of his pants is a black or rather dark grey sash that are attached to the sheaths on his waist. The only other piece of clothing that he is usually found wearing is a large white cloak with a hood and 'glowing' blue trimming like found on his pants which compliments his look while on the very back is the Japanese kanji for 'Immaculate.'

Personality:
Weiss respects the values of all the people around him regardless of his much higher rank than all the other Tsviets. Although there is two tsviets in paticular that he respects and cares more for due to being close. That is Argento and Nero the Sable, although he doesn't show how much cares for them and tries to sound just as dark as he usually would around them.

Although Weiss would never admit it, he has certain qualities that have the potential to make him a bad ruler excluding his insanity ofcourse. He get's very lonely, very easily and would prefer to have those who are close to him with him at all times. The other quality would be that after being defeated in battle and his comrades being defeated he began to think that he was too weak to be protect or "purify" anything so he is in a state in which he thinks doing nothing but gaining knowledge and training is important.

Weiss is a rather quiet man, although when you do hear him speak everybody knows that he will say something smart and something that you almost definately need to listen to. The way he speaks also makes him seem very up himself and he also seems to use his voice and the way he speaks to present himself as if he really were some majorly all powerful emperor.

He considers himself pure and that would be true in the sense that his body and being is entirely made up of pure energy, at least it was until his brother became one with him. Weiss also has said in the past;

"The pure will be "spared" for the cause, while the tainted will be hunted down and exterminated. They shall be slashed, strangled, and slaughtered. Beaten, stabbed, and crushed. Garroted and impaled. Shot and executed without mercy. The time has come to cleanse this world." The scene.

Weiss also has been known to start laughing and smiling during battle, regardless if he's in his Omega form and he even does this out of battle randomly, as he considers himself a god, as stated above he wishes to cleanse the worlds of all impure beings whether it is humans, heartless, nobodies, etc. He will kill them all, in all different ways, after he has finished cleansing Radiant Garden he intends to turn the entire world into his kingdom in which he will create armies to try and destroy other worlds and "cleanse" them too. Thus while Weiss seems like quite the badass most of the time, under that rugged, muscular exterior he's actually quite an unstable, insane man.

History:
Born into this world with Jenova cells in his body he had been granted with abilities that would evolve his combat as he got older. Unlike all other SOLDIER Weiss was given special treatment and was only aloud to be powered and slightly mutated by pure mako making him have mental problems when he was younger making him refer to himself as a monster. Later in life that mental trauma turned him into what he is now, insane.

Weiss was also not all that great in combat at the start, during the beginning he had used a SOLDIER broadsword and he felt so unbalanced while using it, so he asked a woman by the name of Argento to help him and to make a weapon that would be more balanced. Weiss was quite surprised after what Argento had made him, but knowing that her observant ways probably had noticed that he should be using a pair of dual weapons so he did not question her. When he began to use them in battle he found that Argento was right, they helped immensely in battle and he felt completely balanced.

Weiss had been a member of the Tsviets since the very beginning, back when the Restrictors ruled over the Tsviets and Deepground. The Restrictors are the members of the 14th branch of SOLDIER and are known as the 'Lost Force', but because of the way they ruled over Deepground, Weiss and the other Tsviets formed a resistance to take the Restrictors down. By taking down the Restrictors Weiss became the Emperor of Deepground.

After the battle with Vincent it is said and generally thought that Weiss had died but a man who looked likely to be Genesis had taken him to another planet using it's powers with the Lifestream. This world was Radiant Garden, and this had just happened recently however he does not know what happened to Genesis since then.

When Weiss became the new leader all of the Tsviets and Deepground soldiers followed him much more enthusiastically compared to the way the Restrictors had although his power was still quite feared by Deepground. Weiss' armies consists of all different people and of completely varying strengths, the other five Tsviets are a great example of this because for example, Azul is a huge brute who only relies on his extreme strength while Shelke relies solely on speed and maeuverability.

Since arriving in Radiant Garden Weiss has tried to keep a low profile as he does not know of anything out of the world where he used to live, even then he was more of a killing machine rather than anything else and thus when he arrived in a new world with no one by his side, he felt lost. He lives inside the castle at which Malificent once lived reading through all of the books in the library to try to grasp where he is and why he is there. He also ends up wandering away from the castle a lot to see what is happening in the town and to check to see if anyone he knows has arrived where he is now. It has become as of late that he has learnt of heartless and other beings but still wonders as to what they are exactly and how they are created, he also thinks maybe his comrades who fell due to the man Vincent Valentine, might be able to be brought back somehow and now he seeks for a way to bring them back in order to attain a perfect world.

Role Playing Sample:
Weiss looked at the man with a rather sadistic smile, the man and Weiss had been fighting for about an hour now and he was already using his Omega Form, wielding dual katanas and now having armour belows his waist on the knees, waist, etc. As the man said the exact words "Why are you attacking me? I havn't done anything wrong! Please leave me be!" Weiss laughed, with a dark look that showed his insanity, he began the same speach he would say to anyone who asked the question, 'why are you attacking me?'

"The pure will be "spared" for the cause, while the tainted will be hunted down and exterminated. They shall be slashed, strangled, and slaughtered. Beaten, stabbed, and crushed. Garroted and impaled. Shot and executed without mercy. The time has come to cleanse this world."

"You are the one of the tainted," The smile on his face grew even more while still keeping the creepy dark meaning behind it. "So you will be crushed to help attain a pure, perfect world where I am the emperor and all will bow down to me, Weiss the Immaculate."

Lunging in a flash he instantly slashed towards the man but somehow this paticular man had defended himself, amazed Weiss looked back over his should as the man held the sword to his face to protect himself, while shaking from both the weight of the blade as he was not strong enough to hold it steady, and the fact that a maniac was attacking him without mercy made him scared, extremely scared. Weiss began to laugh as he lunged once again, this time not holding back even the slightest, if he somehow dodged this attack there had to be something going on with the man, but if he were caught by the attack, he would have two huge katana like weapons entering through his chest and coming out at the back, killing him painfully as Weiss had deliberately tried not to his vital organs in hopes of making him die slowly due to bleeding rather than the initial force. Weiss the Immaculate was truly a sadistic, mad sadist.[/ul]
